They're the best Tortas ahogadas in the El Vigía neighborhood, better than the famous ones or the chukis, in my opinion. The birote was salty and delicious, just as it should be, the meat super tender, the sauce thick, and the chili not harsh or vinegary. And they weren't expensive at $37. The soda was also reasonably priced at $13.

I don't know if it's traditional to eat tortas ahogadas cold, but I personally didn't like them that way. In terms of flavor, they're not bad, nor delicious, but I didn't like the fact that everything was cold.

I placed an order over the weekend and they never showed up. An hour passed and when I saw they hadn't brought anything, I called and they didn't answer. Because of the time, they didn't even bring me anything there and I couldn't find anything anywhere. I called the next day to find out the reason for their standoff and they simply told me... They won't deliver it because we don't deliver a torta. It's worth mentioning that this is valid, but they should have mentioned it from the beginning. They didn't even have the slightest attention to communicate and not wait for me like an idiot to eat. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!! IT'S A DISRESPECT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. I've ordered not one, but several in other orders.
