Great service with a smile by a team of young people happy to help. The food is pictured on the menus and the actual foods are very similar to the photos. Good portions and very fair pricing
I couldn’t have asked for a better place for Sunday Brunch. The menu is outstanding with variety and depth. The bottomless mimosas were stellar. Props to Mario the server for handling several loud, demanding tables with grace. I’ll be back to try more of the fantastic food soon!
A friend and I stopped by Grand Cafe Aventura for an early dinner and a comfy chat. The server was friendly and helpful. She answered questions we had on the extensive menu and made good suggestions. We enjoyed our shared sushi and falafel in pita. We sat for a while and enjoyed the quiet time together.
The food here is a 10/10. So happy I checked this place out!! Nachman and Jonathan were awesome.

This is really a hidden gem in Aventura!! It's our 5th time here and the food has been consistently great. Service is wonderful and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. There are a variety of dishes for even the pickiest eater, which was very helpful for my children. They also have a nice wine menu and we just keep wanting to come back!! We have been here about 15 times, the food is still great, they keep adding new dishes, which is why we don't get sick of it. The only thing that has gone down is their service, but you can't win everything, we still go back for the food regardless.
What a wonderful birthday party we made last Sunday to our friends we were 40 people celebrating! We highly recommend grand cafe, we had our own room, the buffet food was delicious the servers were excellent! The highlight of the night was linoy who welcomed us with a big smile and took care of us all night and was making sure that everything we spoke about and more would be ready. Once again thank you linoy and grand cafe team we can’t wait to see you guys again from all our beautiful women who came to celebrate ❤️🎉❤️
For some reason, I had a feeling this place would be amazing and it did not disappoint. Service was quick and freindly. Food was great!
The food at the restaurant was very good but all the attention is taken by the waiter dan. He is super friendly, gentle and attentive to the table, he was always attentive and gave us a very good experience. I would return for his service and the excellent food that this place has!

Good place for breakfast or brunch. Kid-friendly. Wheelchair access and parking. The waffle was enormous. The chocolate souffle was hot and somewhat custardy in texture, like those chocolate lava cakes. The smoothie was exceedingly smooth. Service was friendly. Their prices aren't.

The food was well made. Never having Israeli food before we did not know what to expect and ordered items we didn't recognize to explore. The kiva was devine, very light and flaky with lovely tastes. Service on the other hand was lacking. Our waitress only had 3 tables yet kept ignoring us and failing to checkin if we wanted or needed anything else. We had been eyeing a desert to try but after she walked by 3 times after bringing us the desert menu and not asking if we wanted to order we finally just asked for the check. The other wait staff seemed to be more attentive to their tables - wish we had been sat in their section!
You have to go to Grand Cafe. The menu is full of happy surprises. I ordered the Pizza Sambusak. I kid you not, the dough was perfectly cooked and the pizza filling was delicious. I felt like i was transported to Italy when i had this. Also, I recommend the Limo-Nana Orange Juice drinks - Wow! So refreshing and tangy. The sushi was also very very good. The space is pretty big l, the employees are kind and the vibes are good. If there is one thing to mention i would say that there is potential to improve the space/ambiance in the outdoor sitting area. Highly recommend - Will be back!

The food was ok, but the manager should focus on training the servers. The guy who hosted us had a rude attitude. I understand we all have bad days sometimes, so we are not expecting overly friendly service, but the way he treated our table felt like he had a personal issue with us. He also tried to add food that we didn’t order, and thankfully we checked the bill before paying. There was not even a “sorry, it was a mistake” or anything like that. Instead, he acted as if we had the audacity to question why something we didn’t order was on the bill.
I have passed by here numerous times heading over to Skylake and had high hopes when I saw that it looked beautifully designed in a new complex. I was hoping to find a nice local go-to place in the neighborhood—different from the overpriced overdone place of the Aventura mall. What I found was a restaurant that aspires to be a mall type middle upscale restaurant without the level of service (those places have servers experienced with at least a corporate type of formulaic hospitality, ie warm greeting, drinks first, specials or menu explanation, then appetizers, check-in on first bites, then main course, finally desserts, etc.) our server got the drinks right, but everything went downhill afterwards. My partner’s appetizer came out with his entree, but my entree was missing until he finished nearly half his meal. The beet carpaccio was actually delicious and the Ahi tuna salad fresh. I had to flag down the server to ask about my food. My cod fish came out, finally, with a strong odor and the glaze sauce on the side (sos is really for inferior dining) This entree was $34 yet the overcooked filet was the size you might find on a children’s’ menu. Our server was at least pleasant, but pretty incompetent. It was a surprise to see the 20% service charge, a tip we normally give for adequate service. Needless to say, we have better service at Dennys. Side note: for a seemingly designed decor, there should be more attention to the garish lighting in the dining room, and better looking table settings. I don’t mind paying higher prices, but one expects a standard that matches the type of establishment this place strives to be.

So the food was solid, the atmosphere was nice. They created an outdoor feel while you're inside. The whole vibe is enjoyable. But the service was garbage, I felt like I was robbed by the mandatory 20% tip. My server spent so much time talking to his friends. We were there with a group of 12 and the server was confused by the menu, frequently had to ask the kitchen questions, our food came out extremely staggered until another waiter was able to assist. It is embarrassing for a restaurant when a client can see their food, their drinks, hears the kitchen bell, but the server is taking selfies with friends. (Who also apparently work there since they helped him clean up when the restaurant closed??? Weird. Forget the side fact that they looked 16 and had beers....). When paying, the server also had no clue how to operate the machine to pay. It created a fiasco at the table with paying for the meal. On the plus side, the server gave us random free food that we didn't order. Anyway, I would love to continue going there, but if they continue service like this, especially if the restaurant is basically empty, I won't be back.
Needs Transparency and Better Service I visited Grand Café Adventure while on a work trip, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. First, the restaurant needs to be upfront about their 20% service charge. It was not clearly visible or explained anywhere, and I only noticed it when reviewing my bill — something I always do before paying. I also found errors on my check for items I never received, which is unacceptable. When I arrived, there was no one to greet me, and throughout my visit, it was difficult to find staff when I needed anything additional. The food was just okay, but the service was lacking. When I asked the waitress for the manager’s name and contact information, I was told to “go to Google and find it there.” That response was unprofessional and dismissive. Additionally, with prices as high as they are here, the service should absolutely match that level of cost and presentation. Guests deserve transparency, attentiveness, and respect for the amount they’re spending. Also, the fine print about the 20% service charge was hidden on the next-to-last page of the main menu, way at the bottom, in tiny (around 5-point) blurry text. It was nearly impossible to notice. I was only given a single-page breakfast menu, since I ordered breakfast which there weren’t any mention of the service 20% charge. Guests should be clearly informed of these charges before ordering. I’m sharing this review so management can address these issues and ensure better communication and hospitality for future guests. (Receipt attached for reference.)

We recently visited this café, but unfortunately, we were very disappointed. We placed our order, but the sushi from our order was forgotten and only brought after we reminded the staff. It was unpleasant, as the wait became much longer than expected. We also asked for napkins, but the waiters never brought them. Instead, they were sitting at the bar, chatting and even dancing, without paying attention to the guests. This kind of attitude seems unprofessional and disrespectful. In addition, I find it completely inappropriate to sweep leaves right under the guests’ tables while they are eating. Dust was flying around, which created discomfort and ruined the experience. In moments like that, you just want to leave as quickly as possible rather than order more food. It’s very unfortunate because the place looks nice, but the service left a very negative impression. I hope the management will pay attention to the organization of the staff and the level of service.
Terrible experience. Customer service was extremely poor, especially considering the restaurant was almost empty for its size. I tried to speak with the manager before leaving this review, but she showed no interest in feedback. There were many servers and very few customers, yet they did not want to seat us. After we finally sat down, we waited five minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. Then we were asked to stand and wait because the table was “reserved.” That reservation arrived about ten minutes later, while other tables were still being cleared. Given the size of the restaurant and the low number of guests (photos attached for reference), we could have easily dined and left during that time. Unfortunately, there was no effort to accommodate us or offer alternatives. The manager was unwilling to help. With service like this, it’s hard to understand how this place expects to stay in business.
Absolutely disgusting experience. I ordered sushi at this café and when I went to pour the soy sauce, not one—but two dead flies came out of the bottle. It completely ruined my appetite. I immediately called a waiter over, and all they did was bring me a new soy sauce. No apology. No concern. No acknowledgment of how unacceptable and unhygienic that is. When the bill came, there was no discount, no gesture of goodwill—nothing. After something that shocking, I was honestly ready to walk out. To make matters worse, the food itself wasn’t even good. And once I got home that night, I felt sick, which only made the whole experience even more disturbing. This place seriously needs to reevaluate its cleanliness and how it treats customers. I will not be returning and would strongly caution others before eating here.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFETIME. From beginning to very end, the service was horrific and basically non-existent...which is a shame because the food is actually pretty good. Servers are on the very low end of the intelligence spectrum. They spectaculary ruined, actually *butchered*, the birthday dessert surprise I had planned for my husband by planning it loudly in front of him, bringing out half of the dessert while we were still eating appetizers and then quickly running it back (but he already saw it) and then to top it all off they handed him the dinner check with all the birthday desserts on the bill BEFORE they brought it out...which they didn't even serve at the end. I didn't know this level of incompetence was a thing. Besides for that, waited 20 minutes for glasses of water. Had to ask 5 times. We had to physically get up and look around for extra forks and sharing plates because they didn't bring enough when we asked several times. All of this and no apology or an ounce of remorse from a single person in the establishment. Just snorts and snickers and blaming the customer. They ended up charging for 4 desserts that they never served. We had to argue with them to give the money back. What a nice birthday dinner.
