Favorite coffee and food in Redding. Even moving away to a big city and I couldn’t find better coffee. Highly recommend!

My favorite coffee in Redding. Very consistent, it’s good every time. Waffles are 🔥🔥🧇. They should slide the recipe. Fun place to hang with people.

This is my go-to for me and all my friends. The place is chill but upbeat and fun! Eric and Lisa are the best and hire the best staff. I know I’m spoiled anytime I travel and realize how good I’ve got it back in Redding ☕️

We came here on our way to McClouds and I wished we picked up some food as well. They have two seasonal drinks but one was already sold out. The one we did ordered had chicory in it. I never had chicory in iced coffee before… it gave that earthy taste. Price could be a teeny bit better but coffee culture keeping that price up. This coffee spot is definitely top 3 in Redding. Don’t listen to me though… only tried this place, Theory Coffee, and Dutch Bros so far 😂. The ambiance and furniture give off that cozy vibe. Bring a book or laptop when you come!

Friendly staff, bright and inviting space with a lot of seating choices both inside and out and great coffee! The menu and baked treats look good but it's quite pricey so I have yet to try anything. They do have some gluten free options which is nice. I think some of their packaged treats may even be celiac friendly.

Food and coffee were delicious! The vibe was incredible, and the people here are so warm and friendly!

This place makes a really great latte served in a duralux glass. Same glasses I use at home. Lol

I’m a European girl who often struggles with American cuisine, especially while traveling — but this place exceeded all my expectations! The food is amazing: nourishing, energizing, and light on your stomach, without the heaviness, excess fat, or over-the-top sweetness you often find elsewhere.

A great find! Good lattes, fantastic waffles, an awesome staff, and last but not least a relaxed and cozy ambience.

Just had a great breakfast here and was not disappointed! I tried the Brekky Sando with avocado, and it was absolutely delicious. My boyfriend went for the breakfast burrito. The vibe here is very cozy and they have very friendly staff which made it even better. We definitely left happy and can’t wait to come back for more.

If you want a small-town feel, great tasting organic food, AND a cool place to study or visit with friends this place is perfect. I know the owners and they are a sweet family and Redding locals are lucky to have them. Check out their fall menu- super yummy drinks and food inspired by fall.

Now, we like to travel the world and plan our trips around coffee, i.e., we look for the best coffee places out there and decide to make vacations where the coffee is. But not Redding, though. We are for a totally different reason in Redding. And, oh boy, let me tell you how surprised I was when we found Evergreen. Man! One of the best Ethiopian single-origin beans and roast I have ever tasted! Not in Cologne, Paris, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Palma de Mallorca. Nope. Redding! 😂

I was definitely not expecting such a refined coffee experience in Redding but was pleasantly surprised. Their drip brews were fresh and bright. I can see why folks were waiting in line for their orders. Definitely pair the coffee with some corn waffles. They also sell their own coffee blends including some from Ethiopia and Central America

High quality cafe with an exceptional coffee offering, fresh seasonal plates, and warm welcoming environment. Coffee offerings include light roast, single origins or a blend. The food is exceptional and freshly made to order—often featuring several seasonal plates. They also stock a nice selection of natural wines, single origin chocolate, merch, and small housewares.

What a fun unique coffee shop spot! Delicious items! I found myself just wanting to sit in there and not leave anytime soon. The place is very chill and open. They have some couches on one side, booths on the other, & outside seating as well. I'll definitely be back to try out more items on the menu!

Loved this place - went there twice during our stay in Redding :-) staff and owner were all fun, friendly and patient with our special orders! The shop is also cute and the interior very nice and modern. One little thing; we sat outside when they roasted coffee inside and some stuff from the coffee roast got blown out off the wall and right on us and our breakfast… otherwise; I can recommend to check it out :)

It does get busy and it’s not that huge, so just be mindful of that. You can go to meet up with a friend, do schoolwork and bring your laptop, it’s a friendly coffee shop!

I absolutely love evergreen coffee! Their coffee has definitely turned me into a coffee girl. Before moving to Redding my go to was blue bottle coffee. Evergreen is so much better! I’m so glad I found evergreen coffee!

Atmosphere is on point. Service was fast and friendly. The match honey and mint latte though... the combo has an after taste reminicent of salmon which was super odd. It wasnt terrible, but not exactly what i was hoping for. Not sure this combo is for me. The salted caremel latter was good though.

This is my favorite coffee shop. The staff are so friendly and the coffee is delicious. They use Feast coffee and its so tasty. The waffles are worth it if you want a giant waffle with all sorts of goodies to top it. They even sell various little things from local artisans at the front. Such a fun place.

Quick, friendly and good coffee. We came in near the end of their day and it was a little dirty, but the folks behind the counter were still working hard so i figure they were just really busy. Which with how good my coffee was, i can see why.

For 12$ was hoping for more than 1/4 waffle size for the sandwich, but it was good.

Coffee was delicious but there were so many grounds in my latte.

cute cafe with amazing ambiance and plenty of seating. baristas were friendly. however, toasts we’re pretty pricy for what they were and didnt like the flat white. overall, would come again for the food but would try another drink! blackberry toast: perfect ratio of bread to marscapone to blackberry! all components were tasty and high quality in itself but meshed well together. too expensive at $9 though. flat white: too sour, would try a latte instead

I hate to give 4 and not 5 stars... but I have to give my honest review. It is so clean and cute! Would definitely come back! BUT, I spent almost $20 on a coffee and a pastry. Sadly, the prices are very high. The baristas are friendly and the coffee is yummy. BUT, not a great place to work, as it is very noisy. All in all... if you love cute vibes and good coffee, definitely check it out. If you are trying to save money or work on your laptop, this is not the best choice.

I ordered a latte and Mediterranean salad. Both were great. Especially, the latte was strong and thick.

Coffee was delicious but there were so many grounds in my latte.

Only been here twice, and will not go back. Once for food, then for coffee. Staff were very cold and rude both times - they are bothered to be serving you. consumers were also very rude. Service was so slow on the food, waited 30 minutes for a take away burrito. It’s very loud and crowded. Not an enjoyable experience for a cafe.
