I get fresh food with real vegetables; lettuce, onion, tomato, pickles and the condiments I want. And it doesn't cost an arm and a leg, like at that other place..... with the big 'M' on their sign.

Good , quick service. We got our food pretty fast. I appreciate that the burgers are consistently good here. Will keep coming back.

Ordered the impossible burger. The cashier went out of his way to ask us if we wanted our burger cooked on a separate grill from where the meat patties our grilled. He was awesome. Great customer service and awesome food. The restaurant was also very clean.

I used to love the bk chicken sandwich of the 80's, I had a craving for one so I stopped in the Redlands, Ca. location and had a very pleasant exp. I ordered the original chicken sandwich and some fries, they were delivered hot and freshly made. The chicken sandwich was just as I remembered, moist and chunks of fresh lettuce with some mayo, but not too much. The fries were nice, hot and crunchy. The staff was helpful and friendly. And restaurant its self was very clean and not busy, I was able to take my book and read while dining. I will be back and can reccomend this establishment.

Morning shift is always the best and most professional , I come every weekend the young lady is so sweet always offers specials to me and my family. But unfortunately yesterday afternoon me and my husband came for our dinner and the lady at window was extremely rude i asked her if she can please repeat my order and she had a tone in her voice and rolled her eyes when she went back to repeat my order and food tasted like it was sitting there for days I wont be coming back at night ever again.

I've NEVER had something look as close to the advertised picture before and I was just amazed. Awesome job to this crew. You can really tell that they enjoy their job.

I went through the drive through the other day, and was helped tremendously by this wonderful lady, I believe the name was layna. She gave me everything I asked for, and did it with a smile. Sweet lady, I will definitely be back.

This location is around the corner from my job. So its convenient its fast and friendly! I love the 2 for $5 deal goin on rt now. Theres times i cant deside between chicken or fish, now i can just have both! Thanks BK ur the bomb!

This place is hit and miss. Last time we came, fries were old and super salty. This time fries were fresh and delicious. Burgers are always on point. Customer service is also hit and miss but almost always great. Definitely the best fast food burger chain in this area.

Employees were pleasant. However, the bathroom stank and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in some hours. The nuggets were pretty good, better than McD and can't beat the price (10 for a $1). The spicy chicken sandwich wasn't bad, nice and such but didn't taste as good as the one Jack offers and they only had American cheese, no Swiss. The lady who took out order gave us 2 cookies with or meal which was a pleasant surprise.

We use a coupon when we go here. U get 2 whoppers, 2 large fries & 2 large drinks for (around give or take) $14.49 +tax. It's a good deal if u r on a budget.

The food we ordered was very good. Fresh and hot. We walked in the service was great and friendly. I also noticed how clean this burger king. It was immaculate. Even if they dropped my burger face open on the floor. I still would have eaten the burger. The food was yummy. The service was excellent. But the reason I'll be coming back is. How clean. Nice and tidy this burger king was. Definitely be coming back.

This place is a hit or miss! There's days it amazing burgers then today it was just ok!

Extremely disappointed in the low carb burger a price of lettuce and a small patty. Drive through service very slow but many orders were bagged and sat under heating lamps.

Good deals, but they always forget my ketchup lol and alot of times the order is slightly wrong but they make up for it nicely so cant complain too much. The staff is nice

I'm only giving this place a review because of there new Ch'King chicken sandwiches. They are delicious and probably even better then Popeyes chicken sandwhich. So as far as the sandwhich goes I give it 5 stars, but as far as the restaurant goes I give it 3 stars because its your average fast food joint.

I do ❤ BK but not happy with their water being served here it was nasty and discolored yeah I was not happy with the fact that from now on I must check the water before I give to my kids it was late and I asked for a cup of water so I gave to her and then she said " Mommy this water taste funny" I said let me see so i open the lid and my surprise was to see the water OMG i immediately threw it out and checked on my kid i asked her are you ok? Do you feel ok? Wow yeah not what i expected so they should get that checked i did notify corporate as well.

Used a coupon to get two whopper combos. Good portioned fries and access to fountain soda. The tables were dirty had to clean the bench and table myself. But then again it was first day of re-opening.

They had an AI try to take my order, I say try because it was very pushy and kept cutting me off and didn't like to work with any customization (at a place that says "have it your way" that is pretty bad). After it cut me off twice and took forever between prompts I asked to order with a real person instead. The staff also told me that everything was in the bags, but when I checked my order of half-sies wasn't there. They did apologize and give me my missing food once I went in and mentioned it, but even without the missing food the AI experience was so bad and off brand that it makes me want to avoid this BK location in the future. Side note: They asked me to back up, presumably to help drive thru times. I have no issue doing this at most places, but given how terrible the experience was trying to order from the AI, I was hesitant to help because that is what made the whole ordeal take longer.

This Burger King doesn't give service to truckers. They want us to go to the drive-thru only but we can go through drive-thru when you're driving up a 53 footer they don't have good service for truckers

Usually ok... but today I got 2 x chicken sandwiches on hard stale bread!... tried calling but no answer on their " magic jack line" , multiple times. Terrible way to run a business. Very disappointed.

I hadn't been to Burger King in quite some time, but I decided to stop in for dinner. To say the least, I was somewhat disappointed because there were no clean tables in the whole restaurant. I don't think anybody had come out to sweep the floor or clean the tables in sometime, which was kinda gross. I then ordered a Whopper with extra ketchup and found that I received my Whopper with no ketchup on it. Apparently, the cook couldn't follow a simple order. These are the same people that believe that fast food workers should be making $15 to $20 per hour. Until they can get an order right, they should be making minimum wage. It is clear to me now why McDonald's is winning the burger race.

Horrible experience, I ordered a bacon burger and whopper jr. The lady at the counter didn't even look at me. When they gave me the food it was on a tray so I said it was actually to go. Instead of putting the food into a bag she just tossed a bag at me. Very rude. I went outside to eat and the buns were stale, the bacon was hard, the patties were about half the size of the buns and the cheese was not melted. Yeah, not going there again.

Their mobile app blows! Charged me full price, not once did it ask or offer for my coupon code! When I got to the BK the employee did not know how to help me! She was polite, but poorly trained, & under staffed to ask if anyone else could assist me!!

I ordered the 2 for 6 whoppers with cheese added for an extra 60 cents per burger. okay so every bite i had was mayonaise i couldnt taste the meat or anything else i swear. There is no excuse for putting that much mayo on someones burger unless ordered that way. First off I order 2 regular chicken sandwiches at the drive thru! But then they lady asks me what kind that there was 3 different kinds so im thinking 3 different flavors! So again I say I just want the regular ones! So they give me 2 chicken Jr's! I was so upset it ruined my appetite! But that's not all when I got to the window I wanted to add a freeze drink to my order but the cashier says that there is no add on's at the window! Bad customer service, there always out of something and forgot to give you all of your food. Whoever is in charge of ordering there supplies should be looked at also. And it shouldn't be hard to get a hold is an employee from the company. Burger king needs to step it up. Horrible food service!!!

Ordered through grubhub ordered and didn't receive 2 items 1 sandwich we also ordered wasn't even made correct and the lettuce was brown the fries tasted as if they used dirty oil pretty much only thing they didn't fail us was our beverages and our nuggets this is the location we go to normally 2nd time time we've ordered through grubhub and failed is a grubhub customer not as important as a customer that drives there cuz we've never had a a problem when driving there just the 2 times that it was delivered when we called to confront the numbers message says it's a magic Jack number to leave message

Saturday 7:05am I pull through the drive thru they're not open (a girl just looks at me from inside) I park to go inside and the door it still locked as well. Online says open at 6am but on the door says 7am, it's 7:10am and they're still closed so I won't be trusting the food here. Too many bad reviews already.

I have been here so many times before they close and there is nobody there to take my order in the drive threw. You guys need to keep tabs on your night staff because you’d lost a lot of money because they just don’t feel like taking orders an hour before close.

The manager Stephanie is RUDE. She was disrespectful towards my mom who couldn’t hear her through the drive through speaker and flat out unprofessional she needs to be fired. Or She needs to be re-evaluated and removed from that manager position she even seemed a little high or tipsy. This location needs to rethink who they put as managers.

Got extremely sick the nuggets tasted cold and extremely old. Also went through the drive thru paid and the store manager told me to park in front of the entrance so my food would be hot and fresh and what I got in return was everything but. I waited 20 minutes in my car and my food still wasn't ready so I proceeded to go into the store and when I walked in the associate had no clue to what she was doing. And I had to retell the associate what I ordered. And when she noticed the bags on the table she told me that was my food and I asked her how long was my food sitting there and she had no response for me. So I went home and realized my food was cold and didn't taste right. And after consuming this food me and my bf got extremely sick with vomiting. ( if I could I would give this established 0 stars if I could)

Every time I make an online order for pick up it’s never ready I’ll order at 9:50 AM and get there at 10:20 AM and the order is not even ready and when they bag my food up they just throw everything in there. Customer Service sucks.

Im currently sitting in the drive through I ordered a meal the girl didn't ask me what i wanted to drink so i ended up with a coke or pepsi ar whatever she felt like giving me. She was arguing with another employee while talking to me over the headset. She was very unprofesional in general.

They stole money on drive thru from one of my children gift card first they wanned to keep it second they ask oh you want it back I said yes one still has change she gave it back few minutes later the the 2 workers exchanged words that made wanna check the balance I did and I’m $5 bucks short agin it’s not much but is wrong that’s like another meal for one of my kids smh they doing the grinch’s job rite after Christmas.. ima call to see if I can get a statement from the giftcard people to add it here this happens today 12/26/2022 after 3pm I paid with 3 gift cards each had $25 on it

Came for my very first time after living in Redlands 10 years , my son got a gift card and wanted to grab himself dinner. So we went through drive thru to order a bacon whopper meal at $16+ to only have hair all over his food! I called this location immediately 30 x and nobody picks up the phone line. Not only have we never came to eat here but terrible via service and poor quality food that has long women’s hair all over it.

The cashier couldn’t help with my order so had to go to another Burger King. The cashier needs more work since she has a job dealing with helping customers. The date is February 6 2024 time is 11:20. So much for having it your way.

I'm not sure what you've done to those delicious and juicy Whoppers. We've tried 3 different times lately thinking it may have been a fluke... but no, that wonderful juicy charbroiled tasting burger patty now is dry and tastes like it's microwaved. I swear customer service has gone out the window with these company’s and people working for them. The quality of the food is terrible. My co-worker and I were discussing when was the last time we had eaten at BK. Neither one of us could remember, it had been years for both of us. I ran some errands after work that brought me near this BK. The drive thru was empty so I decided to take a leap of faith. I tend to judge based on how well you do the simple things on the menu, so I just ordered a 2x cheeseburger. It came out super fast and the appearance was not inviting. The cheese wasn't melted and when I finally took a bite the bun was cold. You got my $2 but it might be few more years before another visit.

Ordered 2 Ghost pepper whoppers, sat in drive thru approximately 10 to 15 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. Got home to find 2 regular whopper. Absolutely will not be returning. Officially worse fast food experience.

We were hungry Saturday at 10:10pm so I looked up Burger King in Redlands because we wanted to try the new Steakhouse Burger. Both the Google Business Listing and the BK page indicate they are open until 11 so we took the 10 minute drive. We arrived at 10:25pm. There was one car in the parking lot but the lights were out inside the dining area. We pulled into the drive thru but nobody was working. Apparently their hours are incorrectly posted or someone wanted to go home early. We had to take our business somewhere else along with the three cars behind us. I called the corporate office and the call taker said "I hate that we're losing money and you took your business elsewhere," not "Sorry for your inconvenience." Horrible customer service from the bottom to the top

Went through the drive thru, and was helped out by a younger guy. So he took the order and I pulled up, as I'm pulling up there's 1 car in front of me he hands the food and I'm up, soon as I get to the window he takes my payment and hands me a bag. I'm thinking in my head ok that's a little fast but I look in the bag and I see what looks to be my order so I drive off. I get home and I'm taking my sister's food out, I'm looking for the right food and nope. WHOLE ORDER WRONG! So I spent money on food that wasn't correct and possibly could of been cheaper than my actual order. Wow. So I went back in and everything was taken care of. They replaced everything with no problem, food was also hot and fresh so I'm coming back and that is why the ratings have changed.

We were very busy and starving. We went in the drive thru to grab some food and go home. We came here specifically because they serve Impossible Burgers. At the speaker I ordered 4 meals all exactly the same. After hearing my order, the employee just said, "total at the window". When we got to the window (we were behind two other cars) she said the total was $12 and change. I said, "for all four meals?" She was completely confused. I held up four fingers and said I ordered FOUR meals all the same. She huffed and rolled her eyes and turned back to re-enter our order. She brought 3 drinks to the window, said the total was now $36 and change and did I order the same drink on all 3 meals. After a moment of stunned silence, I just said yes, paid, and left. The food was hot, but the fries left a greasy after-taste implying the oil is old. Yeah, not coming here again.

We just got food from here and my husband had black hair in his whopper that he pulled out his mouth, and his fries also had a black hair. Very disgusting! Also, My spicy chicken sandwich was just thrown together like they were too lazy to make it properly. This place used to be good and now it's gone down hill. This was night shift crew. We won't be back.

Had to open sealed bag to make sure all our to go items were there-- she assured they were when we were missing 3 orders of fries. And she's standing there gossiping with manager with black mouth mask on. Spent $46.49 = which won't happen again at this location, I'll take my money and go elsewhere. I used to come here all the time, but I’m done with this place, now that they have AI taking drive-thru orders. It’s the same reason I haven’t been to Carl’s Jr. in over a year. I just refuse to support that practice. Peace out, Burger King. Get rid of your AI.

Service: They've gone to AI order takers at the drive through. And, they don't work. Had to tell it to delete and start over four times before it got my order correct. No way to get to a human. Food: Onion rings were cold. And how is a burger and onion rings $15?
