A good place to play beer pong and have a good time with friends. A bit of variety in the music wouldn't hurt, but I understand that, given the audience here, reggaeton and Bad Bunny are a virus you have to live with. 😵‍💫

The photos here have nothing to do with the place; it's a bar with beer pong tables. It's not expensive, and the prices are the same as any other bar. The wings and fries are good; the burgers and any meat dishes are very bad and tasteless. The service is good, with only one waiter trying to be funny and trying to sell you bottles for everything. He's very sleazy.

It's a bar with a good atmosphere, the prices are moderate although the bottles are expensive, the food is good for a bar, and I found the beer pong and pool theme really fun. The ambiance also makes the experience more enjoyable. The service is good, although I had a small problem with a reservation, but they resolved it very quickly.

Es muy ruidoso, los clientes son chavitos entre los 18 y los 25 años, el servicio no es malo, pero en la parte de arriba es muy caluroso y en definitiva no es un lugar para platicar.

El mesero creyó que todos estábamos borrachos y quitó un billete de la cuenta y alegó que hacía falta… amenazó con golpearlos y tuve que pedir hablar con el gerente. Al final nos dejaron ir pero estuvimos discutiendo como una hora; súper desgastante.

They are VERY insistent with tips, they are even annoying with the fact that you do "the stop to win" and the truth is that tips are earned, not just asked for, and at my table we had to yell at them to come and serve us several times, the service did not deserve the tip they asked for.

I was served by a very high-class waiter. I'd been waiting for dinner for 50 minutes when I went to ask if ours was ready. It turns out he'd forgotten he'd served me and the kitchen had already closed. He would have at least remembered the drinks, but no way. We sat there with nothing. Then he'd say, "Oh, bro. I'm going to owe you what you ordered." Easy peasy.

The waitress harasses you if you don't tip the minimum 10%, saying she'll be charged for it if you don't. Tipping is optional. If they have to pay for working, it's not the customers' responsibility.

Yesterday we went to celebrate a friend's birthday. When we paid the bill, everyone added the tip to their own bill. I even saw the waitress put the tip on the service card. Right at the end, as we were about to leave, they told us we still had to pay the tip. The waitress was very arrogant, even grabbing my friend's arm to stop us from leaving. We explained to her several times that we had already paid the 10% tip on the bill, and she still wouldn't let us leave until we paid what she wanted. Terrible service from the staff. We really liked coming here, but because of this behavior, we'll stop coming. TIPPING IS NOT MANDATORY.

This is my second time visiting Juanpas, I am a local resident. Cold beer, good service from the waiter and the manager... what I didn't like is that we arrived at the upstairs area where the pool table is (by the way the second floor was at 15% occupancy) the place wasn't even full, and we were surprised to find that they charge $3,500 pesos to use a pool table, with broken cues, incomplete balls (2 of them were repeated), I asked to speak to the manager and I think she understood the situation, she just asked me to buy a bucket to use and we spent a good time without knowing that they were going to force us to pay the 15% tip (Something worth reporting to PROFECO) THE TIP IS AT THE JUDGEMENT OF THE CONSUMER for my part I would not return to the place... I don't think CERVECERIA JUANPAS has any service or product that is worth $3,500 mxn... and I do not recommend it, enough of their mandatory tip charges, they should improve their facilities and customer service instead of wanting to bleed the people who consume in their place. This is said by a customer who will NEVER return.

The service here is terrible. Do not come here. The employees do not care and took over 40 minutes to get us our order. We had to remind them several times to get us simple beers. Then they got our food order wrong too. We asked for Cajun and they brought us Buffalo. I cannot put into words how terrible the service was, how long we waited, how to get everything from a simple beer to the check to almost an hour, and how the employees didn’t care and were just talking to their friends. It also has a very juvenile vibe with a lot of high schoolers hanging out here smoking and playing beer pong. I will never come back here and I suggest you don’t either if you want decent service or food. It’s the worst service I’ve had in Guadalajara.
