Now that the final work as been completed on our new glass curtains my wife and I would like to express our gratitude for a job well done. I had two sliding door window sets installed and glass curtains on the naya. The service was excellent, the technicians tidy, punctual and polite working a full day to enable the whole job to be finished within 4 days. The curtain windows required cutting into the existing naya floor tiles which turned out to be a very messy job leaving a lot of tile dust everywhere so I recommend you remove anything you can from the area.

We had a glass door installed. About a year later, our cleaner managed to snap the handle off the door. Two days after I emailed to find out how much a replacement part cost, I had someone around to replace the broken handle, and I was informed there would be no charge as the installation was still under warranty.

I have to say its a rarity in todays business, a company actually do what they say they are going to do, when they are going to do it, to the standard to which they advertise and with communication all the way so you know what's going on. oh and at a very reasonable price! I have used Crystal Glass for several years. I have always found them very good and reliable. Communication from the office staff on scheduling work is good and fitters do an excellent job. I had glass curtains fitted a few years ago as theirs were very low profile and competitively priced. Superb job on fitting. A couple of minor problems since of alignment which they have fixed quickly. The curtains have transformed the way we can use the villa in winter - the best investment I have made in a long time. Thoroughly professional job from start to finish. Had 6 new mosquito blinds made and fitted and another mosquito blind repaired. Also 3 broken upvc patio door mechanisms sourced and replaced. Broken parts were not originally provided by Crystal Windows and were no longer available but Crystal Windows went to a great deal of trouble to track down replacements that would fit. We were kept well informed throughout the process, all the work was done to a high standard and on time. Everything was left very neat and tidy after the installation. Van inmeten tot het verkoopproces tot aan de montage, dit bedrijf heeft het goed voor elkaar. Of je nu een particulier bent of een bedrijf, hier kan je met een gerust hart mee samenwerken. Je kan er goede afspraken mee maken en je kunt er echt op vertrouwen. Bij ons zijn er 4 kozijnen met een boog geplaatst, wat veel bedrijven niet doen. Daarbij zijn er veel Spaanse bedrijven die zodra je geen Spaans spreekt je 60% meer laten betalen. Absolute aanrader!

They gave us really good advice with regard to design, thermal quality, security requirements and colour choice to match existing interior decor. We recently had a new front door and 3 windows supplied and fitted to our old village house by Crystal Windows, In previous years the company fitted large sliding patio doors and upstairs windows. Each time the staff, Kane or Ryan, operated with great skill and attention to detail, including cleaning up afterwards. Our new sliding door was made to replace old balcony double-doors. And it looks so much better, giving the room and building facade a real lift. I'm delighted by how smoothly it all works and the left-side door opening with the recessed handle is a lovely touch. The installers were very professional in their work and it was all completed in ~4hrs. I highly recommended Crystal Windows products and customer service.

The previous owner closed the top of the arched windows with stone and cement, which we opened again and had the Tosca repaired. Shortly after making an appointment with Crystal Windows the measurement was taken for half circle double glazed windows. The installation was perfectly done, we are very satisfied with the result. After mounting the alarm system on the windows the house was finally closed and finished.

The previous owner closed the top of the arched windows with stone and cement, which we opened again and had the Tosca repaired. Shortly after making an appointment with Crystal Windows the measurement was taken for half circle double glazed windows. The installation was perfectly done, we are very satisfied with the result. After mounting the alarm system on the windows the house was finally closed and finished.

John and his team came in a measured our apartment up to fit Glass Curtains and to replace a French door to a bi Fold. Was unsure it was needed, but now that we have done it. Boy does it enhance our living area. We now have easily a third more space that’s usable regardless of the weather or time of day. They gave us really good advice with regard to design, thermal quality, security requirements and colour choice to match existing interior decor. Je kan er goede afspraken mee maken en je kunt er echt op vertrouwen. Bij ons zijn er 4 kozijnen met een boog geplaatst, wat veel bedrijven niet doen. Daarbij zijn er veel Spaanse bedrijven die zodra je geen Spaans spreekt je 60% meer laten betalen. Absolute aanrader!

Crystal Windows macht einen sehr professionellen Eindruck und ist in der gesamten Kommunikation sehr verbindlich und verlässlich. In unserem Haus wurden eine Haustür, eine Terrassentür und ein Fenster durch Crystal Windows ausgetauscht. Das Montageteam war stets sehr pünktlich, kompetent und freundlich. Leider waren einige Nachbesserungen erforderlich u.a. aufgrund eines Transport- oder Montageschadens. Die Nacharbeiten wurden ebenfalls pünktlich, schnell und zuverlässig ausgeführt. Insgesamt sind wir mit Crystal Windows sehr zufrieden.

Initially very good installation but with several remaining and unresolved problems almost a year later. Leaks through kitchen windows and non sealing window blinds. Crystal returned several times but were unable to resolve so just gave up. Guarantee worthless!

I only asked for a price for some glass panels to fit a glass balustrade...got a... very short and curt reply ...don't understand why ...they advertise glass curtains..not a big leap to think they might supply glass anyway very rude ...wouldn't recommend
