Great spot for quick food. Don’t be one of the fools that pull across and block an oncoming traffic lane just bc you decided your life more important than following traffic laws & maintaining unintended travel. NYS law & police will not agree with you. Just move ahead, do u-turn through parking lot come back entering with right hand turn. One day this location will switch the drive through direction to accommodate the traffic flow at the interaction. Too many break law and are selfish blocking traffic to secure their spot in drive through which is absurdly narcissistic and uncivilized. Otherwise, good people, food and service.

Although it's become alittle pricy the fact that you can customize what you want and as someone not exactly big on salt there's options so I'd say it's a positive

Newly designed interior with self serve kisosks.. Clean friendly service and they bring your order to your table... How can you beat that? After 60 years of eating McD's it still has the same great taste and value that we've come to expect... Keep up the great work guys! Thanks!!!

They have the best work staff at this McDonald's. They are efficient & friendly. They keep the line moving. Other establishment can take a lesson from them.

The person at drive thru always gets my order wrong, either we miss a hamburger or get an extra hamburger. The last time I was there I asked for a 2-20 chicken nuggets with french fries and a coke, the girl just gave me 1-20 pc chicken nuggets. The previous time I asked for 2 big mac meals and she just gave me 1 meal. That is my only issue with this place, out of that they are friendly and inside the restaurant they take your order correct and they cleaned the table for us.

The McDonald's in Ossining is a revelation. Actual courteous staff, constantly cleaning, and it doesn't seem like a warehouse. Fries could have used a little salt, but that's no reason to lose points. Top notch

This might be the nicest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. It’s always clean and they deliver the food to your table. The food itself always looks like the commercials, which is rare for a McDonalds. I don’t eat fast food in general but I still stop by this place on occasion because it’s about as good as it gets for fast food.

I came here on a Saturday night after leaving the Great Jack O'Lantern Blaze. Me, my wife and our 3 year old daughter decided to dine in and use the bathroom. Customer service was good and the bathroom was cleaned and nice.

Nicer than a couple of other MickeyDs around, my kids wanted to actually eat in for once and I figured this once was nicer. It is, it's clean, and bigger than others. Food is great, service is nice, cashier helped with a specific Happy Meal too. My only concern is-I don't think I've ever seen another McDonalds with it's drive through window smack in the middle of the eating area. Yes, there is a booth there to separate it, but if there's no one at the window the person tends to keep the door open, which I guess is so he doesn't feel claustrophobic, I totally get it. BUT, it's December/January and that cold air outside comes right on in and it can get nippy while you eat nearby. May wanna rethink the layout if there's a renovation in the future. Otherwise all good.

I am very grateful to this McDonald's location. There's currently a Sanrio x Yu-Gi-Oh! collaboration underway, and it is insanely cute! My boyfriend and I are both fans of Blue-Eyes White Dragon and Cinnamoroll, so we really did not want to miss out on the Blue-Eyes White Cinnamoroll toy. I drove to all the McDonald's locations near me Day 1 and could only find Dark Magician Hello Kitty; was getting anxious that I'd be searching multiple weeks or obtain one secondhand. However, at the end of TAing today (Day 3), an underclassmen was talking about the collab to her friends, and I got useful information that she obtained a Blue-Eyes White Cinnamoroll from the Ossining location. Headed there ASAP! The staff member first presented a Dark Magician Girl My Melody when I asked for what toy was available, so I think she did something kind behind the scenes to ultimately summon the one I was hoping for. Thank you! 5/5 stars for service Atmosphere was pleasant (ate at home though) Food was pretty good for the price

This mc Donald's was recently renovated. The food is what you would expect. The service is exceptional.

Sometimes the wait can a bit much. but they make the food onsite so I cant complain! very friendly staff and very nice decor.

Fun for kids but they always forget something. If not the fries, then the apples or the ketup. I always forget to check until I reach home.

I'd just like to say that McDonald's in general is not my favorite place to eat, but this McDonald's is a nice place. The staff always seem very nice at the drive thru. I've gone inside a few times and it looks clean inside. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the menu needs a few more healthier choices.

I was entitled to the offer "buy one, get one free breakfast," however the necessary "code" would not come up on your website. I was not able to take advantage of the promo. I paid for my breakfast instead! Your website issue!

Unexpectedly this relatively spacious site hosts a very nice contemporary atmosphere and a clean environment. The counter servers were attentive and helpful. It has quiet semi-enclosed areas where customers can work their laptops while having coffee or eating. It also has a drive-through for those who fast food is not fast enough... This site is located within the Arcadian Shopping Center on Rt. 9 and the entrance is on Rockledge Avenue. You can also enter from Spring Street which turns into Rockledge Ave.

Good, consistent fast food place. I have never had an issue with consistency, and my orders are never confused, or had any errors. this is very important in my book. Place is always clean, and service is good, at any point of the day.

I understand this location is under construction... and things are slow; however the French fries are always cold, have started to hire a more diverse staff.

For some reason they are getting slower specially in the drive thru. I waited like 10 minutes and some one got out of their car and yelled a c'mon you guys

I don't like the fact that if you order through the "Drive-Thru" they make you drive to the front of the establishment tk pick up your food!! Then why have a damn "Drive-Thru"????

Conviently located McDonalds. Little bit shabby but pretty clean, gets tons of traffic. Often very busy with long lines at lunch and late night though they do move quickly. Annoyingly they do not serve their dollar/value menu at night and you have to buy meals also their ice cream machine has repeatedly been down.

We ordered via the drive thru, with the exception of missing one of our breakfast sandwiches, the rest of the order was correct. We were too far away before we realized the sandwich was missing. Somebody was disappointed & still hungry. They do need to improve the drive thru area at this location, it is designed poorly, thus always a long awkward looking line of cars waiting.

Always double check your order. Update is still check your order before you leave! They are nicer and seem to be a bit more proficient.

New renovated facility. Friendly staffs are with great smile and no or little training starts servingsguests. I buy coffee 6 days week and 50% of time there is no sugar or no cream (the ticket says how many cream and sugar).they messed up my morning 50% of week by serving wrong coffe and first day I went inside to change the coffe, waited 7 min to get it replaced and no apologies. Typical first food McDonald be with less worst service than many in neighbouring towns..

I go to this drive-thru every weekend to pickup for work. Missing items, wrong items, cold food, no napkins, no straws and on several occasions, burgers with no burger! It just goes on and on. The worst thing about this McDonald's is that no one cares, sometimes you even get nasty looks. $15 an hour? The employees here are lucky to have jobs!

This place was truly awful. The language barrier between me and the workers at the McDonald's made ordering quite a challenge (they barely understood English). When I inquired after whether or not the place had mustard, the manager snapped at me that they did not have mustard, degrading me from a "valued customer" to a "regular nuisance"; I felt like a burden. To cap it all off, THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR GETTING A GLASS FOR WATER. Admittedly, I am from the Midwest, so perhaps getting cups for water is only free in McDonalds out there, but I was absolutely shocked when the cashier demanded a dollar for each cup for water I requested. This place was absolutely terrible, and the sad thing is that there isn't any fast food competition for miles around, leaving this lousy restaurant's business unscathed for their many faults in service and management.

Please be advised that this location is frequented by homeless individuals. During our visit this morning at 7am for breakfast, a homeless man approached us and requested food. We consented to provide him with food after our meal, at which point he became demanding and stated that he would no longer be present thereafter. We were taken aback by his demeanor. We provided him with a dollar, which he accepted with visible displeasure and without a word of thanks. As a result, we were forced to leave immediately and eat our breakfast in the car. Although we recognize that this issue is not the responsibility of the establishment, we wanted to bring it to your attention and hopefully they can do something about it.

Immediately when you walk inside the smell of urine hits you. It's not because im standing near the restrooms it's throughout the entire restaurant. The tables are filthy with crumbs and grease from other people eating. I didn't see anyone cleaning or trying to wipe tables down.

The workers on this place just can’t be more careless about service , manager team it’s the worse , always something wrong , not friendly at the moment to correct their mistakes , they take 20-35 min to complete my order and when I complained they just started to blame each other , food was cold because they put my food on the side waiting for the rest of the order . This location is a constant let down. The employees are always in a bad mood and the equipment is often broken(we were unable to get soda on our last visit) we’ve waited for almost 30 minutes at the drive through only to receive the wrong order accompanied by cold fries. Of the 50 plus McDonald’s I’ve eaten at across the country, this may be the worst.

I wish the staff here cared just a little more about what they were doing. My 2-year old is really into happy meals and fries, so we hit McDonalds a few times a week at least. Out of the 8 times we've been there so far since we moved to the area a couple of weeks ago, we've had problems with 5 of the orders. From missing items to cold food, to flat soda. It just goes on and on. Today we got our daughter's happy meal and it came without the box. When I asked, the worker just said, "Yeah, no box today". That's the worst thing about this McDonald's. No one there even cares when they fall short of expectations. If your looking for a "Happy" McDonalds experience or even a satisfactory one, don't look here. You will always be disappointed.

On my visit today on Sunday night 🌙 at 10:30 p.m. 11/26/2023, the manager REFUSED to overcome the limitations of the McDonald's app, which would not provide me with the option to customize my order NOT to include cheese. This manager SHOULD be fired since he is just a robot instead of being a human!

It's a crap shoot. most of the time the food is cold especially the fries. Even when you ask for hot fries. they still come cold. I even tell them muoy caliente and even then they are still cold. The only time they get it right is when I get this one order taker. She is very efficient, she always reads the order back to you and always has a smile on her face. She always makes sure that they give me hot fries. She hasnt been there in a while. I don't usually eat mcdonalds for lunch maybe 1 or twice a month. I would say this is probably the worst Mcdonalds in the area.

I keep trying this place, and the quality went up but so did the prices. DRASTICALLY. A double quarter pounder meal is nearly 15 dollars. McD's is now more expensive than the local diner. Let me say that louder, for the people in the back. THESE LOW TIER FAST FOOD HAMBURGERS COST MORE THAN A REAL ORDER OF REAL FOOD FROM A REAL RESTAURANT. Even Wendy's, you can get a Baconator meal for like 2.50 less than you can get a big mac here. And the big mac has the idea of hamburger on that bread, it's a salad with a beef garnish.

Today I went to McDonald’s and the old lady she wearing blue shirt She was so rude with me when I did my order and they charge me for the sauce and when I took my order and I don’t see the sauce. I asked for the sauce and she threw it to the table. She doesn’t give it to me nice I say next time please just put the sauce in the bag nice do not throw away like this and she said excuse me, what are you talking about? She want to make an argument this is not nice for big company like this

I have given this location multiple chances, since it's the only location close to me, but there is always something wrong with the order. Today alone fries were missing and the wrong sauces given (honey mustard and spicy buffalo look nothing alike). The other day the burger had a grill slip attached that said no cheese and guess what was on it? That happens all the time. You call and no answer or they don't understand you or, worse, hang up on you. I'm tired of wasting time when I can spend my money anywhere.

I bought a Happy Meal that was supposed to include an Inside Out 2 toy, but when i opened the box, it had a Groot toy from Thor Love and Thunder(?)! How are you giving out toys from a movie that came out 2 years ago?When I asked about this, they said they only had one toy this week. Imagine all the disappointed kids at this location. On top of that, the meal was missing a nugget and had 12 fries at most!! For an $8 Happy Meal, you can do better McDonald's!!

I had some troubles with an order and I called to see if they can help but they were no help at all. When I called a Hispanic lady answered the phone and I asked about my order and she kept saying the order wasn’t there when I kept verifying it was and she told me the items on my order but then said it wasn’t on the system and hung up on me. I called back multiple times and she just had a horrible attitude and kept saying she’s not gonna look up my order and hanging up every time and then I asked to talk to the manager and she said no because they just went on break and wouldn’t pick up the phone anymore. Worst customer service ever!

I’m a valued customer & when I tell you I had a horrible experience in this Ossining location. I go there all the time and this one worker was rude , disrespectful & very smart with her mouth . I order something and she put in whatever she wanted forgetting things I asked for . Then when I asked someone to fix the issue . They were rude and continued to help other customers . Do not go here if you don’t have to . Go anywhere else !

The person who answered the phone doesn't speak English and instead of passing the phone to an English speaker they hung up and was very rude about it! Plus my fries is always cold when I order online like I don't live 6 minutes away!

I tried to order through the machines and it was not working. I called for assistance and nobody showed up to help until my order was canceled and I had to do it again. Then I was sitting in a table and a big family (with kids unmasked walking around) sat right next to me in a table marked to supposed to be empty in order to keep distance. That family didn't care about it and your staff didn't do anything to make them respect this even when I let them know about this situation

I was trying to use a code for a discount and they code was marked as invalid on their system but it didnt show any problems on the app. They manager added a discount to the item I was trying to get. I wanted to add something else and aparently I was not supposed in which I was not informed I was not able to. The lady came in and just told me that they cannot add the discount again. I tried the pay for my items separately so they could to the discount and she said that they can’t add the discount anymore and was blaming me for adding another item. TERRIBLE SERVICE TERRIBLE ATTITUDE DONT RECOMEND

This place literally never gets the order right for delivery, and also messed it up when I’ve done drive through. Complete halves of orders missing every time is really frustrating (writing this after probably the 5th time it’s happened in a row now)

Yesterday, I went to McDonald’s with my friend. He ordered a $5 meal, but they accidentally gave him a mcryspy chicken sandwich that was raw. He got so sick and end up vomiting. He even complained to the staff about how raw the chicken and they did not even care. This is ridiculous!
