We go there to get lunch to go to enjoy with my mother in law at assisted living. It is always great and fresh and the staff is great as well!
Wow! As soon as I walked in I was acknowledged and I wasn't rushed to place my order, even though I knew what I was gonna order that made me browse the menu a little more and I ended up ordering extras. I really loved it!

I had never eaten inside Panda Express until today. The husband and I usually just pick up. Food is always great, fresh, and hot. Inside was very clean and nice. Service was friendly.
Pretty good food. Staff is friendly, variety of entrees. I usually get a plate with two entrees and a side. My favorites are Mushroom Chicken, Beijing Beef, Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, egg rolls and noodles. It will cost you approximately $11 if you include the egg roll.
This site is much better than all of the other Panda Express Restaurants I've been to hands down! Very mature staff that seemed like they didn't mind the work they did. The take out has always been spot on without any deficiencies in orders.
Online order. Processed quickly. Picked up at drive thru. Good customer service. All items in bag. Fresh hot foods. Order correct. Honey walnut super delicious, mushroom chicken to die for.. orange chicken not overly spicy. Actually edible. Broccoli beef.. mix ratio proper.. teriyaki chicken fresh .. smiles at the window. Drinks fresh. All requested condiments on point.
One of my favorite Chinese places because it is always consistent and delicious. The wait time going through the drive they can be lengthy sometimes but once you get to the pick up window to pay you get your food pretty quick. They are currently not offering dine in only drive thru or pick up.
Tire shop is closed but someone always answers the phone to assist
The food was great, the people were nice. The place was clean. The kids used to get sweet n sour chicken and we were trying to decide if they would like the sesame chicken so I asked for a sample of that but they kindly said no samples. No explanation, but I think cause of covid. The employee did mention the entree had a sweet flavor so we tried it out..the kids loved it and so did I. I really wish they had outdoor seating.
Very nice people, despite being overworked. Panda Express (PE) is very welcome here because the Chinese restaurants in the RGV are not authentic. Grand Chinese Buffet in Pharr is the best, but too far so thanx PE for coming to the rescue.

Employees were very friendly and kindly asked if we wanted to wait for freshegg rolls so we did and everything tasted perfect, so good! We asked for several different sauce with our order and even though they took it out to us after a short wait they did not forget any of the side items we asked for and gave us everything correctly. The bonus of this place was that the Employees were wearing face masks and gloves still and even though alot of places don't anymore, it is very comfortable for my family to see this. We thank you panda express Employees for still doing this and giving us a great drive thru experience with great tasting food! Will definitely be back!

Our go to place after visiting thr doctor at the other end of the block. The 4 star food rating is only because I keep looking for more selections. What they have is good.

My family likes their food so we get the family meal and 3 entrees and 2 rice/chow mein, it feeds 4 easily. No gluten free options though.

i have horrible social anxiety especially when it comes to talking to customer service employees but they were all so nice .. thank you panda express employees <3 also the place was super clean i was very surprised!

Most of the dishes are good, however the beef and broccoli was not good. The gravy they use tastes like tv dinner gravy. The same bad gravy they use on another chicken dish. I'll go back to panda but not order anything with a brown gravy.
The food was fresh & tasty, my order was exactly what I requested. I ordered on the app and it was supposed to be ready at 2. I waited about 10 minutes, but I would say it was worth the wait.

Great online ordering experience. Food is always good. When the order wasn't quite ready when we arrived, we were offered a drink. Impressed that they use cardboard instead of plastic containers and bags.
Food was really good! If only the cashier at the drive thru window wouldnt have had so much trouble taking our order and getting it wrong repeatedly i would have rated it a 5. And still even after the 5th time repeating it to her, we see the receipt and realized she still got it wrong so we had to get in the long line again to just order the items she got wrong so we endedup paying double! Not a great experience ordering and paying but the food was really good and made up for it.
It's fast Chinese food. I stopped in for a quick bite. It's similar to a mall Chinese food place.
Passed by around 8pm on a Friday night and they didn't have noodles and that's cuz the girl offered and I said yeah I'll do 1/2 and 1/2 then she said no only rice. Ok so then I ask for unsweet tea well, they don't have any more. No, we'll make more. Just we don't have enough for the glass. Then I said ok. Coke. Then I have to order another plate and she again said rice or noodles. I told her rice cuz u don't have noodles. Come on panda it's not a hard job. And yes I've worked in fast food and never forgot stuff, and if we were low we would make sure to make more. That's how u keep customers happy and having them come back.
Food can be hit or miss sometimes. There are times where it's really good and times where it's just so so. The staff is friendly, however, that does stay consistent.
I have visited this Panda Express a few times and the food quality is never consistent. When it's good it's nice and hot and they give you good portions. But other times the food is cold and the serving sizes are small. I guess it depends on who is working at the time. I recommend the steak and shrimp as entree and fried rice.
When you see the staff take their lunch break in the plain view of the everyday common customer, and they are enjoying their food... you know it's good.. and guess, IT'S DELICIOUS.. They have real friendly staff. And the place is super clean. To earn the extra star, all they need to sell Fried Okra.....
It's a hit or miss, the new firecracker steak and shrimp is good but the steak can be a bit dry, I like to add hot mustard on my noodles and it's always good. They have a habit of forgetting your teriyaki sauce if you go through the drive thru if you order that. Sometimes the raspberry tea is watery but it's better than the location near Wal Mart.
I Have To Share That The Image On The Advertisement Of The Beef And Shrimp Bowl Looks A Lot Better Then The Real Deal, It Only Comes With 3 Shrimp And On The Commercial Its Loaded As Well As The Advertisement On The Pic Of The Bowl As You Drive Up. The Flavor Is Great But Your Not Getting Your Moneys Worth. If You Want Your Money's Worth As The Advertisement Head Out To P. F. Chang's.
I normaly like general chow with lo mein....the only thing they have close to that is thin noodles with orange chicken....it's alright....I like it...but not my first place to go...but I still go....it's still good.and convenient for me
I didn’t know a business, a chain business didn’t follow their hours of operation that the have posted on the door and website. Get to the restaurant at 9:05 and their doors are locked and nothing but drive thru. I wanted to get off and eat and not have to sit through their long line. Is it management that is doing this or the regular employees? Is it just this one location or all locations. Very upsetting and disappointing. Can’t wait to find another fast food Chinese company.
I ordered triple orange chicken and I had just made it fresh really go to this panda express they go to a different one. I wish they had put more orange sauce on the chicken it was kind of tasteless and a little bit dry.
Server who seemed to be taking both drive thru and inside orders was rude. I went inside she didn't even had the courtesy to say hello. Be right with u It'd such a rush job. Only friendly person was cashier.
Went today to pick up food, a young lady working in the front was being rude giving attitude just because I had asked for extra sauce. If there was a limit I would understand. this is the second time this has happened, received rude attitude from some employees not all. food was great tho

Great staff and food. Just one concern on one of cooks. i see no gloves and i see him touching his face and broms and than opening food packages and touching food with no gloves. i dont bother me but its a saftey thing in a place of business.
It's pretty much a guarantee now that if I place an online order at this location, it vanishes into the aether and is forgotten about until I get there, where I must wait in whatever line exists to then have to wait more for them to actually make the order that should've been done already. It wasn't always like this, I guess management changed or something, but my last 5 online orders at this specific location have had this problem.
Stood there while they took other orders thru drive thru and employees seen me standing and no one not even management came to help .. So I just walked out won't be going back any time soon. Food is good though. Sorry not sorry
Food was good tasting but based on portion size/taste it was twice as expensive as it should have been. Also, I've never sat in a drive through at the speaker for 10min before being spoken with before. But was trapped in with no options as the 1 car in front of me was also waiting at the window this whole time, and other cars loaded in behind me. It took about 20min total, and again, only 1 other customer was ahead of me when I decided to try out Panda Express the first time here.
The person on the drive thru answering need to get a different job.... Also need to wear face covering....dirty place... manager need to pay attention on workers....
Took a few bites of the food, now I am sitting at the ER with food poisoning, I am writing this review in hopes that no one will go through this anymore. I will never get food from here again.

Even if you make an order online they make you wait in the drive thru line. Really? I made an order 25 minutes ago and now have to wait another 15 minutes in drive thru. Waste of my time.
Today we decided to go to Panda Express for Chinese food. We waited in line at the drive thru and ordered our food and drinks. Got to the window and paid. They handed me our food and a kids drink. I asked the lady for my drink. Oh you didn't have a drink on the order. I explained that I did ask for a drink and said no worries let me just pay for my drink. She told me I couldn't get an add-on st the window. So I can't get a drink? No. I almost gave her all the food and the Small drink right back but I had already paid for everything. It made me so mad! Really? You can't give me one drink that you forgot to add on my order? That's very poor customer service. Needless to say I will have to find someplace else to get our Chinese food!
Not a happy camper went to dinner one last week service and food was great went thru drive thru today and got 6 thin pieces of beef and rest was broccoli my wife was Worst most green bean and onion and 4 pieces of chicken I guess you have to dine in to get a normal portion

I was highly disappointed when I was turned down for service. I am a truck driver and I was delivering near by. I have been craving Orange Chicken and Chow Mein for a couple days now and got on Google to find a PE that was big enough to accommodate my truck. When I found this location I was excited, the median between the oncoming traffic lane and my lane was EXTRA wide. I parked in the median and proceeded to call in my order as I have been doing amidst the Pandemic. The person who answered the phone was immediately rude and snapped at the phone with a "What do you want." I asked in clarification if I had reached Panda Express and his tone dramatically changed to a more respectful and expected customer service attitude but none the less I was unprofessionally greeted. When I went through my normal speech about how I am a trucker and can not fit my rig through the drive through, that I was willing to pay at the door and walk over (WHICH STATEWIDE PE HAS BEEN DOING) I was told that they would not do that. That their promotion and organization was more important than catering to their customers. (The drive through was empty at this time and they had all the time in the world to work with me) Seems to me this Panda Express values money and exercises laziness over positive customer interactions. This won't change my patronage of Panda Express but I WILL NOT return to this one.
Horrible!!!! Worst customer service ever!!! Food was all cold, no condiments, sever was very very rude it was a girl in drive thru no name tag at all and manager Pedro even worse. This place is a dump. Don't go unless you like your food cold..
Ana the manger does not know how to handle costumer service she should not be a manger anywehre, they charged us someone else's meal, didn't believe us when we told her. She had to come to our table and count everything herself. Also did not want to honor my promo code, didn't try inserting it. I called corporate and made a complaint, the lady I spoke with on the phone could not believe what we had to go through. Pedro the other manger was no help either. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN WHO PANDA PICK AS MANGERS. Not one apology was given either. Never will we be back to this location or dixieland. Take your money to China star yall, much better food and service.
Worst Panda Location Ever! Waited in the drive through an hour! 10 min to get to the intercom, 20 min before they took my order, 30 min waiting for my order. No exaggeration! They never even acknowledged me at the window. Finally banged on the glass, canceled my order, and left to go to the other Panda across town. Have had issues at this location twice before. This was the worst drive through experience ever! The poor people behind me. The guy in front of me had to bang on the glass too. I live closer to this one but have never had an issue with the other location. I will never go back to this Panda Express!
Their pick-up is the worst. They gave my family and a truck driver a hard time; requesting we go through the drive thru because it had rained (though it wasn't raining anymore). How exactly would an 18 wheeler go through a drive thru??
I ordered my food and I reported that I did not receive my food I got thr wrong ordered and then manger was supposed to reach out to me since July and we are in September what kind of manger do you have
Double check your order if you are placing more than a single plate order. Got home 25 min later (live in Raymondville) just to find out on my wife's order there was only one entree vs the 2 entree we ordered and paid for.

The person who was in charge at the window was very rude and impatient. Was reviewing my order with her just to make sure we understood each other. Still got the order wrong and then got gaslighted by the manager that it's in the recite. Very lazy, very rude. Couldn't get a refund. I'm pretty sure they thought was trying get away with getting free food. And said if I wanted something different I can order another plate. So I have to pay for another plate????
Worse experience ever from this location today the woman taking the drive through orders needs to work on her customer service voice. I was told the string bean chicken wasn’t ready if I wanted to wait and I said yes so I parked in the designated area waited for about 7 minutes and got my food. When I got home with no string bean chicken. What a waste. Who ever manages this restaurant needs to have their staff on their A game.
Absolutely horrible experience today after they started serving other customers and forgot a simple bowl meal for us. Having seen them refill the product, and serve other guests before us. After a 15 minute waiting I went up and confronted the cashier and ask for any other meal option in order to eat during a scheduled lunchtime. I do not pay money to be skipped in line and have to get up from eating a meal to go ask Guerra hey simple bowl of food has been placed. Their customer service today was definitely lacking! I understand that some days are busier than others but for getting a meal for over 15 minutes and having no excuse is uncalled for!
Never thought a manager can ruin a fast food place but since the male manager left this place the new female manager is horrible always runs out of chicken makes people wait over 15 mins. Actually went when chicken was finished and she said it was all sold to a catering business and it was going to be a 20 min wait. This place was my go to about 2 years ago not any more unfortunately. That lady needs to go.
Everything was bad the noodles didn't have any flavor they were dry, rice no flavor whatsoever, the broccoli beef was just plain the broccoli was still hard no flavor or juice and even the damn cookie fortune was stale. icant believe how bad everything was the customer service didn't care either they just say what do you want and basically hand over the card.
Went today and asked for a plate and a bigger plate. When taking the order, the employee over the speaker confirmed and acknowledged the plate, and then I ordered the bigger plate. When the total came back as $23 I had a feeling one of the of things I ordered was not submitted. No big deal at first. When I went to pay I asked the lady at the window if she had added the plate, and she said no and asked me again what the order. So just to confirm I repeated what the order should be, a plate with orange chicken and teriyaki with fried rice, and a Bigger plate with the same thing but with half n half and shrimp. The lady at the window just replied in a condescending tone, "Sir that is the bigger plate". I then replied stating, that I understand what the bigger plate is but the issue is that the other item was not submitted. We argued for a brief moment, nothing crazy or anything but the Employee, who according to the receipt was named Gabriella P, was very rude and should be reprimanded and taught basic customer service. At the end I just asked to add it to the order. A moment later another employee came back with our food and apologized, though I did not catch their name, they were very courteous. This could have been a simple, oh my bad let me add that for you, but for some unknown reason she decided to be combative about it. As a side note, the food was cold as well, but still good. Do better Panda.
There were 6 people trying to help the cashier pass a coupon of the lady infront of me for 5 mins , one opened up the other pos to proceed to try to make the coupon pass there, I then asked why can't we who are waiting be charged instead on the other pos and was ignored by the crew, needless to say I wont be going back because this isnt the first time ive encountered rude employees at this restaurant

Absolutely junk food and customer service is worse. Ordered orange chicken and fried rice but it had a lot of Chile flakes. This is only thing I order here and manager said this dish always comes with Chile flakes. I DON'T THINK SO! 👉🏻"Ingredients: dark meat chicken, water, sugar, distilled vinegar, modified food starch, corn starch, potato starch, contains less than 2% of: wheat, orange extract, caramel color, salt, garlic, phosphoric acid, rice, sesame oil. *The dish uses a proprietary batter and sauce." Nowhere does is include Chile. Didn't want to change my order or refund my money. Just said I could BUY another dish if I didn't want the one I already bought. Absolutely TRASH. I didn't like Panda to begin with but decided to give it a chance....but this just solidified my not coming back. Forget you Panda Express and good riddance 👎🏼 Do better and screen your employees better
Order orange chicken - chicken was not cooked Ordered beef with broccoli- not 1 piece of beef and was told that it’s now 90% broccoli Ordered and egg roll - it tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed Brought the entire meal back and the girl behind the counter said she would not replace or or refund me because I had tasted it. How else would I have known that the food they served was completely disgusting. Please don’t waist your money going here!
Really sucks when you place your order ( I’m currently bedbound ) had my husband pick up my order and they don’t wanna hand it to the person picking it because they don’t know how to do their job or they don’t know where to look….. like come on if someone shows you a confirmation which is provided by Panda Express and still have them there just because you have doubts isn’t professional… that’s literally the reason panda send confirmation to avoid any miscommunication or taking the wrong order
I'm not blaming the chain but something there is bad. Both my husband and I have ordered at least 2 times in the last week and gotten different bowls and we're both sick. We're fine with every other meal but after eating these we get horrible stomach pain, bloating and other issues. I dunno what's going on but it's recent cause this never happened before.
Rude drive thru service @ 8:40pm. Employee (Girl) just says "yes" once we pull up to the speaker instead of "how may i help you / welcome to panda" felt like i was going by mcdonalds w that attitude. pulled up and had a sour face too. (We were the only ones on drive thru, very dead, and she acted as if she was just done for.) food was good employee can be better.
This location is never prepared when I stop by, I always end up having to wait 20 minutes outside because they are out of a certain side or dish. We sat outside in the parking lot for a good 20 minutes, then decided to get off and ask for a manager. Another customer beat me to it, however even though we got our food manager did nothing to alleviate our wait. Other Panda Express locations so in extra sausage, fortune cookies, or even offer to fix our order to a fresh meal, but this location did not... already submitted my survey to corporate....
There’s an employee named ANA who was rude and disrespectful when I came back from ordering a bowl that had HAIR in it. when I mentioned to her she said she didn’t see it. I pulled the hair out and said still don’t see it. She said she couldn’t refund me for it and there’s nothing I can do about it. I am never going back to this restaurant. Also pedro your manager for this location specifically verbally threatened not just me but my family as well for trying to inform other customers about hair in the food.
Just stopped by at Panda express very poor service small portions ordered 3 plates and 1 bowl girl forgot to give the bowl and charge for it I had already paid and used a member coupon I told her charge it but can you fix it so I can include my coupon she said no manager was just looking ver bad service just happened today 10/11/25 @ 600pm why is panda service and portions getting so bad
We placed an online order and showed up with about an hour before closing, yet we were told at the window instead of at the speakerbox that there were no main dishes and most of the sides available. This was very frustrating, especially since the system still let us order. What made it worse was that the manager never came out to show face and explain/apologize. Instead, the presenter had to deliver the message. She was polite, professional, and handled it well despite having to cancel/adjust multiple orders, but it shouldn’t have been her responsibility. A manager should step up in situations like this. Overall, disappointing experience that not only I had to go through but also the 5 other vehicles that got turned away, could have been managed much better. Recommended Panda Express to go is the one on Lincoln Ave. Called to verify they had food and they said if they didn't have something ready they'd just make more. Enough said. Even if it's more of a drive for us. P.S. this was their explanation for the refund.
slow service and undercooked veggies and this isn't the first time the last time the teriyaki chicken was extremely slimy like it was barely cooked so the chicken was all thrown when we bought a plate for 2 choices of chicken and sides were only eaten & no fortune cookies , I don't wanna waste my money anymore in this economy
Stopped for lunch…only one in line..two other customers in restaurant..incredibly rude staff. At least acknowledge your waiting customers instead of totally ignoring us. Left to go elsewhere.
Showed up to pick an online order and employees gave me a hard time 🤦🏻 I literally told them my name and what I ordered. They still acted like I was trying to steal someone else's order. Would not recommend this place unless you print out your order on a poster so the employees don't give you dirty looks when you pick up your food.
