Terrible billing service! At all other Domino's stores, you can bill with your online receipt. Here, they make you write it down in a notebook, then ask you to email a photo of your receipt. They usually respond within 24 hours. You have to chase them down.

Honestly, the service was terrible. When I arrived with my family, the place was almost empty, and the tables were filthy from other customers' orders. It was awful work for a Domino's. They took forever to bring our pizza order, and the staff was quite untidy. Instead of cleaning the table, they used a napkin from the other customer's table where we sat. They also allowed pets inside, even though their sign says "Pets are not allowed." The staff is a disaster. We all saw them drop the tray the pizza came on and pick it up like nothing had happened instead of washing it. Another issue is that the bathroom is filthy. I hope they take steps to improve the quality of service and customer care. Otherwise, I swear I will never recommend their establishment to anyone.
