This Taco Bell is off Yorba Linda Blvd. I discovered it on my way from the Inland Empire to Buena Park when I needed a "pit stop" going south on the 91 freeway. It's in a very convenient, modern, and pretty food park. Taco Bell was the least busy with easy parking. Clean restaurant and restroom. My new go to place to stop on the drive!

I recommend this place if you are trying to grab a quick bite to eat. They have great quality food with great taste. This Taco Bell is kept clean, it is never dirty any time I have visited this one.

I absolutely love the customer service at this location!! Everyone is extremely nice and they have always have my order correct!! Thank you to the woman who is always in the drive thru!!! Oh and thank you Brianna you’re doing great!! Stay positive!

They were short handed. It took 15 minutes to get 3 🌮 ! The manager gave me a drink for the wait. Now that I think about it 15 minutes for 3 tacos on a Saturday evening is not that bad. The tacos were awesome.

so fresh and clean, the cashier Zachary was exceptional in his service provided. He came and double checked on my order to make sure I was getting a excellent meal from them . Very nice, and will definitely go back again. Cute workers for the younger girls too.

I don't know what the guy name is but damn he knows customer service I saw him multitasking and getting things done offering napkins or taking their tray when finished remember most of the people name. I have never in my life seen an employee at a fast food place like him care. I hope he gets a nice raise or promoted.

It is simply the Live Mas way. Taco Bell is one of, if not the best, fast food restaurants and this one is a great Taco Bell. I’ve found it to have more consistent quality than most and is my go-to if I’m craving a crunchwrap.

Ordered two tacos supreme for takeout. Wasn't able to eat them until an hour later, by which time the shells had turned soggy. Still delicious. I had also ordered a bean burrito, which survived the wait in much better shape. I've been loving Taco Bell for more than 40 years.

We had the nicest Taco Bell employee Alyson M that made such a pleasant experience on a Christmas eve morning!! She was so kind, sweet, funny and so very professional that she is an asset to you establishment. Thank you for having such a great employee!!

AMAZING food! Loved how the food made me want to use the bathroom. The stalls were full so I had to wait until one opened up and made me diarrhea in the toilet. Unfortunately I had no toilet paper so I had to borrow a magazine from the other stalls. 5 stars. Would definitely come back.

Their classic items are still up to par(crunchwrap supreme, 5 layer burrito, gordita crunch,etc.), But their value menu is what has surprised me recently. Plenty of options for less than $3 that filled me up when I was in need of a post gym snack.

Typical Taco Bell, tastes just like most other Taco Bells. Usually long line in drive thru, but they seem to get you out pretty quickly. Only problem at this point is dealing with the savi ranch traffic, which can get insane at times. But if in a rush it's probably the fastest place to get food in the center.

Slow service. We sit in drive through 7 min with one car in front, and still left paid food out of our order. We went back with receipt and they gave it to us. Food was as pictured and hot.

I have to say that the employees here on the evening/late night shift are some of the most pleasant and kind people (and some even have a good Sense of humor ..lol) that I have ever experienced at a fast food place.. Great service ..!

I prefer good, old fashioned, courteous service. At this location there is none. For starters, the only employee that greeted us when we came in was a person cleaning the tables. We waited at the register to place our order and nobody ever came or acknowledged that we were there. A customer was using the only order kiosk when we arrived. Since we were being completely ignored, when she was done we moved over to place our order from it, which I find highly inconvenient and impersonal and takes twice as long as it should. Second, although our order was timely and at proper temperature it was incomplete. A beverage was ordered but a cup was not included. I approached the counter and tried to get somebody's, anybody's, attention several times as I stood there until I was finally acknowledged. Third, There are no napkins, straws, sauce, cups or lids out for access by customers. Fourth, paper receipts are not offered. The only way to see it is to give your email address or phone number. I'm glad I decided to Include my phone number or I would not have been able to check if I actually ordered a drink. And what about the people that don't have a phone with them? Taco Bell, Get back to the good, old fashioned customer service!

Food is decent, what you'd expect from Taco Bell. Line can be a bit long during lunch time and getting into and out of the drive thru can be difficult when both Chic Fil A and McDonalds have their lines blocking both ends of this drive through. The staff is nice enough but I'd say there's an issue with my order about a third of the time.

11:00 P.M. coming back from a long day at Disneyland. I drove thru and order the 7$ dollar meal. I was surprised the meal was hot. It was pretty good for fast food. Gordita, deluxe taco, nacho chips with cheese sauce, combo burrito and a drink for 7$. A lot of food for the money, and was tasty. It was fast and good service thru the Drive thru.

Went to go try the nuggets. They were out of every sauce. How on earth does that even happen. Food was just okay. I gave it four stars for the service because he was able to make my double decker taco supreme. The nacho cheese is absolutely disgusting ended up throwing it away.

I’m just going to go out of my way to go to another Taco Bell because every single time they always forget something on my beefy Fritos burrito. They always forget the rice so this time I said extra rice and now they forgot the sour cream and red sauce. How hard is it to follow directions? One time I went in for my online order and the manager said no it didn’t pop on the screen so we aren’t making it. I showed her coworker proof that I paid for it through the Taco Bell app and that it came out of my account, she refused to believe and said “we aren’t doing this for free” like seriously? Omg!!! This place needs help. They can’t handle a lunch rush. Getting orders wrong, being short fused with customers, bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in a week. I waited 20 mins to get a couple tacos and a quesadilla. Tacos were cold and the grease was literally dripping from the bag! Quesadilla was cold and cheese was not even melted. When I pointed it out to the 190 year old woman behind the counter, she said, “well what do you want me to do about it right now?” The manager overheard and stepped in to solve everything. I felt confident with this since he was 18 or 19 and as you know, teens know everything! His resolution was to give me two more tacos for free, which he stuffed in the dripping bag with the other greasy tacos and handed it back to me. I just stared at him for a minute before I decided to throw in the towel and walk away. It’s all good though. My lunch was delicious!!! And Carl’s Jr. Was more than happy to dispose of the greasy bag for me!

Located in a small complex alongside McDonald's and Chick-fil-A. Some indoor seating and a drive-thru is available...but this lot is horribly configured. The drive-thru line for Taco Bell and Chick-fil-A make the parking lot a mess to maneuver through. It is way too tight and cramped! Not to mention, you'll routinely wait 15-20 minutes in their drive-thru line as service is SLOW 🦥 *** In-store ordering is now through kiosk only and drive-thru ordering is through AI. Lines get backed up depending on if customers are having issues ordering or not as staff will not help. April 2024 update: Mobile order and in-store kiosks broken. Seems like there's always something...

Every single time I've been here they get my order wrong. I double and triple check that they hear me correctly and the order is "correct on the screen" yet somehow it is never correct in the bag. I ask for Fresco Style (no dairy) and also specify no cheese, no sour cream and they repeat it back but every time there is both cheese and sour cream on my order. I've even tried ordering through the app and its wrong. I've given them many chances thinking maybe it was an off day or new employees but I won't waste my time or money here anymore. I wish this location would step up their game. Also the few times I went inside to order it smelled awful in the whole place. Would not recommend. The only good thing I could say is the window person is usually friendly, but unfortunately that's not enough to make me return.

Person on the speaker was pretty bland and a bit standoffish. Arrive to window and said sorry for the wait with no emotion. My burrito was cold it seemed the tortilla wasn't warm enough, therefore, my burrito wasn't good.

Do not come here if you require a service dog. The shift managers will send a shift employee out to harass your about your service dog and also they have broken laws regarding said matters on multiple occasions in the past with myself. Be careful!

It says "DINE IN OPEN" on the door, but they are not allowing in.. told us to go drive through. No any other notice on the door that why they close the door for dine in. It's 2nd January 2022 1:55pm.

The food tasted old and just because I bought it in the dark doesn't mean they can make it like they were in the dark what a mess , too much it actually made it just gross, it was cold and the chicken smelt fowl

I came here this Friday and will never return. This is the worst place I have ever been to. After I placed 3 items inside, I noticed the kitchen workers- 2 guys messing around the entire time. They kept looking at me, didn’t ask me what I was waiting for after 10 mins. They served 2-3 cars in drive thru, then the guys that came 15 mins. after me. The place wasn’t busy. I waited almost 20 mins. I thought they were just short in people at first. The cashier who took my order noticed they were messing around. I then asked for my order, the guy didn’t know I was still waiting. He said my order wasn’t on their screen. So the stupid guys must’ve deleted it thinking it was done! So I gave my receipt and the kitchen guys just looked at me, didn’t apologize. He handed the food 5 mins later. I asked what took so long? He said my order wasn’t there.😟 OMG I told him I will complain about this. The cashier said it happens all the time. So, why not fire them and hire someone who actually does work.

if you''re in the area and looking for Taco Bell food, it's pretty hard to beat this place. I'm not sure if this is the worst Taco Bell in the world, but it might be. I have yet to get anything decent from this restaurant. Runny beans, weird meat, scant toppings, and horrendous service are all earmarks of this eatery. The best thing about it are the sodas and the availability of parking, which is fair.

Welp. You do an app order and you pick the option to go to the counter and pick up your order when you arrive and the restaurant is closed. There is a loooooooong line in the drive thru. You call the store to see if they can bring your order out to you. You get a hold of a fax machine. Luckily I had a car and wasn't in too much of a hurry. If I was on foot, I'd have been screwed. I don’t know if this this is a specific store issue or an app issue. Ultimately, I don’t really care. One star.

They forgot my order while everyone after me already got their order. When I came in, I smell something, it seems from the bathroom. Door handle wasnt clean. In general is not too clean n bad service.

Strangest taco bell experience I've had, this is at 630pm. 1. Sign in door says "dine in open come on in" but all the lights are off and door is locked. 2. Drive thru screen has a paper over the screen so you can't see what you're ordering saying "today we are only accepting orders with 5 items or less - short staffed" 3. Lady at the drive thru window was rude and wasn't wearing gloves or mask.

I went in today asking for an Enchirito and they said "it's not on the menu". I told her "I know that however everywhere else, they charge for a soft taco, extra sauce and cheese". It comes out to over $3 which is a little pricey but nevertheless, they said they would not do it for me. She even went to the back, asked another employee who was working back there and came back and said "no, they would not do it" and for that reason I give them one-star.

Smelled like a gas leak when we entered and after ordering learned that there was a sewer leak. The food however, was very lackluster. Portions were smaller than normal and nothing tasted all that great.

There were two guys working very hard, and kudos to them, but everyone else was slow, the drive thru was not open for some reason, and there was one girl on break talking to the other workers (maybe on break? who knows). It took an hour to get food for two people, literally.

I placed an order via the Taco Bell app and my order clearly says no beef sub with beans and they sent nothing with beef and to top it off they didn’t want to remake my order they all need to be retrained and learned how to read the customer notes. It’s an inconvenience as well because you order thinking you are going to get something that you can’t have and they send you something completely different the manager isn’t helpful as well didn’t even offer a replacement or anything when I told him the issue he seems not to care what the customers have to say. Be careful if you don’t eat meat and order via their app. Because they don’t care what you eat or say via the notes and they just laugh at you

I understand everyone is struggling right now but what has happened to this place?! It's filthy inside, zero customer service or accountability for things. Ownership needs to step up and do something. The workers, although young, need to understand they are a representation of not only this brand BUT also themselves. When I asked questions of getting napkins, the gal standing there couldn't understand anything I said. I have nothing against people wanting to work but PLEASE have basic communication skills if you're going to be at the front. And PLEASE ensure your staff have basic general hygiene. It's not good to order food and then see people who obviously aren't taking care of themselves making it then proceed to tell me, napkins can't be left out for me to get on my own, I have to let the unhygienic staff hand to me! IF you really were just robbed and don't have tills. How could you take the order of the people directly after me, but tell myself and my husband we have to use a kiosk to order?? Then when I ask the staff about that, they tell the next people to use the kiosk again. What's really going on there?? It used to be so well maintained and the staff was so wonderful... PLEASE get it back to what it was!

This Taco Bell in Savi Ranch has gone completely to kiosk ordering. They will not take your order at the counter even as several employees stand around. Last time in I told an employee that I don’t do kiosk ordering. The employee then said they could not help us. My wife and I left. Automation is killing the job market for young people and harms the human element of customer service. Taco Bell should reconsider this apparent policy. We will not be back.

This has been by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Not only am I forced to use the kiosk to order instead of at the register, but none of the staff where helpful or even acknowledged my existence. Manager was So rude! Not to costumers, To workers!! Yelling, saying to the worker don't ask for food if you go on break. Just so harsh. Not a good environment for the staff! Never got my food cause I didn't get a chance to pay at the register.

They pretty much refused to take my order and insisted that I use the kiosk even though I wanted to pay with cash and those machines are card only. After I stood there like an idiot for 5 minutes, I finally decided to leave and go somewhere else. Plus it smelled like raw sewage too. I think they had some kind of septic issue going on. Definitely won't be coming back. The minute taking my money becomes a burden, I go elsewhere.

Tried to go through the drive through and there was a AI bot taking orders that couldn't let us wait a minute to decide what we wanted and kept asking the same things, finally it gave up and got a team member. Then the person that got on the intercom to take our order was worse than AI unfortunately. Could not hear or understand what we were saying and kept asking the same questions over and over. Before we were even done ordering she gave the total and completed it out. My husband was so frustrated we just left and went somewhere else.

The People Are kind from my experience but this dreaded A.I Ordering system is completely awful and makes me want to drive all the way back to katella just to get del taco instead. Its so annoyingly bad and takes forever. It can't respond to new questions like Whats the new flavor of brisk you guys have or anything. Just ordered take out Mexican Pizzas from this location. Both of us immediately noticed an odd taste/flavor of the pizza that we’ve never experienced before. We both eventually concluded that each of our pizzas had a very bitter taste - to the point that neither of us were able to finish our pizza. And it wasn’t any added taco sauce that caused it as we did not add any. Conclusion- we’ll never order them again if this is the “new” taste.

Cars waiting in the drive up lane, people, including myself, waiting inside for our orders. And some doing both, getting out of their cars and coming inside to find out why. I over heard one employee state it's bad on Sundays yet not usually this bad. When I got my 2 taco supremes, the construction of it was terrible; too much meat, all of the sour cream was stuck on one side. Yet the one star rating was for the management, or lack there of. Hence the picture, the employees were surrounded by customers yet without a leader, they retreated, nowhere to be seen.

TERRIBLE!!!! Such a disappointment. We were missing items so had to drive around and tell them. We ordered burritos but they felt like mini chicken quesadillas based on size and the fact we got most grilled. We waited 5 minutes for them to give us back the right order which just smaller versions (or maybe some of the original bag).
