Yo si que pido mucho de esta tienda pero esta noche me ha decepcionado mucho masa sin su salsa no me gusto mucho no se si la próxima lo voy ha pedir aquí

This Domino's restaurant is large and well-decorated, with comfortable tables and seating for enjoying the pizzas. All the pizzas we had were delicious and generously topped. Good value for money. The service is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

Small place. We got takeout, so we waited half an hour standing in the restaurant, since there's no designated waiting area. During the wait, the people at the tables didn't move, so it was all orders... There were approximately 10 people working in the kitchen, so the organization is a bit confusing. The pizzas were good! They're not healthy for every day, but you have to treat yourself sometimes ;) ;)

Yo fui con unos amigos a comer un come y bebe sin fin, pero los cocineros tardaban un montón, y como me moría de hambre, mepuse a chupetear el cristal, me llamaron la atención y ya no pienso volver ahí más.

Hice pedido para recoger a las 23:20. Esperando se ha visto que el ambiente entre los trabajadores no es muy bueno y da mala imagen hacer según qué comentarios delante de los clientes. He tenido que esperar más de 10 minutos, respecto a la hora que iban a estar preparadas, llego a casa y me encuentro que además han puesto otro relleno distinto al que pedí en la mesa.

This is the first Domino's Pizza where I've ordered a medium pizza for myself to eat in, and they won't let me have it half one topping and half another... the woman serving me says that's only available online... and this has never happened to me at any other Domino's. I mean, what difference does it make if I order it online or in-store? I don't understand. And on top of that, they didn't have any classic crust; they'd run out.

Hola, tras preguntarnos en que mesa nos queríamos sentar, respondimos que una que estaba en la sombra, respondiendo el operario que no podíamos en esa al ser una mesa de 6 personas y como nosotros éramos 4 que no podíamos,es entendible y sin problema. El caso es que a continuación entra una familia a la pizzería de etnia gitana (4 personas), con mis respetos y se sientan a comer,etc, en la mesa que habíamos solicitado, acción que consideramos discriminatoria o racista, lo pongo en conocimiento a efectos de valores eticos y profesionales. La pizzería está ubicada en Zaragoza, avenida Cesáreo Alierta, gracias y un saludo.

Muy mala experiencia parecen todos unos deogadictos y mal educados, no había nada de lo que pedías muy mala experiencia no volveré nunca y eso que lo tengo alado de casa las patatas super duras que parecía que te estabas comiendo piedras y la pizza super mala

Muy mal q te cobren 2 euros más por la bebida si vas sólo. La oferta sólo es a partir de 2 personas. Tampoco se puede pedir sabores por mitades en el mismo local, solo pedido web. Han perdido un cliente.

My son went out to eat with some friends and they were treated terribly. Furthermore, with the "eat and drink" offer, they weren't allowed to have seconds of the same amount; even though there were five of them, in the second round they were only given three and told to "hurry up." Every customer deserves respect and courteous service. The store manager should address these situations.

I think it's great that they employ people with certain difficulties in performing some tasks and give them an opportunity, but when it affects my food, I'm not happy about it. I ordered a thin margherita pizza and it was cracked and hard as a rock; it felt like I was eating toast with tomato and cheese, not a pizza. Then my colleague ordered a pepperoni pizza and it had anchovies or whatever they were and peppers, which that pizza doesn't have.

The service is awful. They made me a pizza I hadn't ordered and then made me wait over an hour for it, even though it was their mistake. They were also annoyed when I went to ask if my pizza was ready. The worst experience ever.

Bad experience all around. Basically, they kicked us out 10 minutes early. We had arrived at 10:50 PM and ordered an all-you-can-eat and drink menu, and we only ate one pizza per person because the manager told us the kitchen was already closed… Again, we arrived at 10:50 PM and the kitchen closed at midnight. We had to file a complaint. 11-10-2025

It's the closest Domino's to my house and orders are taking longer and longer. On my last order, they took 2 hours and finally they didn't deliver the pizzas. The customer service is terrible since they kept passing the phone back and forth without giving me a solution.

The first time I went in, I ordered two pizzas to eat in and I regretted it. The heat inside was unbearable, over 40 degrees, crazy. Who's the manager or responsible for this? What's going on? You make so much money that you don't give a damn about your customers. Windows without blinds, can't you afford air conditioning? You're pathetic... I won't be back.
