This specific restaurant had lots of entrée options! The pace was crowded but they were fast and efficient. The food was as good as always. Never disappoints. Located in a nice area where you can check more stuff and easy to get there. We love panda! Orange chicken and Kung pao are our to go meals! The portions served the last time we went where smaller than the other times. I usually split the chow mein with my 2 small girls and we still have some more if they want to have seconds. This time they could only eat once. Anyways we love it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service and hospitality! I ordered my food to be ready at 9:45 AM, and everything went smoothly. When I arrived, the door was sticking a bit, but one of the gentlemen immediately came over to help me in. He was so kind and even apologized for the door issue, which really wasn’t necessary but showed great customer service. The two ladies working were equally wonderful - all three staff members had friendly smiles and positive attitudes so early in the morning. It’s refreshing to see a team that genuinely seems happy to serve their customers. Great food and even better service. Highly recommend this location!

Food looked amazing. Servers were quick, helpful, and kind. We had to wait a few minutes for one of the entrees to be ready, and the cashier gave us some free sodas because of the wait, which wasn't very long. I signed up for their rewards program and got 20% off our order right away. 7 of us shared 3 BIGGER PLATES (3 entrees and Chow mein or rice) And we all left satisfied. The staff here was amazing. They brought us extra plates when they saw us sharing.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had while at a Panda Express!! I enter in and I’m warmly greeted and think “okay they are nice, but let’s see how things go for the food.” So I order the honey wallnut shrimp, fried rice, and orange chicken with a large drink. One I sat down and had a piece and oh my goodness!! It was caramelized perfectly and the correct temperature! So I then think “okay food and atmosphere are great, but is it clean??” While I was there they had workers go periodically would mop the floor, and clean. Honestly it was super amazing and I can’t wait to come back next time around!!

Manager Savannah, Edith and Jasmin and the chefs (didn't catch the guys' names) make this the friendliest fast food restaurant around. Panda Express is generally better than most fast food but it's the service and crew at this location that makes this location stand out. It's all about kindness and positivity with their customers. What a pleasure. Thank you!

On Tuesday, June 17 I went in with a large catering order and desperation, and they were able to get it done Within an hour and a half. They saved my lunch and I greatly appreciate your efforts. Everything was perfect thank you to the manager. That helped me.

12/12/24 Had dinner today, much better today than they were a while back. Customer service & portion sizes are key! The young ladies serving gave good portions, they didn't skimp. They were also very friendly, professional, informative, polite. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. They made sure to ask if we were rewards members so we got our discount, which is why I came in lol. I have nothing bad to say about our visit today. Thank you, evening crew at Panda Express Yuba City, excellent service and food.

Been to other Panda Express locations and happy that they finally opened one in Yuba City a few years ago. I usually get a plate which includes an entrée and two sides, also I try to get the healthier options with some type of vegetables included. Lately it has been the long bean with chicken and the tofu with eggplant. All very delicious and cooked just perfect. Also, I like that Panda does not use MSG in their cooking. A lot of people think eating Panda Express food is healthier over say hamburgers or other fast food but compare the nutritional values and they are all about the same. Anyways, the only problem I have ever had with this location is when I ordered a bowl and they did not fill the container fully with the food I ordered. There have been many complaints about this issue on other forums, too.

I love Panda Express and go here very often but there has been some occasions where I’ve had bad experiences, sometimes there is long waits (mostly in the evening) or times where employees would ignore me. A good percent of the time you’ll get very small portions of sides, I’ve noticed it kinda depends on what side you order and sometimes it leaves me feeling like I didn’t get my moneys worth. Otherwise this place isn’t that bad, food usually taste good and employees are nice.

I recently placed a catering order with Panda Express for a church potluck, and while the food itself was good (as always), the experience around pick-up left a lot to be desired. I arrived at the scheduled time, only to find out that my order wasn’t ready — it ended up being 20+minutes late. While I understand things can get busy, there was no communication beforehand to let me know there would be a delay. I could’ve adjusted my timing if I had known. What made it more frustrating was the staffing situation. There didn’t seem to be enough employees to handle both regular service and the catering orders. I ended up having to leave and return over 2 hours later just to pick up my order. Not ideal when you’re on a schedule and depending on things to run smoothly. That said, once I finally got the food, it was warm and well-packed. Everyone enjoyed it, which is why I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1 or 2. I just hope they improve communication and staffing in the future for large orders — especially catering, where timing is critical.
