Asistí por invitación, no muy animado; durante los alimentos mi ánimo cambió, al final, terminé muy satisfecho y lo mejor, cuando nos retirábamos, salió el chef a disculparse por haber servido los alimentos, casi frío debido a que los preparó como fueron pedidos, dijo que tal vez debía prepararlos al final. Contrary to what Google says, this is not a vegetarian only restaurant: there are plenty of options for meat here as well. But they definitely have plenty and very clearly marked vegan and vegetarian options that are delicious. Just know that the vegan “chorizo” is not a plant based meat but a quinoa mash We went for brunch and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and size of the smoothies: have the coco-cacao one! Ordered some eggs and smoothies for breakfast Great ambience, good place for brunch, but remember breakfast options end at noon!

Love this place in every way. It’s beautiful, warm, and so inviting with its spacious open-garden design. The lounge music is perfectly chosen, and the staff are genuinely friendly and caring. But the food… the food is - pardon my language - absolutely orgasmic! Every bite hits with a burst of happiness, a rush of endorphins that literally makes me dance in my chair. My partner feels exactly the same. We’re here for the fourth time, and we’ll come back as often as possible before we leave. These breakfasts set our entire day on the perfect note. Gracias 🫶🏼

Espíritu Verde in Zipolite totally blew us away. The place has such a relaxed, tropical feel — perfect for a slow evening with good company. The food was super fresh and full of flavour. We had the cucumber tuna bites with avocado mousse — they were almost too pretty to eat (but we ate them all, obviously). The tacos were loaded and tasty, and the drinks were next level — fruity, refreshing, and beautifully garnished. You can tell everything’s made with care, and the staff were lovely. It’s the kind of spot you wish you found earlier in your trip so you could come back again.

La comida deliciosa, en verdad. No tengo absolutamente nada malo que decir sobre eso. Mi único pero es porque se siente bastante calor y el servicio no es muy rápido, pero es todo.

Muy lindo lugar, con gran variedad de platillos para todos los gustos, vegetarianos y jugos de extracción. Sólo que no venden pan por si se te antoja con tu café, pero te permiten comprar de alguna panadería cercana y comerlo ahí. Muy amables las personas que atienden.

Espíritu verde es un lugar agradable para desayunar. La atención es muy buena, la música relajada y la presentación de los platillos es excelente. El sabor está bien, es rico, pero no maravilloso.

Las enfrijoladas no tenían mucho sabor, el mole no nos encantó y el pan con guacamole estaba bien pero no fue nada especial. El trato de las meseras fue muy bueno y el servicio es rápido.

Lovely place, good service. But the quesadillas were really bad (quesadillas al flor de calabaza) :( how disappointing, specially in Mexico where you'll rarely be disappointed with the food where ever you go. Coffee was good, I had a flat white

Update: we wanted to eat here today, on 7may at 2pm 45 but the girl that works there said they have NO service, only after 7pm?! Even thought there was staff in the kitchen and in the restaurant. There were even costumers sitting there. We drove almost 2 hours from our house to these place because on Google maps it states that they’re open till 10pm. Very disappointed. They either should adjust their openings hours, either provide services at those hours. Original review: Yummy food, friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful restaurant too. We’ll come back for sure.

Claims to be a 'vegetarian and vegan' restaurant but they only have a handful vegan options and literally half their menu is fish based. Fish is not vegetarian!

Procura no ir con tanta hambre porque se tardan en atenderte y entregar tu orden en 50-60 minutos. Pedimos unos “molletes” de “masa madre” y nos dieron dos rebanadas de pan Wonder tostado con mínima cantidad de ingredientes. Tal vez sirva como una gringo trap pero si vas a gastar tu dinero, sugiero lo hagas en otro tipo establecimiento. La trampa es solamente el diseño y la distribución del lugar. Es como un lugar hypeado de la Roma/Condesa en CDMX, mal trato, mala comida y tiempos de espera prolongados.

The absolute worst breakfast the entire month in Mexico. Ordered the vegan pancakes and they arrived 45 minutes later completely raw inside. Seriously??? I refused them, told them they were not cooked. He said “well that’s because there’s no eggs in them”. No, it’s because you don’t know how to cook them. They charged us anyway. It wasn’t so crowded that it should have taken more than 15 minutes to get our breakfast. Our waiter had the attitude of “oh well”. Ridiculous. Plenty of other better places to eat. I would stay away from any vegan options as as they don’t have a clue
