I visit this location when I’m visiting my father . I live in Charlotte and we have several Dunkin locations but this location always serves me the PERFECT coffee . I appreciate the staff !!

Nice store, very nice and friendly employees, were very quick on making my order even though they were busy and had no problem adding more caramel and sugar to my drink since there wasn’t enough to my liking. Very clean and nice atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back to get another coffee soon.

This Dunkin’ has some of the friendliest and hardest working staff I’ve ever met. Every time I stop by, the service is quick, and my order is always made right. One of the employees especially stands out her name is Blanca she usually in the baskin robbin side she’s always polite, keeps things running smoothly, and you can tell she takes pride in her work. It makes the whole experience better when you’re greeted with a smile and treated with great customer service. Definitely my go-to Dunkin’!

Rude service at drive through

Went inside and ordered a half decaf iced coffee and a caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso. Didn't get either of those instead I got a fully caffeinated iced coffee and an unflavored macchiato.

I'm tired of getting old or burnt tasting lattes. It's happened 3 times and no other dunkin I've been to, has had this issue. Fix the lattes, and I'll come back.

Went through the drive through. Not very friendly just get your stuff and get out attitude. Best part was finding what I belive is animal hair in my food. Avocado on the box so it's all over my car now. The drink looked fine but I don't want to consume animal hair so trash it goes. Avocado toast with bacon had burnt bacon, bacon was cold and old so the grease was stuck to it solid, and a side of white gray animal hair. Also wasn't toast it was bread you have to put it near a heat source for it to become toast. We have a update I was called today by not a store manager not a gm but a shift lead. Who was absolutely sweet as can be. But was told by management to offer me to drive to camden to get a replacement sandwich. No mention of the hair in my food no mention of the avocado all over the bottom of the box that got on my car interior, no mention of what was done to fix the issue. Even when asking the shift lead I was told she is just doing what she's told. So who's uneducated in management and customer service self told her offer me a sandwich to change my review? Well there is your change you guys don't address the issues and sent the complaint down the chain to a shift lead?!?! You know what would have changed the review actually taking the time out of your precious day to address the issue not pawn me off. There was hair in my food it was burnt and food on the outside of my foods container. Wasn't toast just bread. None of that is dunkins standard well maybe in camden but not at other dunkins across the country. I hope you guys like hair in your food but I do not nor do I like burnt food or random condiments outside my box all over it. Yall are nasty and ignorant. Whoever your shift lead is good job girl for trying sounds like your management is slack and they have no idea how customer service works. Maybe I'll come back one day when you take over but whoever the slack person is that thinks it's OK to serve hair and burnt bacon on my bread doesn't need a job there.

I love Dunkin but this particular one is absolutely disgusting coffee tastes old and as I’m reading the reviews I’m not the only one. Also some drinks that are supposed to have coffee/espresso in them are replaced with COFFEE SYRUP. And it’s foull and old tasting. I got a triple mocha frozen coffee which is supposed to have coffee but they used syrup. Tried to switch it out with a caramel swirl frozen coffee and they STILL used syrup. Do yourself a favor and not order coffee here bc they’ll probably just use syrup. 7 dollars btw

Some of the workers here are nice. But there are other workers that are thieves. I was one of the customers who was the first customers that receive free coffee for a year. I had a coupon booklet that had months left of free coffee. One of the workers took my coupon booklet and it's all on camera. The owner is refusing to contact me or show me footage of who stole my coupon booklet. I have called the owner several times and he doesn't answer my calls. I have also went into the store and asked them about where my booklet was and to see the cameras. They refused to help me in anyway. Now they are asking for my daughter to cut her coupon out of her booklet. This is all happening because they are trying to cover up which Employee stole my booklet. If you can just go to the Columbia Dunkin, you'll be better off at least they are honest people.

Lovely checkout experience. Tried to purchase a cake that was listed for 22 dollars. Rang up as 35. They refused to lower the price to match how it was marked. Everything was visibly dirty. The floors had not been cleaned and had a brown film. The counters where they prepare drinks had a buildup of dried milk. This store is still very new and the standards have already dropped, I would avoid.

I’d rather give 0 stars for service, but I have to at least give 1 according to Google. Tonight (6/24) my boyfriend and I came in and wanted to order ice cream. We both wanted milkshakes. I knew what I wanted, but he didn’t, however, he was pressured to just order something. When I ordered my milkshake, the person taking my order, who is supposedly a manager, rolled his eyes at me. Then, the woman checking us out was rude and did not have good customer service skills at all. They all claimed to hate making milkshakes. Probably won’t be back!

The manager tried to steal from me. I placed an online order because I have autism and anxiety and he said he didn’t get the ticket but i showed him my bank statement and the order number. He kept refusing to serve me even though I paid. He made me cry because I just wanted my treat and I’m not good at standing up for myself. Even though the staff was laughing at me I ended up getting my stuff because I wouldn’t back down.

Finally got to stop in at the dunkin baskin robbins since the opening. I would like to give a birds eye view of my experience. With the two restaurants being merged we were unsure of the process. We waited for several minutes and received no direction or help from any employees. Once we figured out where to go, we placed our order. When we finished placing our order, We simply asked the cashier where we get the spoons from and all she did was point at the spoons. I Am unsure of what kind of ice cream scoops are being used or if the employees have not been given proper training but I could only describe it as a children's spoon because the scoops of icecream were non existent. It was like two table spoons in a large cup. Now I would like to go through the price of the kids meal icecream we received. 6.39 for two baby scoops, 1.09 for fudge(which was put in the bottom of the cup) those toppings we actually asked for. The whipped cream that we did not ask for nor was it mentioned.. was another 1.09.(the whipped cream covers everything and you can no longer tell who's Icecream is who's.) The chopped almonds that we did not ask for was also another 1.09. There is no indication that things like whipped cream cost extra. So for $29.48. We received three sundae orders each with two scoops for a grand total of six baby scoops. We didn't know who's Icecream belonged to whom and the servers were not polite nor helpful. Not at all what I expected from a new place of business. I would not recommend or return.

Hire people that know what they are doing . Maybe you will have more people going to Dunkin’ Donuts. The one on spears creek church in Columbia is much better.

This particular time I placed a mobile order at 1:24..there was one car ahead of me. So fast forward to 1:31 I still sat behind this car. 1:33 I pull off I drive around the car gets pulled up. Tell me the logic behind that. Same thing the day before when I tried to order just munchkins.

I stood there with my daughter for 5 minutes and No one even acknowledged us so we left. Customer service is horrible. She just wanted to get her papa some donuts for valentine's day. . It was my first and last time visiting this location.
