I tried the Chai Frap and its really good. The Dutch Bros should be over here in Orange County . This place is so way better then Starbucks !! Can't wait till they open more locations near by .It's so good that it's always busy but it goes by super quick .

I would have given it a better rating if the coffee I got had a better presentation. By this I meant look a bit more presentable.

The atmosphere and service is amazing. The only thing I would twice in both times they forgot to add whipped cream to my drink and I asked that lady Kindly that’s the only Caveat when you go make sure you tell them very clearly You want other than that amazing place

I rarely ever give places 5 stars because nobody's perfect. I really love this location and know what to expect and always enjoy my visit even if it's a drive-thru. The staff there is always friendly, upbeat, professional, and they always seem to keep the customers happy!!!!

Not my favorite DB location. 99% of the time I go by the line is all the way down the road. Not their fault really but it's too long for me to sit in forever. Clean and the outside speakers are nice 🤷‍♀️

Ordered a hot coffee today and I got a warm coffee looks like the franchise owner needs more training on the meaning of hot coffee .Im sure other drinks have issues.I do haft to say if it was the right temp it would have been perfect.

11/22/25 PROS: delicious drinks, accurate orders, polite broistas. CONS: orders aren't always ready on time and sometimes other people that ordered after you get their multiple drinks before your one drink. Overall, in YC, this is still a better location than the one on Harter Pkwy. Not way better but better.

Went on the first day, saw a long line but was curious enough to wait. It was almost wrapped around the corner but yet they where fast! I've never been to this particular coffee chain before but the grand opening was incredible. The staff friendly, handing out stickers even let them advertise on the car window. Being a first time I didnt know what in all coffee types they had but the selection was literally almost endless. All they need is peanut butter. Even so after figuring out what to order from the staff it literally took under 5 minutes for them to get the drinks. In total my fiance got a medium iced coffee [white zombie] which I can tell you hes picky, alas he loved it even better then your competitor. As I had a freeze as it looks like a ice cream from the menu I was given so I got a banana chocolate mix and it was just as good. If service is this friendly and fast everytime I'm in. Not to mention their point cards are fantastic. Definitely going tomorrow! Update: When going the next day, it was the same speed but unfortunately they made both drinks incorrectly, which is rather unfortunate as I was starting to like this place.

Honestly tried for the first time on my birthday, everyone raves about how they decorate the cups for someones birthday but mine was just plain didn't get a happy birthday or anything. And for the first time it seemed like quite a wait at 7am when there was only 3 cars ahead of me. But the drink was pretty good.

And with a smile the employees are always so sweet and kind Everybody seems genuinely interested in how our day is going which is a great mood setter for the day I appreciate the kindness amazing most remember the type of drink that I am wanting to order bravo to these upbeat nice people 👏 😊

So I ordered a banana bread freeze. I ordered extra shot and whip cream. I am not sure if I got charged for the extra shot but there is no markings. And I got no receipt. Little disappointed normally this place is on point. But the girl taking my order down the the person at the window all looked new and didn’t seem to want to be at work today. My other drinks where right so I felt 2 Star was deserved instead of 1 Star. Also the banana bread freeze has no flavor. It tastes bland like they forgot to put flavor in it. *Update* customer service never got back to me. I thought maybe they where having a bad day. So I gave them another try. With 2 cars ahead it took forever to get my drinks. I found out there was a employee standing outside the building chatting with a customer. Then I finally pay for my 3 drinks and the person stamps my loyalty card 2 times. They just can’t seem to get it right.
