Food was excellent, although my daughters junior hamburger was incorrectly made. Despite this; she thoroughly enjoyed it. My order was expertly made- their new chicken mozzarella sandwich was a sublime taste, ive never tasted before. Paired with the 🥓 pub 🍟; I couldnt have asked for better food. Downside- thedine in experience; was not the cleanest interior, this may have beena result of need for more workers. They made the best of what they had! So a hardy hoorah for the staff on shift!

We stopped here for dinner this evening. The grilled chicken salad was fresh, crunchy, and delicious. The chili was seasoned perfectly and served hot, just the way I like it. When it comes to "fast food", Wendy's can't be beat!

The workers were very nice and polite, the inside of the building was clean, I got my order in a timely manner and the food was good.

I love Wendy's. I personal love their French fries and chicken nuggets over all other fast food. They are just crunchier and just overall taste better! The dude we had for service was super friendly and decent. Great experience.

I stopped at the olean Wendy’s location tonight to try my first real frosty! It was super busy. The gentleman running the window was very kind and professional even though they were completely slammed. My frosty was delicious and worth the wait.

One of the better fast food establishments. Their food is always fresh and it's usually served relatively quickly. They have the best French fries in my opinion. They always try new items on their menu also. Wendy's is one of the best fast food places.

Wendy's is definitely the most real feeling burger-centric fast food in town. I like it here, but I came through the drive thru late and my order wasn't exactly as I wanted. Bummer, but I still have faith the staff here is good and hard working. Maybe it's time to upgrade the facility, Wendy, but the brown tile asthetic doesn't take away from the quality of the baked potatoes or the fresh beef.

We hit a major Friday night dinner rush, drink fountains were down- the wait was about 40 minutes. The woman working behind the counter was very sweet to everybody (even to those who were not too kind back) and she made sure everyone knew the dilemma. I wish I would have gotten her name, I wanted to recognize her. We got our food, everything was correct on the order and we were on our way.

Food was slightly cold, I've had them screw up previous orders and not put together well. The Baconator last night was missing the bacon and toppings

The food was made fresh and perfect. No complaints there. The self service fountain drink machine inside this Wendy's is awesome. It has several dozen options. I had an orange cream soda on this occasion. Very good mixture ratio. On a different occasion I'd gone through the drive thru for a drink. Pricey, but delicious flavored lemonade. The drive thru was fast and the service was with a smile. When eating inside the staff was dealing with some issue that was not stated. The front counterman was very apologetic though. The time was uncommonly long though and the dining room were very un kept. One of the 2 family restrooms was out of order and I should have had a hazmat suit in 5he one open restroom. I suspect staffing issues.

Very nice people who work here. We have been going to this one when we go to the Pittsburgh Children's Hospital for years and it has always had nice staff. We have not had a problem with any of our orders yet. Also for as busy as this place gets the service is quite fast.

I have been here several times and there has never been an issue with the food. The cleanliness of the lobby is sometimes an issue (dirty tables, sticky floor, messy beverage station), and the location is a bit awkward in terms of access. But the staff are great and the food has always been hot and correct.

After waiting in the drive thru for eternity, we went to place our order only to learn that what we wanted had a 10-min wait... We changed our selections and hoped on the road. The buns on the sandwiches seemed a bit stale and the fries weren't the greatest either. I don't usually frequent fast food chains and this is a reminder why. I've had much better from Wendy's. I'm a little disappointed, especially at $22 for two small meals.

The food was not the best and there kitchen was nasty and there raps was to hard and not no ranch on them and there frastys had a little of the caramel in it there loby was not that bad but could be butter and there walls was nasty

I should have checked my bag. They remember my sauce, but not the nuggets I ordered. I would have rather had the chicken than the sauce. The other items were correct.

Ordering ahead on the app still results in waiting an extra (20 minutes this far). Its not busy inside or out. The poor customers at the counter have waited 10 plus mins to have their order even taken. Update :25min after pickup time, no utensils, no condiments, they didn't even ask and yes they were needed so I had to wait extra after counter employee plopped the food down and scampered away to get some packages that low and behold were already on the counter... Instead of finishing out the order or helping the other customers waiting.

Food was alright. Don't be in a hurry when visiting here, this is one of the slowest fast food restaurants I have ever visited time and time again. This used to be a pretty good Wendy's. They messed up the order, which isn't a big deal it happens, but waiting 30 to 35 minutes for your order everytime we visit is inexcusable. We will avoid going here unless their is no other choice. Nothing personal just dont like waiting forever for simple value meal orders.

The burgers were not done all the way.and your staff puts on way to much catch up and mayo to the point my wife was throwing hers out in garbage, then had to go to rest room to wash her hands . Lastly some of us like more than one little packet of ketchup for our fry's especially if we both order Fry's. This is about the 4 or fith time this has happened to us at your Wendy's.

You know I wanted to give a good review. I even have not given bad reviews when the food was cold and gross and order was wrong. Instead this time I ordered my food off the fryer to make sure it was edible and was given crap customer service because I wanted fresh food that wasn't cold and stale. Was not given my receipt either. If they did not serve you cold gross food you wouldn't have to order it off the fryer. Giving attitude for wanting the food fresh is just honestly childish. Zero issue with being pulled to wait as I ordered it off fryer. Food was hot and fresh because I ordered it that way so thats why they get two stars not one.

Everytime I go though the drive though they make me pull of to the side to wait for my food and everytime without fail they take 10+ minutes to bring out my food. I’m writing this as i’m waiting for my food currently. I only ordered 2 orders of the saucy nugs and find it super ridiculous that it’s taking this long.

Maybe half of the staff was doing any actual work. The rest appeared to be milling around aimlessly. The wait to take our order was longer than it should have been given that it wasn't very busy, and so was the wait to receive our food. My son is 9 and had to use the bathroom but they wouldn't give us the code to the door until after we had ordered and paid which took way longer than it should have as I said above. The food was fine when we actually got it.

Last time I went they gave me a chicken patty on my supposedly bacon cheeseburger. The advertised hot and crispy fries were the complete polar opposite. Ice cold and soggy. Dining room was closed and I wasn't about to wait 20 minutes in the drive through again to complain. Employee did not give or offer a reciept so no way to report online. Olean Wendy's has really went downhill since my previous visit!

Worst service location for a Wendy's in Western NY. Me and my wife went in tonight to get dinner and try the new pretzel baconator. Hers was perfect, exactly as ordered, but mine on the other hand was not. I order my burgers with no sauce due to a food aversion and they disregarded my request for no ketchup and mayonnaise. I take my sandwich inside to exchange it for the correct order. I get home to find out that it does indeed not have sauce this time, but is a regular baconator. If you're going to do your job, do it properly and follow instructions. Would not recommend this Wendy's for your business if you do have food allergies and/ or food aversions, the employees obviously do not pay attention to the customers requests.

Stopped for a quick, cheap breakfast. Really BAD! It took several minutes to get waited on. I ordered an egg & cheese English muffin and a small Coke. My muffin was cold and hard - completely inedible! At the fancy Coke dispenser, there was no ice. I dispensed a Coke with no ice, the drink splattered all over my hands - no biggie - went for a napkin … surprise … no napkins. I threw it all in the trash and went to a competitor across the street for breakfast with no issues. I had heard Wendy’s in Olean was going down hill fast, it’s the truth!

Service is incredibly slow. Watching employees move and work with poor efficiency and lack of communication - It's painful to watch. Management needs to step in and improve the teams efficiency before the location folds.

Food was great customer service no so much. Ordered food and waited 35 minutes while the crew members were arguing who was going to break first. Then the manager sent everyone out on break at the same time while he was working the drive thru and avoiding the front counter. By the time he came back up front there were 7 other guests waiting.

The food prep area was dirty and disorganized. Employee kept using the soda machine in the main dining room, I’m assuming the soda machine in the back for the drive thru was broken. The soda dispenser machine in the main dining room was missing some of its metal housing. No straws or napkins on the soda counter. The bathroom was disgusting. Toilet dirty, tank lid only half on, toilet paper dispenser broken, sink dirty. Did not use.

Coming to this Wendy’s is always a train wreck. Service is very slow, the establishment is always dirty no matter if it’s 8am or 6pm, and today there was a child running back and forth from the dinning area to the kitchen area- which I can only assume is significantly unsanitary. Corporate needs to take action.

Would be 0 stars if could be. This location was great prior 2024. Took over 20 minutes to get a sub par biggie bag as our order was lost after being told to pull up in the drive thru. The week before we went there were a group of kids using coupons that took over 15 minutes to get it sorted with the manager, after being ignored we left and went to McDonald’s and will be no longer returning to this location.

We got the cold shoulder at Taco bell, and after 5 minutes of not so much as an acknowledgement, left and went to Wendy's. It was just as bad! Workers not so much as acknowledging we were there. Finally after we get our food I said to him, I hope your day gets better, pulls his phone out of his pocket and checks the time, he says ya I doubt it I’m supposed to leave in 2 minutes.. so as we leave going down the road only we realized they gave us 2 ranch cups but didn’t give us our nuggets…. And better yet when I got to the last bite of my baconactor fries I found a hair….

Updated 2/22/25- first time back in a while. Service was fine got my food quickly in the drive through but when I got home I see I was given the oldest, driest, crunchiest burger I've ever seen. I can't imagine that employees thought that was okay to serve. I didn't go back because it was minus 4 outside and I'd finished all my errands

This place is a joke always have to wait. Not the same anymore. 20 minutes is stupid. It doesn't take 20 minutes to cook a burger on the grill. Plus fries and nuggets max 8 minutes. I hope this place shuts down soon. Let's get a Arby's way better.

Went to Wendy's today 2/6 around 845pm. Ordered a simple biggie bag and biggie bites. 2 crispy chicken sandwiches, 2 4pc nuggets and 1 order of fries. Was told it'd be about 10 minutes... took over 30 minutes. Then on top of that the food was ice cold and the chicken sandwiches didnt have anything on them. It was literally just chicken on bread. Thank God it only cost me 10 bucks cuz I threw it all away and went to BK instead. So done wasting my time and money at this Wendy's.

Where do I begin on this one? I walked in and waited probably 10 minutes to order. There was one person who was in line in front of me. I ordered a Dave's Double with ketchup, mustard, cheese only and two Baconators with no buns. The "Dave's Double" was a Son of Baconator with no ketchup or mustard. It had bacon. Then...the two Baconators with no buns were wrapped in the foil. Let me tell you. Hot grease is difficult to hold and I love losing the entire top layer of cheese to the wrapper. I had a grease covered hand because that hot grease went through the wrapper. I have always been asked if I want bunless burgers in lettuce or else they put them in plastic containers. The worst part? The manager was the one who made this dumpster fire. Also, there were no straws, salt, pepper, etc. for customers.

My friend (minority) had a traumatic expirience at this location. Entering a little after midnight, he had the police called on him. 5 police officers escorted him out without knowing why. Apparently they were closed, but the doors were open. Racist, evil, and awful. Do not patronize them. Do not go here, you will be treated poorly. Many better options in the olean area.

There was only 4 cars in front of me and it took 35 minutes to get to where you order then another 5 minutes before they could take my order. They took my money and then I had to wait another 5 minutes to get what I ordered. The hamburg on both cheeseburgers was fried until it was like shoe leather and the bacon was burnt. The manager sucks. We literally waited 15-20min for drive thru food to realize not one item in our bag was ours. I went inside to get our food, waited another 10 min while the poor window guy rushed around making my order and the manager stood almost in front of me lecturing the guy cleaning the frosty machine. He must have had very low opinion of how the workers brain worked because by the time he was done ignoring me and handed me a packet of salsa after my food was remade I knew frosty guy had to take his break late at 930 OKAYYY. AND he didn't even acknowledge the fact a customer waited 30 min for food that had to be made twice. The poor workers. They deserved better

This place has gone down hill over the past year. The food is never fresh and if it is, you have to wait 15 minutes in their parking lot to get it. Their customer service is the worst I've ever seen. Half the time you can't even understand what the employees are saying. Even at the window. Do not go here you might as well just go to Burger King right across the street who actually has fresh food and fast service. What a shame this Wendy's actually used to be very good.

Waited 5 minutes for the cashier to take the order of th people before us, then stood at the counter for another 10 minutes before we walked out in frustration. Cashier was busy filling orders for window, but couldn't even look at us let alone say I'll be with you in just a minute. We are used to the long waits at this location, but after being ignored for more than 10 minutes, we will never return. Went across the street to Burger King, who somehow manages to service the same number of customers and balances the window and in store customers. We had our food there in less the amount of time we were waiting at the counter for someone to even speak to us at Wendy's. I can see by the other reviews that we aren't the only ones. Goodbye Wendy's. Dave is rolling over in his grave!

I was surprised how bad this place was. There was only 2 people working total and we never got any service. There was a lady waiting ahead of us which never got waited on. The place was dirty and the the one person behind the counter didn't act like he cared. We walked out without getting service but which was probably a good thing because we would have been served the French Fries that was sitting on the shelf when we walked in. I hope the 5 cars in the drive thru got what they wanted. We won't go to that one again

I would give 0 stars if I could. This place used to be nice. My family and I went there to get lunch was there at 12:48. We waited for 50 mins to get our food to only have cold old fries as well. The place had very few people and all of the orders were wrong. People came in from the drive threw saying that were in line for over 20 mins waiting. There was no paper towels, straws and half the drinks were not working. There were only small size lids. The place was very dirty and nasty. For there to not be many people someone could have been cleaning the tables and restocking atleast instead they were talking. I do not recommend this place any more. It has also became a homeless hang out spot. Definitely not worth spending the amount of money they want.
