Nice and clean place but service is way to slow

I was trying to use a code for a discount and they code was marked as invalid on their system but it didnt show any problems on the app. They manager added a discount to the item I was trying to get. I wanted to add something else and aparently I was not supposed in which I was not informed I was not able to. The lady came in and just told me that they cannot add the discount again. I tried the pay for my items separately so they could to the discount and she said that they can’t add the discount anymore and was blaming me for adding another item. TERRIBLE SERVICE TERRIBLE ATTITUDE DONT RECOMEND

This place literally never gets the order right for delivery, and also messed it up when I’ve done drive through. Complete halves of orders missing every time is really frustrating (writing this after probably the 5th time it’s happened in a row now)

Everytime you go to this location you either get hot food, or food cold, sloppy and poorly prepared it belongs in the trash. It’s honestly shameful. Not even worth it

I’m currently standing online there are about 10 people on line ahead of me waiting …I ordered 3 hash browns there’s no way I’m standing online line 15 mins for 3 hash browns this place always seems to have a major problem when it comes to high volume ..orders are always being messed up I never get exactly what I ordered

Yesterday, I went to McDonald’s with my friend. He ordered a $5 meal, but they accidentally gave him a mcryspy chicken sandwich that was raw. He got so sick and end up vomiting. He even complained to the staff about how raw the chicken and they did not even care. This is ridiculous!

I had a bad experience at this place. The staff is not properly trained and they treat customers poorly. The night manager was very rude to me after I was given the wrong order. Customer service needs serious improvement. I do not recommend it

Second time shorted my mc nuggets order..20 piece had only 16 pieces..the kids were crying that they only had 8 a piece....they agreed to no fries if they had 20 nuggets...also no one speaks English..difficult ordering at drive thru...in future we will go to pleasantville.

There's no point in customising your order - all the food was provided with the default items. Good luck getting anything that's in the back. I waited 5 minutes for napkins. Employees don't seem ready to interact with the public.

They was reported to corporate, I Oder fresh chicken nuggets and they give me the oldest in the tray stale and rubbery. I ask them again to get me fresh nuggets and they take the ones from the try and reheat them in the hot oil UNBELIEVABLE! Do waste your time or money here
