Es la primera vez que visitamos Zaragoza y hemos pasado una noche este fin de semana. Leyendo las buenas reseñas nos decidimos por este Hotel. Y menudo acierto. Lo mejor la ubicación, es espectacular, estás al lado de la Basílica del Pilar pero sin estar en el mismo Centro. Sólo has de cruzar el puente. Como ví la opción, contratamos habitación con vistas, y menuda pasada. Para ser un dos estrellas está muy muy bien. Habitacion sencilla pero todo limpio. El baño es de cabina, solo vi uno igual en un hotel de Ámsterdam pero aunque es reducido tampoco se necesita mas. Para pasar una noche y descansar más que suficiente. Tienen café, chocolate etc, gratis en la recepción. Gran detalle. Por poner un pero, pensando que no sería para tanto, y sí lo ha sido, es que aunque ya va haciendo frío en la habitación hace un calor exagerado. Habiendo ya reseñas que comentan este aspecto no vale con decir que toman nota del problema, hay que solucionarlo porque con una temperatura más moderada puedes taparte con las sábanas, con un calor exagerado no puedes hacer nada... Ni aún abriendo un poco la ventana... Es el único punto que se tendrían que tomar en serio y mejorarlo. Por lo demás, excelente, no se necesita más para dormir después de recorrer la ciudad.

Ubicación fantástica. Desde su comedor puedes desayunar viendo la Basílica del Pilar y el Puente de Piedra. El hotel es acogedor, con habitaciones funcionales y camas muy cómodas. El personal siempre es muy amable y atento. Sin duda, es mi hotel de referencia en Zaragoza.

Staying at B&B Hotels in Zaragoza was an absolute pleasure. The welcome was warm, staff were great and the room was very spacious, super quiet and spotlessly clean. A bonus: the coffee is free! Such a lovely place at a stone's throw from the old city. Supermarket right around the corner. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Zaragoza.

I've stayed here often...the last time being 10 Feb 2025. The room is budget...but the service great and the location unbeatable. Parking in the basement €15. Really good breakfast for €10 a head. Can't ask for more...Hotel B&B are always reliable.

Good quality and comfort having in mind the price. Right now is hard to find hotels for around 50€ per night. The price point is very good and you don't miss anything compared to more expensive hotels. Also location is perfect very close to the old town.

Centrally located only a couple of hundred meters from the cathedral. Supermarket next door and restaurants, take aways in the vicinity. To access the parking is difficult on your first visit as you'll have to find somewhere to stop while you register at the hotel and get the necessary details. Our room was clean and plenty big enough and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom lacks shelves for toiletries etc. The reception area, where breakfast is served, is a common area through the day and evening where you can relax and enjoy free hot drinks from the machine. I particularly enjoyed this. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide choice of fresh items, also some hot food. One of the best of these types that I've encountered. Finally, the staff. Friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough. First class.

One of the top 5 B&B hotels weve stopped in and we've stopped in many all over Europe. Lovely central location, Car parking available although unfortunately for extra charge. Staff superb and breakfast great including 24hr tea and coffee included when we stopped there definitely one we'd recommend.

Not only did he provide excellent service, but he also helped us find a charger when we needed one. The entire staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Despite it being a “budget” hotel (and probably our cheapest accommodation), we had the best night’s sleep there during our ten-day road trip around NE Spain. Small clean rooms, no noise from inside or outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated just across a beautiful bridge from the center and offers fantastic views over the main Basilica (we probably would not have seen the Basilica from that angle had it not been for the hotel location). Own underground parking (€10) is a huge plus.

We stayed two nights (2 ppl and 1 dog). Even though you have to pay 15 Euro for the dog, it was totally fine as they were really tolerant with the dog, and they even gave us a little welcome package for the dog. The parking is also good and secure. The location was great, as you are in 5 minutes in the city center and also the neighbourhood felt very safe You have a supermarket just around the corner, which is also open until 11pm. The service was good, the staff was very friendly, the rooms clean. I can't complain! Everything was just fine and I would definitely stay again.

Habitación amplia, baño espectacular, cama cómoda y tele muy grande. Le falta un poco de insonorizados ya que se escuchaba cuando la habitaciónes de los lados se abrían o cerraban y la gente hablando sin embargo las ventanas si aislaban bastante e, ruido de fuera. Me pareció un poco excesivo cobrar 20 euros al día por mascota.

Estuvimos una noche de paso, para dormir y desayunar correctamente, muy bien ubicado para dar un paseo por el caso antiguo y los lugares más emblemáticos con buena explicación del chico de recepción, disponen de parking de pago con acceso desde el hotel. Buen hotel, para conocer Zaragoza está genial, muy bien situado a escasos metros de Catedral Basílica del Pilar. Habitación limpia, grande y como detalle café gratis en recepción las 24h.

Podríais hacer pensamiento de cambiar cunas por unas más bonitas… Añadir también de que pedí 2 almohadas en recepción y el recepcionista solo me dio una y la otra me dijo que bajara a pedírsela al recepcionista de noche cuando llegara a las 23:30h. Obviamente no volví a bajar por que eran las 22h y nos fuimos a descansar 🤗

Muy buena opción, en el centro, desayuno con vistas a la Basílica del Pilar, todo muy limpio. zumo natural de naranja fantástico, desayuno variado. Buena idea poder usar la zona de desayuno por la tarde noche para estar, o comer lo que uno ha traído. Muy amable el personal.

El hotel está magníficamente ubicado en el centro, apenas a un par de minutos de la basílica y del centro de Zaragoza. La habitación es totalmente funcional, lo único que si puedo quejarme es que las almohadas son casi inexistentes, podrían usar alguna más alargada o dura sobretodo para camas de grandes donde no cubren ni un cuarto. Me sorprendio el pequeño tamaño del baño pero está tan bien repartido el espacio que es magnífico. Sin duda seguiremos usando esta cadena de hoteles porque siempre salimos muy contentos.

Excelente ubicación cercana al centro histórico de Zaragoza. Habitación muy sencilla pero con todo lo que se necesita. La cama muy cómoda así como las almohadas. Tiene parking con plazas suficientemente espaciosas para un turismo medio. Servicio correcto y amable. Hay tiendas y lugares para tomar algo muy cercanos al hotel.

La estancia en el hotel ha sido perfecta, buena limpieza, sin ruido de otras habitaciones. Lo unico mejorable es el baño, que es tipo cabina prefabricada, pero entiendo que a nivel de limpieza es mas fácil. La cama grande y cómoda. El desayuno bastante bien. Café y te disponible todo el dia. Relación calidad precio excelente. Y sólo a 2 minutos del centro.

Hemos estado 7 personas alojadas con 3 habitaciones, hemos estado muy cómodos y muy bien atendidos. La ubicación es ideal para visitar la ciudad, las habitaciones muy limpias y confortables. El desayuno completisimo, tanto dulce como salado. Hemos estado en otros de la misma cadena y siempre nos vamos muy satisfechos. Repetiremos seguro

La ubicación es lo bueno y bonito La habitacion es básica. Las almohadas super delgadas. La limpieza mucho que desear. El baño emitía un olor fuerte a tuberías. Entraron a hacer la limpieza aún cuando dejamos el letrero de no ingresar en la puerta El desayuno “buffet” 11.50€ no lo recomiendo. Hubiera preferido pagar 3.5€ por un desayuno en las cafeterías de la calle o comer algo del Mercadona

We enjoyed in general very much our stay. The place is comfortable and very convenient. Silent and near the river and main city center attractions. The breakfast very complete and worth it. The only thing was the heat at night in the room. We stayed for 4 nights and there was no AC because we were told that until the 15 of may they don't turn it on...

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado y es un lujo estar a 10 minutos de la catedral. Sin embargo hace mucho calor y depende de quien te atienda en recepción puedes tener a 2 profesionales muy serviciales y simpáticos o una chica muy borde y cortante. La habitación muy bien pero el baño bastante mejorable. Una pena lo del calor en la habitación.

Muy bien ubicado el hotel es demasiado sencillo, diría que hasta corto en servicios. Comodidad muy justa pero es funcional. El desayuno y su organización dejan mucho que desear. Hace un calor terrible en las habitaciones.

La estancia en general fue correcta: habitación limpia, hotel bien ubicado y sin problemas durante la noche. Sin embargo, la experiencia en el desayuno fue muy desagradable. Access to the parking was located far from the entrance. I called a couple of times to ask where it was an no one answered. When I finally found it, I ring the bell and was full and they told me to go downtown to park, and I was like : what??? Finally parked at 600m from the hotel. Room was ok, but door is thin and can hear everyone walking around. A bit small, with very small table to work. It was very clean and mattress was confortable. Location was ok.

We stayed here for a week, the hotel has a lot of construction work to do, the hallways are old, the stairs to the rooms are falling apart. The breakfast room is beautiful but you are only allowed to stay for 30 minutes, the workers of the morning shift are very unfriendly and told us to leave because we were there for 45 minutes. In general the breakfast team is very unfriendly especially the guy with the white hair (Okacha?) The breakfast was sufficient, the fruits and vegetables are rumply and old. A basic 2 star hotel which only points with the view and location.

Lo bueno de este hotel es el precio de las habitaciones y la ubicación (geniales ambas cosas). Pero las habitaciones en sí, fatal. Por tamaño, por comodidad por todo. La atención fue buena.

Recomiendo exclusivamente por su ubicacion. Por 95€ la noche deberian renovar las instalaciones de forma urgente, especialmente el baño. Por 25€/30€ mas tienes un NH nuevo en la Plaza del Pilar. Destacar una chica en practicas muy atenta, viernes 16 por la tarde. Como contrapartida un recepcionista de pelo blanco y gafas (por el habla diria que frances) muy poco colaborador y bastante desagradable.

La ubicación es excelente, las zonas sociales se está bien. El café 24h va muy bien. El desayuno también está bien. El problema radica en la limpieza de la habitación, en especial la del lavabo es totalmente insalubre. No sé si en todas sea así pero en la que me tocó fue terrible. Ahora andas en medias en la habitación y te terminan negras del mugre que recoge. Por favor revisad más esto en el piso 5to

Central, aka "absolutely no parking". Hotel parking can't be reserved, is very limited and difficult to find. Temperature in the rooms - although A/C advertised - can not be changed by guests or staff on location. Management has mandated "heating's on until May" - the room I got felt like 28C, window can't be opened more than a slit. Second room was better. B+B are usually modern and nice, good quality for money. This one is definitely not.
