Not recommended at all. While the sales team is very friendly and shows you a great demo where everything seems to work (though they are incredibly pushy with calls and countless emails), after just two consultations we realized the system was flawed even before implementation. When we asked for a refund for the consultation hours we wouldn't use because we weren't installing their ERP (due to its flaws, complicated interface, and poor advice), they were rude, evasive, and refused to provide the refund. Avoid even getting a quote; they are incredibly annoying.

The program isn't as amazing as they make it out to be. What is surprising is the change in attitude and the terrible customer service from the company and Mr. Garay. Comparing his attitude before selling the program to everything that comes to light negatively after paying for it, and the exorbitant costs for service that force you to buy additional services, I had very high expectations for this company. It truly fell short, especially considering the cost, which is anything but cheap. They should have a better customer service program. I urge the management of Castelec Internacional to address the issue of their customer service programs, as they leave much to be desired. #not_an_option

The system works great until it crashes, which it does frequently. The problem is their HelpDesk system; the customer service from the representatives is terrible, as are the service plans you're forced to buy. Their customer service is among the worst on the market. And it's very expensive.

The ALPHA system (formerly SAI) is terrible for accounting. They don't update on time, and you're always on edge. I had to deal with the DIOT change; the new version of their system was released three days before the filing deadline, and to top it all off, we have to modify each supplier in the catalog. But they told me not to worry, an advisor can do it, of course, at an extra cost, and we all know how "fast" advisors are at their job and how they "make everything right." To make matters worse, the SAT website was completely overloaded because it was the last few days. I do NOT recommend it; you're better off sticking with Contpaq. Good day. Note: The SAT did allow me to submit the old DIOT, and I tried to submit it that way, but I kept getting errors. I spoke with the system's support staff, and they said that the old DIOT can no longer be issued, only the new one, and that I can't revert to the previous version of ALPHA. What do I do then? It's not easy to modify the data, especially for my 3,000 suppliers.

It's completely disgusting. The system is archaic, not intuitive, horribly designed, and the support lacks knowledge and responsiveness. It seems like, instead of a company, it's three entrepreneurs in the living room of an Infonavit office in Tlajomulco. Not recommended at all. If you have the opportunity to hire them, pass it up.

Servicio post venta, pésimo. Te presionan para que adquieras el producto pero la atención posterior es nula.

Las respuestas a la actualización 3.3 del SAT esta pésimo, llevamos mas de un con varias problemas y no tenemos respuesta.

Acabo de llamar porque tengo una duda para resolver y su servicio es pésimo, muy groseras, ni siquiera te pueden dar su nombre y te cuelgan.
