Very cool place for date night! Great ambiance, views of Round Rock, specialty drinks, and food. Will be going back!

Rooftop has gone through a rough renovation and we are all happy they have reopened. The staff is very welcoming, the drinks are strong and finger foods are great

Pheleb was the consumate bartender! The food is fresh and the drinks are top shelf!

It is my most favourite bar in Roundrock. The food and cocktails are good, and the mood with live music is also very good.

Lauren was so great at meeting our needs during this visit. Starting with this handmade Black Berry Margarita that is to die for. Beef nachos were perfect, quail bites amazing, wings were awesome. DELICIOUS! We got the prosciutto and Brie flatbread and the salad. I got an old fashioned to drink. The ambience was great and the food was delicious. Reasonably priced for the quality.

This place is beautiful, worth the drive at any distance, ( I drove an hour) it's just getting established.. and knowing the restaurants high standards, this place does not disappoint. Glad I got here early!

A great place to visit! While the bar is on the rooftop of a business building, it is well worth the visit. The cocktails are well-mixed, unique, and delicious. Our group had some of the classics, as well as some of the seasonal offerings, and everyone seemed to really enjoy their selections. We also had some of the snacks - I'd highly recommend the flatbreads. There are about 4 mocktails on the menu, but they may be able to accommodate additional requests with the ingredients on hand (club soda, ginger beer, etc.).

Dipped in during last nights storm for live music and a cold beer. Great atmosphere even thought the ac was out it was we still made the best of it. Live music was great and service was top notch. Highly recommend!

The place was great before the remodel, but now it's amazing. Excellent views, inside and out. Best craft cocktails in Round Rock. Get Blake's old fashioned.

Outside rooftop was def on a whole diff vibe. Live music, great drinks and a light menu. Great place for group events or even a romantic evening with your significant other. I will be back soon…

My husband and I stopped to have a drink. The bar is such a vibe with a great view and nice atmosphere.I got Good Humor and my husband got an Old Fashion. Good Humor taste like a strawberry shake, it was so good.

This place really knows what the heck they are doing! The customer service, cocktails taste, selection and food are amazing every time. Tonight I was greeted by Phaelyd and served by Carlos. Both were so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend the expresso martini paired with the sunset views

Pretty cool spot to hang out. The staff was very pleasant. Food was tasty, great vibes. Big ups to the cool bartender with the jammin' playlist. Side note, for all of you photographers, this place and the surrounding area has some beautiful night time views.

I liked Urban Rooftop, and you will too. I had a delicious Sazerac cocktail. Top notch. Service was excellent, and the atmosphere was great. You’re up 5 stories and can look down to the creek bed, and across to see Round Rock in all its glory. I would highly recommend this place. I didn’t try food this time, but I’m sure I’ll be back.

I love you a whole brunch! 🥞🍹 Highlights: • Cocktails • Brunch • Rooftop Views Review: The migas were bursting with flavor and a bit of spice. The potatoes were perfect, the bacon extra crispy, beans were earthy and delicious. The Bloody Mary was balanced, refreshing, spicy and boozy. The highlight of the day were the waffles, crunchy exterior, warm, fluffy center with richness from the butter and sweetness from the syrup. Can’t wait to go back and try their other menu items. Rating: 9/10 Tex-Mex Migas- egg, pico de gallo, grilled jalapeno, cheddar jack, avocado, sour cream, refried beans, breakfast potatoes and bacon. Waffles with fresh fruit and a blueberry sauce.

Amazing rooftop in round rock! For someone looking to chill in the burbs this is a perfect spot. It’s on the fourth floor! Huge space to hang out. Margherita flat bread and hummus was fire & cocktails were pretty good.

Great atmosphere and vibes. Love the live music on Saturdays. The cocktails were absolutely perfect. The charcuterie board was beautifully put together. Don’t expect lots of food. This is more of a bar with appetizers. The perfect place to go on a date or to discuss business in Round Rock.

Good food. Great cocktails. Decent live music on Saturdays. Amazing place to catch sunset views in Downtown Round Rock. I'd give 5* for service if they had the high chair available for my kiddo, but they didn't have it. So it may not be an ideal place to visit with small kids.

This is a great rooftop bar! We have eaten at Urban downstairs and never ventured over to have a drink on the rooftop. Well, we meet some friends there tonight and it was super fun. There was live music and most of the space inside was occupied. Lots of open space outside with some great views. The staff was prompt. It was cold, but the had heaters going. My drink was strong. I think we will have to do this again. If you want to enjoy a nice drink, great atmosphere, and ambience this is the place.

We went on a date Saturday night, right at about sunset. The atmosphere is so chill and nice out on the roof. The drinks were perfectly made, and we tried several each. The bread and butter was a great snack with our drinks. The staff were attentive, and offered us suggestions of drinks not on the menu, as well as made sure we'd actually like the ones we chose. There was a live singer playing as well. Couldn't be a more perfect evening.

Second time at this place and the first was during the summer and we did outside dining listening to live band music. This time we dine indoors. The weather was much cooler but definitely enjoyed the indoor seating. The time we arrive for our reservation, it wasn’t busy and we were seated right away. The ambiance was amazing and food was good. If you’re looking for a nice little date night, I highly recommend.

We decided to stop by after passing this spot 1000 times in the past couple years. I am glad we finally did. We had a very nice time in a great environment. Wine selection wasn’t great but they had cocktails and great service. we will be back and put this spot on our rotation. Prices were very reasonable, we didn’t have food except for a little cheese board that was delicious.

Drinks were delicious and very strong. The service was nice and the atmosphere was beyond beautiful. A must place to visit for any date night or special occasions.

Holden is ALWAYS serving up the best drinks and service when I come by! He recommended the Bacon flight and my goodness was it delicious! The drinks are spot on just like the newly added decorations for the holiday season! For a Saturday night, its right in between of comfort but also room for a little dancing! Great bar! We went for sunset drinks and had such a fun time. The handmade cocktails were excellent, and the view from the rooftop made the whole experience even better. We had a group of six and ordered several appetizers to share. The sharing board (charcuterie) for four was especially impressive — a generous amount of food, much better than what many restaurants offer. Nothing felt skimpy, and everything was delicious and well presented. Overall, Urban Rooftop Bar is a fantastic spot for drinks, views, and a relaxed, uplifting atmosphere. Highly recommend for groups or a casual night out!

Saturday night, I had the opportunity to visit the rooftop bar that I hadn't been to since they remodeled. The new design looks and feels amazing, and the live music was a fantastic bonus. The musician they had was incredibly talented and definitely worth paying attention to. We tried a few drinks from the cocktail menu, and my favorite was the Permanent Vacation. As someone who loves tequila, I may be biased, but I thought it was amazing. The manager even went above and beyond to customize my second drink after I asked for something spicy. The food was also outstanding. The tuna tartar and charcuterie board were both delicious, and I saw several people around us enjoying the flatbreads, so I'll have to try one of those next time. Overall, the views were one of a kind in Round Rock, the new design is beautiful, and it's great to know that there is an indoor area for when it gets cold or starts to rain. I'll definitely be coming back to this place in the future."

We celebrated my husbands birthday on Saturday night and this place was right up our alley! Lauren was our bartender and she was so personable. The drinks she made were perfectly balanced and delicious. The view was beautiful and the vibe was amazing. They have fire pit seating that is so intimate and perfect for a date night. Dan Rohde was the entertainer for the evening and he was great. I requested 3 songs by Matchbox 20 and he was able to deliver. We really enjoyed ourselves, and I will definitely go again.

Love the environment and the rooftop views! Felt like they did a really good job! One of the employees, Sade, Was absolutely amazing and super attentive to everything at the bar! The only thing I have to complain about was the bathrooms were too HOT!!! I feel like the AC units need to be FIXED!!! I can only imagine what the kitchen staff are feeling! I feel bad for that staff that cant get proper AC when they're over the stove all the time!

Jalapeño cucumber margaritas are a perfect balance of hot and cool. Very tasty. The Mexican flatbread was awesome. Serves two people for only $15 dollars. Will return Friday and Saturday night which include live music at sunset. Inside the bar you still get a great view of the Texan sky and the water tower.

If you have the chance to go, do it!!!! The views and live music are amazing. The best part was our incredible bartender Lauren. She was so friendly and kind to us, not to mention she makes the best drinks ever!!! Can’t wait to go back.

Robert was great, he was very knowledgeable about all of their drinks. He helped me figure out what i wanted to order based on my taste pallet. I ended up getting the barrel aged infinity old fashion and was very impressed and satisfied. I will definitely be back to see him. The atmosphere is great and very relaxing. I cant wait to bring all of my friends!!

This is my first time coming to the Urban Rooftop and the atmosphere is very chill. It’s a cool spot to hang with friends or on a date. The server Kelsey and the bartender Lauren were very sweet and funny once we sat down! Definitely will be back here! :)

This is a great rooftop bar located near downtown Round Rock. Great spot to watch the sunset. On a clear day you can see downtown Austin. They had live music during the Friday happy hour. Its a little oricey, but worth the extra because the atmosphere is really cool.

We had our wedding's Welcome Party at Urban Rooftop this past April, and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better space or team to host our event. Phaelyb was super helpful in the days leading up to our party, answering all our questions and making sure everything was ordered, coordinated, and set up just the way we wanted. We arrived a bit early, and were happy to see the buffet and beverage stations were all ready to go, and tables set. We rented out the sunset patio, and it was absolutely beautiful at sunset - the perfect atmosphere to welcome our guests to Texas. Our guests had an amazing time and kept complimenting the food and overall vibe of the evening. Throughout the night, Phaelyb and his team took care to ensure everything was perfect for our large group of 65 and we’re so grateful for Urban Rooftop helping us kick off our wedding weekend in the best way!

It's a bar with a view but has an associated restaurant nearby if you want a proper meal.

Came here for a quick drink and salad at sunset. Both were fantastic. If you time it right you can watch the bats come out and fly across the sky at sunset and it is an amazing sight.

This is definitely a hidden gem in round rock! Kelsey was our server and was super kind and helpful when we ordered. The food was delicious so she definitely knows her stuff! Lauren served up some of the best cocktails scotch I’ve had in a while and Patrick was an absolute pleasure to meet at the front when we were looking for a table. The live music was also really well done and it’s definitely an atmosphere I appreciated. I will most certainly be back and I highly recommend this rooftop bar to anyone who’s looking for a chill urban evening vibe!

Kelsey, our server was amazing. As soon as we walked in, she was busy at the bar but took time to pause and say hello and guide us. Huge sign of good customer service & noted. She was attentive to our table - even when she got busy. Patrick, Lauren, & Kelsey worked well together & were personable - even customizing my drink. First time - we’ll be back!

I attended an event at Urban Rooftop on a beautiful Tuesday and just WOW. The atmosphere, the staff and the drinks were 10/10. Kevin and his staff were amazing. If you are looking for a location in around Rock to host an event or you just want to enjoy a beautiful rooftop evening I would highly recommend.

The charcuterie boards were flying around everywhere. Girls day vibes for sure. Nice and peaceful.

Amazing ambiance and cocktails options, everything on the menu (both drinks and food) sounded so good I wanted to get one of everything. Ended up ordering the trio bacon sampler, my favorite was the Mongolian bacon! Both the drinks I ordered were delivered in no time at all thanks to the bartender (Thanks to Holden!). If you’re looking for a place with interesting specialty cocktails, this is the place. If you’re looking for sit at the bar it is a little bit loud but not so loud that you can’t hold a conversation. This place just feels cool, from the ambiance to the people, it feels like a hidden gem with how little people there were on a Saturday night. Looking forward to returning and trying more items on the menu!

We rented the entire venue for our company's holiday event at Urban on 12/12 and it was a fantastic event. I know that a large part of the success of our event was due to the hard work and effort Kelsie and the Urban team. From the planning of the event, through to the set up and completion, every member of your team worked hard to make our night special. Brenden with his attention to detail made the food tables accessible and the display really work in that space. Bre and Holden repeatedly checked in to make sure that we had everything that we needed and did not hesitate to pivot when necessary. Carlos, Candence and Mitchel kept the drinks flowing, the crowd happy and our event lit! Even the selection of John and DJ Trey was perfect. Everyone who has talked to me about the party has mentioned the food. Every bite of food was so tasty! The beef ribs were fork tender and cooked to perfection. I am not usually impressed by chicken breast; I was so pleasantly surprised by the delicious taste of the airline chicken that I had leftovers for 2 days. Toby and their talented kitchen team did a tasty job. This is our big annual event and one that I tend to stress over because you want to make sure everyone is having a good time and a delicious meal. As this was my first time working with their team, I was nervous but once I met Kelsie in person, I had a good feeling. I was not disappointed. The care put into our event was extraordinary. They were always so positive, willing to help and full of great ideas. Thanks again Urban Rooftoo team for showing us a good time.

I went to this rooftop on Saturday, and we sat outside on the patio where there was live music. It was really enjoyable, and the weather was really nice. I'd like to mention that the service was really good, and we really liked it. We'll definitely be back again. Thank you so much!

They have done an outstanding job remodeling. The place looks great! Service, as has been my usual experience here, is very friendly. View is fantastic and you should come here for sunset. Seating could be a wait during popular times. Standard cocktails, decent beer selection. Really, the service, the location, the views make this a clear recommendation.

Stop in to check this place out randomly.. couple things, servers & bartends are very nice!! They have great cocktails, roof top is strictly apps, they have a restaurant across the street. We stop by around 5:00pm, server let us know that they have live music at 6:00pm -10pm only on Friday and Saturday’s. Will be back.

It’s a pretty cool spot with an amazing bartender who makes the drinks really stand out. I got the sazerak which was actually amazing and the flatbreads were simply too good as finger food to with it, ended up getting two of them. I would recommend getting a reservation for the roof, if you can’t it’ll be a short wait inside so not a huge deal. Clientele is a little on the older side with live music on the Friday I went.

Grown and sexy atmosphere! Pretty diverse scene with a great view. Drinks are great, but food is a bit pricey. It's definitely a place to impress a date. Dress is business casual.

My wife and I visited this rooftop bar for date night because we always see it when we drive on 35. We had the bruschetta and my wife had the burrata salad. Both were great. We also tried a couple of drinks. They have a good selection of whiskeys and we also tried some expresso martinis that did not disappointed. We sat outside for the amazing sunset but the heaters really didn’t help so we went inside to finish out drinks. Great service but limited vegetarian options but would go back for drinks all day.

Great ambiance and views. My buffalo trace old fashioned was perfect. Food presentation was beautiful. The taste was okay and a bit bland for my personal taste. Service could have been a tad more attentive had to go to the bar 2 times and ask for a refill of water and silver ware for my meal. Overall this is a beautiful roof top bar with great music and drinks.

Urban Rooftop is where you go when you want good vibes and a skyline view without driving into Austin. The rooftop setting is the star, breezy, stylish, and perfect for golden hour drinks. The whole place has that laid-back-luxe energy & our server was amazing! It’s the kind of spot that makes you want to stay for "just one more" whether it’s a date night, girls’ night, or spontaneous solo hang. Solid 8/10 for the view, the drinks, and the energy.

It is an amazing place to spend a Friday afternoon. I had not been since the remodel, which now includes inside seating. Many tasty drinks to choose from, I couldn't make my mind up, so I tried several. I was not disappointed. Love the view and the atmosphere, especially the live music. Great place to hang with friends.

We used to love this spot for date nights, but it's harder to enjoy after the remodel. Drinks were watery. Several screens, including the one we were seated by, are broken and stuck in place so that you can't watch the sunset, which was our favorite part of going here. Live music was great, and wait staff was busy but friendly.

Urban Rooftop is a fantastic spot for happy hour! The atmosphere is great, with live music adding to the relaxed vibe. I especially loved the fig flatbread—it was so flavorful, and the combination of ingredients was spot on. The mezcal cocktail was incredibly refreshing and the perfect way to unwind. Overall, it’s a great place to kick back, enjoy good food, and sip on a delicious drink. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fun, lively spot!

The food was pretty good and our server was nice. It’s a nice romantic spot for date night but casual enough to bring the family.

Everyone was friendly. It was busy, but bartender didn't take too long to make our drinks. It was get crowded on the rooftop. You may want to come early if you want a nice seat. When ordering on the rooftop, the bartenders take longer and don't check up on you. I would definitely go again.

I'm going to start off positive. The food is good, the live music and the atmosphere are great! Bathrooms were clean. We really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. The reason for a 3 star rating was the constant up selling. It became exhausting. Our server was borderline obsessive with the up sale on everything. I ordered a pinot noir, she told me the Cab sauv is much better ($4 upsale). Bread a butter would be better with a little extra ($3 more each- only came with 7 tiny slices. Was this the extra?) Meanwhile I was trying to enjoy our guests to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday and couldn't constantly manage the suggested micro charges at every interaction. My husband ordered an old fashion on tap, she said "it's sweet, you won't like that. Let me get you the Woodford old fashion" UPCHARGE. Not once did we order without a conversation trying to sell us more. I understand upcharges (I was a server) but this was invasive. Her need for sales interfered with our conversation. We we could never simply order and continue with our evening. She had to discuss every request and didn't take no for an answer without a negotiation. I'm tired just thinking about it. When closing out our tab, she stood next to me waiting for it. I had wanted to read over it and decide if I wanted to give additional tip (large party gratuity included) . It was very awkward and frankly uncomfortable. If she would have focused on being genuine about her service, she would have taken home more than the automatic 20% gratuity. I'd go back but I'd make sure we have a different server.

My birthday my wife and 2 of our adult kids went there to have a drink and maybe see the bats. As we were finishing, we walked out on the porch and immediately were told we could not stand outside due to a reservation. we said we were only there for a minute watching the sunset, again a waitress asked us rudely to leave. I went to manager, he smirked and was again no help as the waitress argued. Nice place and atmosphere, however due to the rudeness and how it was handled we will never, nor will my company ever go again.

This review is specifically about how the hostess didn’t do her job and how she tried to shame us for speaking up about it. It begins with me making a reservation on the “Open Table” app in the morning. There was an abundance of available times. The app has a box to check if your visit is for a special occasion, and a text box to leave a special request. As it turns out, it was a special occasion for the two of us, and I requested to sit in a particular area. (I have never done this before BTW) When we arrived they were not busy. Scores of open tables and no RESERVED signs on any of them. The hostess greeted us and led us to our table which was not in the area I requested. I mentioned to her that I had requested a specific seating area. (We passed those tables and they were OCCUPIED with customers). She had a disrespectful response, similar to a teenager with smart-mouthed tone, when she told me the “app seated you at this table. There’s nothing I can do. Do you want me to move them?” My reply was “no. absolutely not. We are ok right here, I just wanted you to know I made the request.” About 5 minutes later, a male waiter came outside and moved the people at one of the occupied tables and walked directly to our table to let us know we could sit there now. He was polite and apologetic as we expressed we were not upset, and there is no way we were going to get up and move into those seats now. The mismanagement of the hostess error, of her not paying attention to details, and then causing more trouble for the waiter and two tables of customers, really made it awkward. All of a sudden, it was terribly average and not at all special. We finished our drink and appetizer, then decided to leave and go elsewhere. Look, we have supported Urban since they opened and before they even opened the Deck. This has been one of our favorite places to enjoy live music and good food, but the truth is, the service has always been spotty. We have been loyal through all of their ups & downs. The hard working staff, the good food, good music and atmosphere was always a draw for us even if the edges were a little rough. Bad attitudes were never part of the equation until last night. It’ll be awhile till we go back.

The scenery was amazing, the staff was also very friendly 😀. Im not trying to be rude when I ask this but how do you expect a business to thrive/bring in money when the food takes more than an hour to arrive. We ended up getting McDonald's and they actually got the order correct and the ice cream wishing was actually working. I would return just only for drinks.

What a weird experience we had yesterday. We’ve come here a few times now and the first experience was great. Sarah was very attentive and knowledgeable with the drink menu. She suggested a pink tequila drink that she said she created herself and it wasn’t on the menu. It was tasty! Our second experience was pretty bad. The server we had this time was new and seemed to be new to serving in general. Didn’t write our order down and predictably got it wrong. Service was slow and she seemed new to serving in general. We had ordered prosciutto with our salad and it never came. We let her know and she just said “so do you want it?” Then it came on a side plate in a big heap. It was chewy and unappetizing and I’m not sure what the point of a salad is if the ingredients aren’t incorporated. Then the flatbread we ordered had bell peppers on it instead of the jalapeños it said it included on the menu. We provided this feedback and she said “oh they just put whatever is available in the kitchen on there.” What? Then we asked for jalapeños and she brought us some. Weird. The drinks were also noticeably worse on this occasion, all unbalanced. Last night, we arrived with four of our family members who were in town for my wife’s PhD graduation from UT. We sat at the long table over on the left side of the rooftop, tucked in the corner and away from the stage. This was a good spot, except it wreaks of dog urine over here. I don’t know if a guest’s dog peed here or if they use fertilizer on the plants behind the table, but it stunk all night. To be fair to our server, I did not communicate this. Our server was very friendly and accommodating when we arrived. Drinks were good but took a long time. We were at the restaurant for a good 4 hours or so and while I can understand it being a challenge to find a rhythm with service for that long of a stay, I have to say the service broke down miserably after an hour or so. We were pretty heavily neglected for long periods of time with empty waters and drinks. I saw her walk by the table several times and glance over at us with the empty glasses and old dishes with no food on then, but I could tell she was busy and she made the mistake of not clearing things efficiently or addressing empty drinks the first time she saw them. But perhaps the strangest part of our evening was when we told her that the other server (Sarah?) had told us she was the bar manager and that she created the pink tequila drink for us last time. Our server last night referred to the other server as “fishnets” and said she isn’t the bar manager and she didn’t make that drink up herself. Then she said “and I’m happy to call her out, too.” I think all of our eyebrows rose. It really came out of left field and while our server was friendly with us, she broke the professional barrier in a completely unnecessary and flat-out strange way. A young mistake, I suppose. The service we received from the other girl during our first experience was a LOT better and it kind of felt like this server was maybe a bit of a hater/jealous of her. And we really don’t care about your toxic work environment. We’re just there to spend money and be served overpriced food and drinks on a rooftop with live music. As for the food…well, the food is pretty amateurish and takes forever to arrive. The bruschetta was just a round white plate with a bunch of heirloom tomatoes cut in half and some toasted bread with some sort of cheese melted on it. It was weird and not good. The hummus was not very good either and the veggies it came with, again, had a very amateurish presentation. We ordered a steak flatbread and intentionally timed it. Took over an hour. Our server mistakenly corrected me and said the ticket was at 40 minutes. So she must have entered it late (she didn’t have a handheld POS when we ordered it). The flatbread was bland and had way too much cheese on it. Again, very amateurish. Our server comped the flatbread and hummus without us asking her to. They seem to be in desperate need of a legitimate chef. The food is slow and not good.

Crazy overpriced. The 'charcuterie' board was 34 dollars and it was probably the worst quality of all the ingredients. Like the sausage, cheese, olives and crackers were all just cheap and tasted stale, it was a real disappointment. The cocktails are good but just insane price-wise. 14 dollars for a pretty basic martini for pete's sake. I will say the cocktails were at least tasty but not worth the price. We were there on a quiet weekday around sunset, it was steady but not overly busy and we waited well over 20 minutes for our first round of drinks. We watched people that arrived after us get their rounds. Finally when we asked we were told they were 'busy and backed up' but it was pretty obvious that we had just been forgotten. To their credit when we said something they did take care of the food on the bill for us. That and the 'view' is the only reason for 2 stars. It's not a place I'll return to.

We did not have reservations, however, the host mentioned the wait would be 10-15 minutes. My husband and I saw multiple people leave that were dining, multiple people did not opt to stay and walked away, and there were only a few individuals walked up seemingly with reservations. 35 minutes later, we went back upstairs the host said he "forgot to text us." Strike 1 Unfortunately, our server Miranda was not attentive. My husband and and I were sitting at the bar, she took our drink order, then disappeared for 15 minutes. We we awaiting to order food as well. By the time Miranda returned to drop our drinks off, and we gave her our food order....her coworker whispered in her hear that the kitchen was now closed!!! (We were 6 minutes late) As soon as we sat down, why didn't Miranda ask if we wanted anything to eat since the kitchen was closing soon? Drinking on an empty stomach is not ideal. Strike 2 While sitting at the bar, our waters were never refilled nor were we checked on by Miranda. I had to ask her to return for another drink. An employee walking just so happened to hear me tell my husband I was thristy and our waters were not refilled... that employee kindly refilled my water. My husband and I had to ask an additional employee to ask Miranda to give us our check (venue was closing) because like I said... she never checked on us. How does a bartender not check on patrons sitting at the bar? Strike 3 This potentially would have been a decent time as the ambiance seemed nice. However, the poor communication and lack of engagement was not impressive.

We walked in… they said how many. We said 2… she said “we only have inside available, outside is for reservations “ Mind you, we can clearly see outside and only one table has people. So.. we then go to open table to book. It’s currently 5:56pm and open table has an available table for outside at 6:15.. she says, “no that’s not right. You need to sit inside” We walked out and went to another place that happily took our $300 . Management needs to hire a better hostess because that girl is an entitled you know what. We will never return.

I have been coming here regularly for the last 8–10 visits, but this is the first time I felt something was off with the Water Lily cocktail. It used to have a lavender color, but this time it was served blue and was overly sweet. The server acknowledged that the color had changed but wasn’t sure why. He did, however, replace the drink with my second favorite one — The Sweetheart — but even that tasted off, almost like detergent. As for the appetizer, I always order the Margherita Bread, but what we were served this time was not even 30% close to what we’ve had in the past. The balsamic pearls were missing (and we weren’t informed about it), it was low on pesto sauce, and it was overbaked. I’m sharing the current and past photos for reference for margarita bread I’ve been a very regular customer here, but after seeing issues with both my favorite items, I don’t think I’ll be coming back going forward.

I understand that the kitchen is closed due to unforeseen circumstances. As a person who goes out alone a lot, I was not given great customer service that I am accustomed to. Not a solo date experience unfortunately.

Very sad experience. We had a 7:30 pm reservation. We arrived right on time and were sat immediately. That’s where the positive experience stopped. We waited for 15 minutes without a single server approaching us. Others were sat after us and had been waited on within minutes so we informed the hostess that we were giving up our table and leaving. There was barely an apology or explanation for the situation. My wife and I are not so far removed from reality to acknowledge that establishments like this get busy but when servers walk past you multiple times without the wherewithal to ensure that all patrons are taken care of, it makes for an uncomfortable experience. Hopefully Urban Rooftop makes some adjustments.

Was disappointed in everything overall. We were sat on a super tiny table and waited at least 20 minutes before a waiter came to the table, he seemed to be the k to working and the owner was having a party on the other side and I guess had everyone working over there. Drinks took at least 30 mins and the food was European inspired however the buratta was covered in a pile of salad, like they just dumped the whole bag on a plate. The bruschetta was 5 pieces of bread with a pile of tomatoes in the middle with a little bit of Parmesan cheese. Also couldn’t go out in the rooftop without a reservation!

I do not like to leave a bad review! But the latest experience i had at Urban rooftop was very upsetting and disappointing. I made a reservation with them to celebrate ny husbands birthday on Wednesday night around 9:45 pm and had called them twice to ensure that their kitchen is open and they had mentioned it stays open until 10:30pm as we were going in late. I had also requested in the reservation for a better outdoor seating. When we arrived there they said we could sit anywhere and when we were ready to order the server said that the chef left and kitchen closes at 9:30pm, server was rude. What is the point of me making a reservation and calling twice to confirm the kitchen timings if the people that work there do not provide with correct infor. It was a surprise birthday party for my husband and few friends who had joined us to celebrate and it was very embarrassing and disappointing experience! Expect better service and honesty when customer calls you to double check on timings! They did mention they will cover for us next time we go but I doubt i will ever go back or recommend anyone this place!

Arrived and took a seat at the counter with a great view. After 15 minutes an no service the Hostess acquired a table in the center of the room. After another 15 minutes we decided to leave. Made eye contact with two servers but they never approached us. Maybe they were on drugs, drunk, or just socializing with certain tables as we noticed they spent a lot of time with some tables much more than others, particularly where tables were consuming more alcohol than others. We were scoping out this place to rent out for a large party. Missed opportunity and not coming back. Too many other places to check out.

I don’t ever write negative reviews but this experience was so bad. We had a reservation recently for dinner inside and politely asked if it would be possible to sit outside. They told us no and that was totally fine by us. I’m not sure if we offended the folks working by asking that but we were treated poorly the rest of the evening. Before we even had a chance to order, the hostess came by and asked if she could take our menu for a different table and before we could respond she grabbed it and walked off. Then, it took a very long for our server to take our order. It took even longer to get our food when it wasn’t that busy and all we ordered were a couple flat breads. The server never came over to check on us once the food came; that was particularly frustrating because one of us had asked to omit the dairy in our dish and it had cheese on it. Toward the end of our meal, we ordered a second round of drinks but they never came and eventually we were ready to close out. The server still hadn’t come by in a while so I got up and walked over to her and told her to cancel the drinks and just bring our bill. A few minutes later we’re still waiting for our check and a different server brings the drinks. While we politely told her we had cancelled those, our server was walking by and whispered something to her and then she walked away. I had high hopes and this really was unfortunately an especially bad experience. Update: thanks for the reply. This was for dinner and not Sunday brunch. Just sent you a DM on Instagram, I look forward to hearing from someone.

This place was a mess from the start. We showed up and the door was locked even though they were open. Had to call and wait around 10 minutes just to get inside. Already felt unwelcome. Then the service was painfully slow. Took forever just to get our drinks, and no one seemed to care. We had one drink and decided to leave because the vibe was off. But what really pushed it over the edge? As we were walking out, the waitress made a racist comment loud enough for us to hear. Disgusting behavior, and completely unacceptable. Won’t ever be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
