The food is really good considering the price. I've eaten here several times and tried various menu items and all are delicious. Today, however I must say that i almost emptied 1/4 bottle of coffee "creamer" but it wasn't really Nestle Coffee Mate creamer, i don't know what it was but my coffee remained dark grayish brown, needless to say i didn't drink it. When you find a place you like you keep going for consistency, you want the same experience until you become disappointed for a petty 5 peso saving on coffee creamer...to tge detriment of the customer. Nothing bad to say about the prices, they are, well...i must admit very low for the general value. Again, don't get me wrong, the food is delicious and cheap, until they start skimping on ingredients to save a peso. So overall... good but needs improvement on the ingredients and on the customer service. No one smiles and they hesitate to provide service. The place is crowded and flies all over the place. You're literally dining in their kitchen with corresponding fumes etc. I ordered a waffle and they provided a plain white waffle without whipping cream or fruit, until I asked and the wait staff surprised said " oh you want berries" and im like... "...Yeah" and whipped cream. In the end they came back with berries and strawberry jam which i did not request. This is probably my last review, in the end its their establisnent and they have the right to operate it as they please... and so do I to keep or stop going there to eat.

Recommended. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The place was clean and the staff friendly. The only thing is that the food court can get very smoky. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The place is very nice, it needs a little cleaning, but they could improve that. The menu is very varied, from birria to chilaquiles and eggs any style. They need a really spicy salsa so we can enjoy the tacos and other dishes. Something they could improve is offering soft drinks in glass containers and eliminating the plastic ones... it tastes better and is more environmentally friendly.

Terrible service. It took them an hour and a half to serve us, and other tables that arrived later already had their food, while we had nothing. There were only four of us, and they only brought our food after we insisted on canceling our order. And the food is overpriced for what it is.

We ordered delivery in downtown Jacona and they refused to deliver because it was just one block away. They shouldn't offer delivery service.
