Friendly service, cosy to sit and good food! We ate breakfast here and ordered a coffee and hot chocolate. We also asked something to take away and he wrapped it up really nicely.

Today we went to eat at this restaurant, recommended by a YouTuber who made a video about it. I enjoyed seeing how they made enchiladas with typical regional chili and cured meat. The cured meat was about the same as I had in China, but nothing. I was actually a little dissatisfied. The guy's service was good. I was only unhappy with my enchiladas, which were a little cold, and the beans too. And my meat wasn't cured meat... you know what you're eating... I really don't recommend going there to eat... Not my taste. 🤷🤷🤷🤷

I went to breakfast, and as I was about to sit down, a girl (somewhat serious) came over and said... THE WAITING TIME IS 50 MINUTES. There were 3 tables, please speed up your kitchen. We're not in a 3-Michelin-star restaurant to wait 50 minutes.

Overall it's delicious and I respect the service, but they're inflexible. They'd rather lose a sale than go down to the market for two plantains for a smoothie. We ordered molletes with guacamole (obviously considering the extra cost), and they refused to let that be served with the meal, even though vegetarians can have guacamole. You'd imagine they'd have their entire pantry covered. And of the five desserts on the menu, they only had one.

We went to eat because the tour guide we booked recommended it to us. We were waiting for our food for more than an hour and a half, so I don't recommend it for this type of outing, since it's a huge waste of time. The food is delicious, but the wait is excessive.

We went because it's supposed to be one of the best places in Zimapan, however, it was the most bland and visually unappealing dish I've ever been served. I ordered enchiladas suizas and they were just three tortillas smothered in sauce with melted cheese... My friend is vegetarian and ordered his enfrijoladas without protein, yet they still served them with chorizo... and supposedly they replaced them, but they just removed the chorizo ​​and flipped the tortillas on the same plate... Honestly, I expected more because their advertising doesn't match what they serve. The only good thing I ate there was their fruit. They offer honey, and you expect natural honey for the fruit, but they bring you maple syrup in a box...

The chairs are very uncomfortable, hard, and too low for the height of the tables. The drinks they serve are poorly made and therefore very expensive. We think they don't know the correct proportions for cocktails and serve very little.

Eh venido a este restaurante por un año y esta es la primera ves que siento que ni la mesera queria trabajar, si llegas a un restaurante, y si deapues de 5 o 10 minutos nadie te pregunta que gustas ordenar, es un cliente perdido. Muy decepcionado, no recomiendo este lugar por el momento.

If you have the chance to go there for breakfast, pass it up. Waiting for breakfast for over an hour and 20 minutes is truly unacceptable. The food was flavorless and poorly seasoned. It wasn't worth the wait, not to mention the waitress's snark when I asked her to cancel an order that hadn't arrived, even though we'd all finished breakfast. Truly overrated for everything in general.
