We loved their cakes; we used to place a large order for every family event, but now they don't care anymore, and their service is terrible. They deliver incomplete designs, or sometimes you arrive on the day of your event and there's no cake at all. They charge you for a custom order that you previously happily paid for because of the good design. Owner, you should take your customers' comments into account because both branches have these issues.

The cakes used to be good, but now they're too sweet and the quality has gone down. While they're still the best in Zumpango, the service leaves a lot to be desired. The employees always rush you to buy something, and they describe the cake flavors so quickly you don't understand anything. Plus, if you ask again, you can see how annoyed they are, and it's a miracle they don't just say, "If you're not going to buy anything, leave and stop asking questions." We used to buy a lot here, but because of the service, I honestly prefer not to buy anything. It feels like they're doing you a favor by serving you.

The flavor was very good and all, but I requested a quote for a cake with a specific design, I even sent a reference image. The price was a bit higher than I expected, but I ordered it anyway, and when it was delivered, it looked nothing like what I requested 😭

Terrible service! Yesterday I ordered a 3kg SpongeBob-themed cake, and the incompetent employee took a sample photo, but they didn't care. They didn't even make my cake; they made it at the last minute, and it bears no resemblance to what I ordered, and they even charged for the extra decoration! It was just plain meringue, a terrible-tasting cake! Terrible and pathetic because I had already quoted for an event for 20kg of cake! They should have hired employees with a better attitude, not just on the phone. Terrible service. I'll show you the proof! Just to see if they're not ashamed of their poor quality and service!
