Donuts are made fresh and delicious. Definitely don't taste like the mass produced ones that you may be used to. The raspberry jelly filled confection was superb...and I'm generally not a huge fan of jelly donuts. Their glazed donuts are also deelish! The service was friendly and fast as well!

All of the donuts are so fresh and amazingly delicious but the puffies!!!! The puffies are my absolute favorite, I get them every time I order from here.

I work with a different company and was here to do business, which is usually a hassle for workers. The owner and all the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Their donuts are suuuuper good too. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Redding.

I am not a fan of donuts. I didn’t even want to come here because I really don’t like donuts but my friends brought me. I was blown away by these donuts! I live 5 hours away but I’d be willing to make a weekend trip just to have some more. These donuts are gloriously light, fluffy, perfectly glazed. It’s like when you watch cartoons and they always make food look insanely delicious… it’s like that except real! I didn’t take pictures because they were gone too fast. Lol. These donuts put all others to shame.

Fabulous! I could leave it at that but that would be doing this establishment an injustice. We were driving thru Redding late on our way home and wanted a bit of desert after dinner. Went in for a donut and walked out with the a dozen and regret not getting more. This isn’t your average donut shop. High quality donuts that you can tell are made with care and they didn’t flake and fall apart even a couple days later, instead they still had that exceptional taste. Needless to say we’ll be stopping here the next time we head north on a roadtrip!

Enjoyed this donut place. In particular, the fruity pebbles donut was fabulous. The fruity pebbles were still crunchy, which is rare for such donuts. The blueberry donut was mediocre though.

Every time I go there I get great service from friendly staff. I love so many of their donuts. I also really like their breakfast sandwich on a bagel! The last time I went I got a cold brewed vanilla iced coffee, that hit the sip on a hot day!

Heavenly donuts is a great place. Sometimes I’ll come by and get donuts at midnight and they always have some selection to choose from. Love how they make donuts throughout the day so they’re never completely sold out. The alligator donuts are delicious, along with my favorite, which is a simple glazed donut. They also have some good breakfast sandwiches and drinks to choose from. I recommend :)

This place is a hidden gem in Nor Cal. Their ordering system wasn't great for bigger orders. Once we left we realized that they had forgotten our donut holes, but we still got hooked up with some extra donuts. So, it wasn't a huge deal.

Alright, first off, I gotta say, these heart shaped strawberry choco jaws are sooo darn cute and delicious!! 😍 We often find ourselves here from 2 hours away. Jewel is always working the night shift when I pop in at 10pm for my lovely chocolate jaws. She knows me well. She is always welcoming and a pleasure to see with a smile on her face. Soooo yummy! Get the puffies!!!!! Omg the bagels and homemade im assuming homemade because its so good cream cheese! It's so light and fluffy! The puffies are FULL of custard that bursts within your mouth enveloping it in the most scrumptious heavenly taste. Without being oily the doughnuts and custard are top quality and I've had a LOT of doughnuts! Way more than one needs, but you only live once! The atmosphere is very nice, and the lady at the front counter was extremely kind, helpful, and patient. If we were local I would absolutely come weekly! However whenever we stop by we will definitely be grabbing some heavenly doughnuts.

I stopped by Heavenly Donuts around 5 PM and had a really great experience. There was still a pretty good donut selection, including my favorite-the bacon maple-as well as classics like old-fashioned. While I wish there were even more options that late in the day, I totally understand they were probably making more for the next morning. What really stood out to me was how clean the place was. I've honestly never seen cleaner windows or floors at a donut shop- you could barely even tell the windows were there, that's how spotless they were. The whole shop was extremely well-kept. The staff was equally impressive. There were two people up front who were both really friendly and efficient, even while one of them was patiently helping an older gentleman who had a lot of questions. They still managed to take my order quickly and with a smile. The worker in the back was also super nice. Overall, it was an amazing experience. Great donuts, super friendly staff, extremely clean shop, plenty of parking, and the added convenience of a drive-thru. Definitely worth a visit!

Best damn donuts shop, bro with the tats is peak serviceman with high levels of respect and conversational engagement. Been here a handful of times due to my location but this place legitimately never misses so the 4hr drive is worth it, not to expensive either (asides from gas..), the healthier food options/ breakfast menu is a great appetizer and/or recharge due to having eggs, ham, and plenty other protein options, the donuts are as the company implies, they are, in fact, gosh dang heavenly (i gave atmosphere a lower point because I've only ever been through the drive through, which is open 24/7 hallelujah🙏🙌)

Grabbed breakfast here. Customer service was great. There's a lot of customers, but they were fast and friendly. Donut tastes good. Sandwiches is delicious - they do use microwave to heat it. Small coffee is big! I love it - it's the size of Starbucks grande.

Above average doughnuts. A bonus is their drive-through and walk up window are open 24 hours for a late night snack. Although they can get quite busy and the lines can get long after the bars close the workers inside are trying to make donuts and serve customers at the same time. Would definitely recommend.

Conveniently open 24/7 with both a drive up and walk up window a nite. Sometimes a little slow to respond to the walk up but only because they're pretty busy making fresh donuts. I reccomend the breakfast sandwiches, being one of the few hot foods available downtown late.

Stopped in to reward my granddaughter with a treat. Bought a few more for "everyone". Good selection of fresh looking donuts and what not. Good taste. Light, fluffy old fashioned with chocolate glaze. The granddaughter really enjoyed her chocolate glaze w/sprinkles.

This place was great. Customer service was on point and we enjoyed our donuts. Its always been tasty the few times I've come by. We came by in the middle of the night. Love that its open 24 hours. Just picked up warm apple fritters this morning for our trip south. Very disappointed...grease literally oozing out of them! The oil was not hot enough. The bagged breakfast at the hotel is terrible and we had driven by this place several times so we decided to get some doughnuts for breakfast. The restaurant was closed at 9pm so we used the 24 hour drive through. Our doughnuts were packaged before we could drive from the speaker to the window. Very efficient service. They did not disappoint. They tasted good and were not greasey. I also appreciated the fact that the chocolate didn't get all over my hands.

I got two donuts for just $2.75 which seems to me quite a bargain. For the price I paid, the donuts were good.

Rode the aroma of these donuts all night, so there was no way we passed through town without stopping for a taste. Great variety of signature and classic donuts, and in a bright and clean space that makes one excited to munch. I just wanted to make sure I gave an overall review for the store. I order mostly through DoorDash anymore to get donuts because I live on the outside of town and if I were to go anywhere to actually pick donuts up. I would never pick heavenly donuts. It's not because of their doughnuts, necessarily, even though there are other very delicious donut stores in Anderson, and in Redding, that I prefer. But it's because of the service I receive almost every single time I order through door dash. It almost makes. It seem like they don't like their DoorDash customers. And if that's the case, then they need to stop doing DD. But I know being the only donut store on there. They probably don't do bad with DoorDash. I just wish they would show some care f their Customers that keep coming back through doordash. I have had donuts not show up. I have had drinks, not show up. I have paid extra for Donuts that were not add ons to my box, that never come or they include them in my box as one of ny dozen, even though I pay separate full price for the items. I notice on DoorDash. They don't allow the $1.49 add on anymore, but if you pay 2.99 for an apple fritter, you don't expect the apple fritter to be in your 7.99 box of half dozen that you paid separately for. The other day I ordered the fancy half dozen and only received five doughnuts. These all just sound like minor things. But when it's constant every time you order, it's like what's wrong here? Why is this always so hard to get it right?? Why do I always have to expect to be disappointed?Just to get donuts delivered to my house. The doughnuts taste good, but they're not the best donuts in town and you have to expect to be missing items a lot of the time. So if you want to make sure that doesn't happen, be sure to go into the store. But I wouldn't go out of your way to go to heavenly donuts. As there are many other great donut. Stores that could use your business.

Otherwise excellent donuts. Problem is night crew likes to randomly close the store despite it being open 24/7. This last happened on Friday 2/10. Went to get some fresh donuts at midnight (Saturday morning technically). There were employees in, but signs on the window that said "closed for the night" feels like you roll the dice when you go there whether or not you can actually get service.

Although it’s nice because it’s open 24/7 the croissants felt as though they were reheated in the microwave. The air stunk of oil, which is understandable but still.. The doughnuts were mid.

Edited again because the last 4 times I have tried to go there at 4am they were not open, so they are NOT 24 Hours. Used to be 5 stars, but they have made some changes to my favorites. The prices have gone up and the specialty donuts have gone down in quality, and they are also not 24 hours.

We usually love this place, that was until last night. When it's late night, you were able to use the walk up window. We stood there, with money in hand, watching the employees mop, clean up, etc. First thought, was they saw us and they will get to us shortly after they finish cleanup. Nope!! Stood there for longest time, watching them and waiting, but never anything. Not even a word to let us know they weren't using the walk up window. Out of curiosity, saw a car drive in. So I went to look, and drive thru was being served. But I have no car . Employees could have said something to us not let us stand there for long periods of time.

Don't expect too much - or to go inside late at night - this is a no-frills late night donut experience. There is a drive thru and a walk up window - but most of their clientele is local, so they expect you to know exactly what they want. The selection is very limited at night - half the things we wanted they were out of. Donuts wee okay, but the milk I ordered was spoiled - so there may be some refrigeration issues here. Also, this is a chain - I believe it's their only location in California, but there are others in the PNW. Also, there's no one at the pick up window - so you have to wait there till someone comes.

I have mixed feeling about this place. Coming from orange county where there is a donut shop at every corner and they are actually fresh and warm top quality donuts. This place is slight let down. Its the nicest donut shop in redding yet the customer service has been lacking quite a few times and i got attitude for wanting to buy donuts. If i go throught the drive through and make an order and buy one thing its always great no issues. Its when i walk in to buy a large quantity for my coworkers do i get an issue. Ill get donuts i didnt order. Theyll roll their eyes and rush me through the process and not show me what i ordered. Ill ask for boxes instead of bags for presentation and even that is an issue but theyll do it after making me feel like i was an inconvenience to them. I wouldnt have said anything if this was the first time but this is the third time... quality could be better and i dont want people thinking this place sucks because of one employee. Try it out im just being honest. Maybe its the poor service ive recieved but the donuts could be better as well.

Was really hopeful this place would have awesome donuts. We order a 1/2 dozen 6 different flavors 3-6 were cooked in old oil and the cinnamon roll donut, which is normally a go to clutch donut, tasted like they forgot to add enough cinnamon and was probably a day old. The raz filled, reg glaze, and crumb was on point though

The donuts are good when they actually have product available. My bf works nights so on his days off we tend to sleep late and stay up late. Our trips to Heavenly are typically around 10 or 11 at night. Not once have they had much more than a small selection of regular donuts (maple/chocolate bars, sugar donuts and donut holes) I feel like a "24 hour" donut shop should be making donuts around the clock. People like fritters at night, too!

I have been going to this heavenly Donunts for 3+ years now. It was an amazing Donuts shop had everything in stock nice Employees fast service. Over the last year they have gone down hill. They hardly ever have Donuts in stock. Weird as they are a Heavenly DONUTS and mainly sell Donuts. Several times I have gone to get some and I am told they only have Donut holes and croissants or sprinkled Donuts. A few days ago I went by again there was one car in front of us when it was my turn to order i heard a Male on the inside talking but seeming like he was Ignoring us we had been waiting 5+ and when I said "Hello are you open still?" He very rudely snapped at us "I AM HELPING A CUSTOMER AT THE FRONT WINDOW. YOU CAN WAIT A MINUTE!!" I also work customer services and know the proper way to handle that was to say something along the lines of " please give me a minute I am helping a customer I will be right with you. We apologize for the wait". Once he did start taking our order I asked him if they are Sold out of anything tonight he again rudely snapped "It depends on what you want" so I tried to ask again but worded it differently and Said "what are you out of tonight?" Again he just said "it depends on what you want. So I tried to place my order I asked "do you have any filled Donuts custard or raspberry?" He said "No we dont" so I asked " do you have Donut holes?" He said "Nope" turns out ALL they had was croissants, tea and soda. No Donuts No milk. Would it not of been easier to just tell me what you were out of? Instead of having tell me " No we are sold out" on pretty much everything? Working customer service can be hard mentally and physically but there is no reason to be rude to someone who has been nothing but nice.

The old fashioned donuts are the best. I Did not like the jelly filled ones because there was an exorbitant amount of filling in the donut. I give two stars because they say they are 24/7 but they run out of donuts before 7:30pm so there is no point in going in late Or if you go to work at 3am. They should just make them in small batches at night so they have the old fashioned or the more popular ones on hand. Not truly 24/7.

Ordered through Grubhub and less than half of order was there. If there did not have what I wanted at 845am I could have changed order. Pretty easy order. No donut holes just separate bag of 2 raised glazed. No chocolate bar, got maple. And got a.maple raised instead of chocolate raised. I guess they can't handle the pressure I more mistake but that enough. Just call at least that's what the driver is for.

The drive through employees will always say they have no donuts with cream filling left, and theyre usually out of many other donuts too. I just learned you can ask them to fill the donuts anyways. I did this and the employee seemed upset that I was asking for it, even asked me if I can just come inside to order them instead. The donuts taste okay but gave me and my wife a stomach ache.

got to the window and had to repeat the order, then got yelled at by the employee that she didn't need the full order. None of the food was heated up, the meat pattie was cold, and my bagle wasn't toasted. They gained another star just because they gave us 2 breakfast sandwiches instead of 1.

Great Donuts, really fresh and sweet. Amazing quality of food. The original glazed is a classic and worth the money. The service is appalling however, and really does take a toll on how often I go. The servers were rude and unhelpful, not answering questions and ignoring my requests. A nice feature is the 24 hour open, however I feel like that is negated by the fact that the workers don’t want to work. Would recommend the food, but would say don’t go if you want any decent customer service.

Employees always make it seem like you're inconveniencing them by ordering. They act as if I'm knocking on their home front door ordering doughnuts. I ordered a breakfast sandwich for the first time and the lady mocked me for not knowing the options. It was almost enough for me to just say never mind and leave. Also, the breakfast sandwiches are microwaved and doughnuts aren't what they used to be. They're not bad, but there are definitely better options in Redding.

Honestly, these donuts were so good that I had to give them two stars. Even though they made me sick as a dog. About an hour and a half, maybe two after I ate them stomach issues immediate emergency stomach issues. Not quite emergency, but you know.

Wanted a fresh warm donut early in the morning. Checked the web and found Heavenly Donuts open 24 hours. At 2:15 in the morning I was happy to see that yes they were open. Went to the drive-thru window waited there proximately 10 minutes no one came to the window drove around to the front and saw a small walk up window I thought this is cool this must be where I go to get help. I stood at the window and watched three gentleman look at me and not help me for at least 8 minutes then a gentleman came to the window opened it rather rudely and didn't say a word and I finally asked him are you open he said nothing. After what seemed like minutes but was really seconds probably 20 of Silence I asked him is this where I place an order and he said in broken English what do you want I said okay I would like a raspberry Fritter and an apple fritter he told me $3 and something cents couldn't understand the cents I could do math though and figured out it was $3.80. The gentleman went and grabbed the donuts stuff them in a bag stuffed some napkins on too and pushed the bag out the window I gave him $4 and I think it was $0.90 as I was trying to counted out he was impatient I just gave it all to him he took it I said I guess go ahead and keep it all. I'm totally okay with that it's 2:15 in the morning I want a nice warm donut. Couldn't wait to get home I had to try one so reached in the back broke off a piece went to bite it and it was hard as a rock. The fritters I think are about a week old. Went back to return them and I was ignored.i guess it's too good to be true. You can't get a nice warm fresh donut at 2:15 in the morning definitely not at Heavenly Donuts. Sorry I really wanted give a five star review. And I really wanted a good donut but I didn't get one I did get the worst customer service I've ever had in any store anywhere.

Not 24 hours. Their Google listing, their website, all very clearly state "24 Hours" or "Open all Day". They're not. Their walk-up window is 24 hours! Incredibly misleading. I was stuck in Redding for 8 hours from 6 PM to 2:30 AM waiting for a train after my car broke down. My plan was to have dinner and then hang out for a few hours at Heavenly Donuts. Instead I ended up having dinner, pointlessly walking 2 miles with luggage, and then sitting at the train station for 3 hours in the middle of the night. If I had known Heavenly Donuts was not 24 hours, I would have gotten a motel room. I'm sure the donuts are great. I'm sure the coffee is fine. I'll happily go back the next time I'm in Redding, but please, please, update your Google listing and website with your real hours.

I am not happy that this place advertises open 24 hours! At 5am in the morning before our flight (which isn't that early) we were told by a person cleaning that "we aren't open yet, you guys can wait until the lights come on and the boss says it's okay to come in." Why do you advertise that your 24hrs if you have a closing period to clean and prep for your morning shift?? I'm not sure I understand! If you had closing hours sure, but don't advertise that your 24hrs then!! I was not happy about this! I've herd there food is good, but beware if you go early, you never know when they will be open or closed, even if it say 24hrs!!

Best fritters in town! Which is absolutely meaningless, when your order gets seemingly ignored. Drive up this morning, maybe 20 minutes ago; I'm the 2nd car in line, order a fritter. Pull up to the window...and sit. And sit, and sit. After already sitting too long, I watch a car pull up out front. Guy gets out and goes in. I'm still sitting, when he comes out with his order, gets in his car and drove away. That's when I did the same.

They taste like any other place you get donuts from. There's literally nothing special and their drive-through is a complete joke. Their drive-through menu is completely generic so you have to ask them a list of flavors and types that you have to already know that you want to see if they have in stock. It's bizarre! Then you get to the window and they're not even wearing masks. It's really gross. Will never go back.

Can somebody explain their awful customer service please?! They say they are 24 hours so I drove out from Anderson at 10:30pm. As we approached the door the guy inside told us one minute after waiting outside in the cold he explained they had a busy night and he needed to restock for the next shift. Though we could see a lot of donuts already made we said ok when should we come back? He said 11pm. Since we were already in town we left and came back around 11:15. At this point there was 3 people inside and tons of donuts and they still just looked at us kept telling us one minute as they poured themselves cups of coffee and just walked around. After waiting almost ten minutes it was so cold outside we just left. I actually want to cry I’m pregnant and just wanted a donut we drove so far for nothing why say 24 hours if you’re closed randomly at different times. I’m so confused.

They are just not that good. Less than mediocre. I don't understand what people see in this place. I tried to like them but there are other places in town that are far superior. I am going to stick with the other places for a donut fix.

This place sucks. Multiple times now they cancelled our order. My kids want to bring donuts for their B-day to school and share with their friends. This is the third time they’ve cancelled our order. We also had a staff event for which they also cancelled the order. If you’re planning an event or special day, stay far far away from this place. If you want to buy one donut, they might accommodate. Horrible service.

Ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches. Came “put together” but were all still cold and never touched by any heat what so ever. Called in and was told to “heat it up yourself” and if its door dash that “we dont have to heat it”. What kind of garbage business is this? If i could put 0 stars, I would.

Donuts are good. Customer service is trash. Slow down when talking through the drive through speaker, have some pictures and flavors examples. Interact with your customers, you’re the first interaction of the day with a lot of people, saying good morning is not hard.

It's still the ONLY place to get doughnuts 24 hours a day EDIT: nope that was a lie , this place is a scam too... Super lame of them ... Won't go back.

Photos show it all. I think these guys wipe their butts with the donuts. It used to be so good and delicious! Got some milk cartons and they tasted sour. There is no love or care it's so sad 😢 hopefully one day it will return to it's greatness.

To Lisa Anthony, I am sorry they were this way to your daughter and you. They did not sound very kind at all. It is, sadly, not surprising to me after what I saw out of them. They were rude to me when I went there and ordered a hot beverage. The hot beverage I ordered was made well and tasted okay. But they were rude and I am even more sorry that they were rude to a child and her mom. Also, they don't care when the customer got their order by trying to ask you to take the longer way of getting the order to the customer.

The donuts were not good here. There are multiple places on the other side of town that have the best donuts in Northern California, so I recommend going there!

Horrible customer service. I ordered a door dash pick up order and it never said no drive thru. I had my disabled child in the car and the weather was really awful. I got to the drive thru and they didn't have my order and refused me service in the drive thru because it was a door dash order. I told them I need an accomodation to be in the drive thru due to having a disabled child in the car. When I got to the window the manager yelled at me for being in the drive thru and only inside pick up is allowed. The manager denied my daughter an accomodation for her disability. This is a federal crime and is not allowed. I finally got our order but the manager was so mean she scared my Autistic daughter and we will never buy from Heavenly Doughnuts again. I will be letting Far Northern know that this place is non-accommodating for the disabled.

I ordered a Heavenly Dozen on doordash expecting a fun variety of donuts based on the reviews on Google and I got the most boring and basic dozen ever. Who would spend $15 on this dozen? My kids were excited for our Friday movie night with treats and this was quite the let-down. Whoever is working tonight clearly doesn't care. We won't be back.

Their walk up window was “broken.” The lobby was closed. And when we walked up to the drive-thru, they said they couldn’t serve us cuz it was a safety issue. I asked what alternative they had for in-person, and they said to drive a car through. We did not have a car with us, so this was not possible. I get that things happen, but then offer an alternative for in-person orders, like a call # or something, or a brief lobby walk-in. We were staying at the Americana next door and the motel host recommended the donut place. Sign says they’re 24 hours and it was 11 pm on a Saturday night, we were excited and walked over obviously. Super disappointed. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Rude employee. Came here this morning to order donuts for coworkers. Older woman at the window immediately launched into a tirade for ordering at the window. There was no reason to do this. No one else was there. I was friendly and polite. The condescension and bold rudeness will always be remembered. Beware - do not come here unless you like being yelled at.
