If you are going to charge $13 for a chicken strip dinner- give us chicken STIPS and not nuggets in the basket.

Food was normal for a Dairy Queen. The Shift Leader could care less about a positive greeting. It felt like I was annoying him to ask for food. I get it, being in Yorktown TX might not be at the top of everyone’s job goal, but still. The worst part of the experience was the dead flies on the window frame. I live in the country. I know the struggle with flies, but you can tell these had been there.

Quick service Food was great I ordered a grilled chicken salad They gave me a ice cream spoon to eat it with. Asked for a fork, they responded with we will get back with you. So I went out to my truck and got a plastic fork to eat with. They never brought one to me. While I was eating they filled the top load ice dispenser with a couple large buckets of ice. They did not have to remove a lid or cover nor did they replace one after pouring the ice in. The cover is leaning against the wall behind the dispenser. Staff doesn’t seem too energetic. If they have a manager, I would say they need a different one.

The drive thru speaker/mic wasn't working. I had to wait til the guy waved at me to order at the window. Like a lot of the comments notated, it is POORLY managed and does need to revamp the restaurant a bit. I seriously would like to see better training, faster service, and a whole lot of smiling to at least make the customer feel welcomed. To be frank, I wouldn't suggest the place unless really necessary.

But almost every time I order from this location, the food is cold & old(fries fried more than twice), no napkins, no ketchup. Probably just gonna stop going to this location all together

Worst Dairy Queen ever....so very slow and employees aren't too happy! It's like this everytime we come in here...you had one job! Sour cream, taco sauce and a fork would have been helpful...I got it to go and now I can't eat it...hard to eat taco salad with your fingers! Argh!

I came from work to this store , I have a lot hungry, I asked the cashier for the biggest burger, I had a lot hungry, more people order after me and they delivered food to the other people , I saw one guy back and made complaints about his order and made a new and server to him, when I ask about my order the lady en charge said she already made this burger . They served to the other guy I saw he touched and opened and they try to gave this burger cold and touched for the other guy, just try to gave me new fries, I request my money back, she didn’t care, I went to the gas station and this is my suck dinner after work 17 hours, Very Bad Service,

Restaurant and tables were dirty. Meal was not worth stopping for.. I've been to several Dairy Queens, this one is the worst DQ. Will never stop there to have a meal.

Only thing colder than the burger was the ice cream & fries. Stickiest floors ever. Caution ⚠️ if you're wearing chanclas they will stay stuck to the floor. Drink machine has many flavors but only 5 worked. If you're into Cricket this is the place to enjoy them while you eat your iceberg burger!

Went to get lunch for my husband and I and when I got there I ordered 2 chicken strip baskets but they said they are out gravy...okay but there is a store down the road that you can get it from... so then I order a grilled chicken SANDWICH and they gave me a grilled chicken salad so I told them that's not what I wanted and then I ordered myself a regular cheese burger and when I went home after finally getting my order right I couldn't even eat half of it without throwing it away. The bread was hard meat was cold and fries were both cold and hard! It made me sick to my stomach!!! So I don't recommend this place to ANYONE!! And if I could I would give it zero stars because that's what it deserves! All the staff and managers needs to be FIRED immediately!! This is the worst place I've ever been to. They need to shut it down or hire workers who actually want to work. All these people want to do is go sit outside and smoke and talk on the phone!!! DISGUSTING PLACE!!!!!

Walked in for two small cones. One employee bringing in ice, another at the window and one cook was all we saw. Not one of them said’ hello or we’ll be with you”. Waited 10 mins at the counter and left. Employee bringing in ice as we passed said nothing, again, no apology or anything.
