Dunkin'

I go here frequently because it is on of the best Dunkin locations if not the best that I have ever been to. The food is always on point, the drinks are always perfect, and the customer service is out of this world. I wish all Dunkin’s were like this one. The owner has made this outstanding

They treat all their customers with respect and very much welcoming. I appreciate them. I order from them every morning and it's just wonderful company. Myself and other coworkers are pleased how good they are

Got a signature hot peppermint latte and it was great, the lady working drive thru window was very sweet, the service was fast and great. No issues. We went through at 9:30p.m.

I stopped in to see what their donut selection was. They had exactly what I wanted and served them to me with a smile, despite it being near the end of the evening. The chocolate glazed was delicious!!!

This was the best milkshake I ever had from Dunkin’ Baskin Robins I rate it a 10/10 must try again

Stopped by and got me and my daughter some frozen chocolates. They were amazing! And so well presented! Angela is always such a busy bee keeping things straight! We will be back for ice cream one day!

This store was amazing, when I went to buy doughnuts and had some issues with their ordering and when I asked for a donut I could not find, they gave me the doughnut for free. The place is extremely clean, and welcoming. I would defiantly suggest buying and visiting this store.

This Dunkin’ has some of the friendliest and hardest working staff I’ve ever met. Every time I stop by, the service is quick, and my order is always made right. One of the employees especially stands out her name is Blanca she usually in the baskin robbin side she’s always polite, keeps things running smoothly, and you can tell she takes pride in her work. It makes the whole experience better when you’re greeted with a smile and treated with great customer service. Definitely my go-to Dunkin’!

Not the first time this happened to my order and today I even ask the cashier to ask them to put cream cheese on both sides of the bagel. I should’ve checked it before I left, but I figured since I asked it should be correct. The prices they charge the product should be better.

Now it's still the same and they consistently mess up orders. My biggest pet peeve is when I order light ice in an iced coffee, I expect light ice. They fill the cup halfway with ice and assure me that its light ice. Today I ordered on app and forgot to put light ice. I asked the girl if I could change it and she said I could. They didn't and also I added a cup of water and they told me I had to pay $1.10 for it. I am going to stop going to Dunkin donuts. I think what bothers me the most is the unfriendly culture of this store. People pretend they don't understand what you are saying but they certainly know that rip off means. Not going back .

This has to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts. They can’t even make a good coffee or a specialty coffee drink . Their donuts are small and doughy . The ice cream side is not great either . They can’t even make a good banana split or a sundae . The employees don’t have a clue what they are doing . Apparently the franchise owner doesn’t care how bad it is . Hire people that know what they are doing . Maybe you will have more people going to Dunkin’ Donuts. The one on spears creek church in Columbia is much better.

This location is extremely slow & I get it it’s coffee. But multiple times I have came it could be like 1 car in front of me they let the car sit there for about 10 minutes then pulls the car up. This particular time I placed a mobile order at 1:24..there was one car ahead of me. So fast forward to 1:31 I still sat behind this car. 1:33 I pull off I drive around the car gets pulled up. Tell me the logic behind that. Same thing the day before when I tried to order just munchkins.

I stood there with my daughter for 5 minutes and No one even acknowledged us so we left. Customer service is horrible. She just wanted to get her papa some donuts for valentine's day. . It was my first and last time visiting this location.

If someone orders no meat on something PLEASE make sure it has no meat. Just got home and had to dump 2 wraps straight in the dumpster because they had bacon on them, pork is against many religions including my own and its important to follow directions! On the ticket both said no meat so I dont know how you could miss that....

The manager tried to steal from me. I placed an online order because I have autism and anxiety and he said he didn’t get the ticket but i showed him my bank statement and the order number. He kept refusing to serve me even though I paid. He made me cry because I just wanted my treat and I’m not good at standing up for myself. Even though the staff was laughing at me I ended up getting my stuff because I wouldn’t back down.

I’d rather give 0 stars for service, but I have to at least give 1 according to Google. Tonight (6/24) my boyfriend and I came in and wanted to order ice cream. We both wanted milkshakes. I knew what I wanted, but he didn’t, however, he was pressured to just order something. When I ordered my milkshake, the person taking my order, who is supposedly a manager, rolled his eyes at me. Then, the woman checking us out was rude and did not have good customer service skills at all. They all claimed to hate making milkshakes. Probably won’t be back!
