Had a wonderful experience eating here for the first time. Was not sure what to decide on, ended up going with a recommendation from the cashier. The hot ham & cheese was full of flavor! Got it with a side of the soup of the day, which was chicken & dumplings. The presentation was beautiful for a casual restaurant. Everything was clean and organized. ONLY thing I can complain about are the prices, yes the food is great, but I would be able to return more often if the prices were a little cheaper. (They are comparable to lunch olive garden prices.) Other than that, will be returning! :)

This place is great. We came to Fort Smith for a work conference and several of the group ate here every day. Great sandwiches, side salads such as potato, and the service was top notch.

Not a Cuban. Well, Not a good Cuban. The restaurant has been chosen by their customers as a top choice for Brunch and Sandwiches. Recognition from the Democrat Gazette 2024, for best in the "River Valley," is proudly on display at the front counter. I cannot argue with that. But what I will say is their "Cuban Sandwich" needs help. Before I wander down the rabbit hole with a descriptive analysis of the sandwich, let me get the salad out of the way. My wife ordered the small Cobb Salad. Decent, fresh, no complaints. I have eaten a few Cuban sandwiches. One of my favorites. A bait that will lure me into any deli. There are minimum requirements. A Cuban must have mustard! A liberal dousing of YELLOW mustard. An essential condiment. Without it, it is nothing more than a bland pork sandwich. No bright yellow stain to be found between the ciabatta. It did have a little deli mustard. Not a suitable substitute. At the counter, the very nice young lady gave me a couple of packets of plain yellow mustard. Needs more, but this is a start. Between the bread, lots of meat; ham, pulled roast pork, and pickles. The roast pork was a little dry. First bite; something does not taste quite right. An unmistakable old grease flavor on the ciabatta. My best guess as to the cause; the panini press needs a good cleaning. It is a nice, attractive deli, with great service. Order something other than a Cuban Sandwich and something that is not pressed.

The ladies here were so sweet! Gave VIP service to our tiny person. They were very helpful with suggestions and explaining menu options. They have a brunch option on Saturdays we didn't get it but it looked good.

It’s been a few months since I’ve eaten in, but I grabbed a chicken salad sandwich on a rainy Monday off work. For the sandwich, chips, and a drink, it cost about $15 including a small tip. My food was fine and showed up quickly (no modifications), but the service was minimal. In the thirty minutes here, I watched one guy find his own to-go order on the counter after being told it wasn’t ready, another have to get his sandwich remade twice after being patient and explaining what he ordered, and another customer wait nearly 10 minutes while her order was charged out at the counter. The ownership changed back in October 2023, and it doesn’t seem to have found its groove yet. It’s basically empty inside at 12:30 on a weekday. Still decent lunch fare off Old Greenwood, but don’t get in a rush if you’re on a lunch hour.

The food was old and not very warm on the buffet. And the counter person acted like it was an inconvenience to make a sandwich for my husband instead of the brunch buffet. The sandwich was decent but the chips were just ok, no salt on them. We paid almost 50$ for one buffet, a grilled cheese with bacon and jalapenos and one drink. Additionally there was no one manning the meat cutting station and the meat looks like it had been sitting there for days. And the avocado toast had been there so long the color was brown.

Very bad service. We weren't greeted and were confused on where we order or if we should seat ourselves. They asked if we were there for "the brunch" and we unknowingly said yes because it was around that time. It turned out to be a buffet which is not what we wanted but still wanted to try it out. Total came out to be 60 dollars for 2 people which is absolutely outrageous, especially for cold food. Who knows how long the food had been sitting there, it was very dry and not good. The atmosphere is very awkward, no music, no service. We left very unsatisfied and never going back again.

11/1 Whoever the little short green haired girl is was looking and talking about my family! I have a child. And I don’t appreciate having to explain why a jealous woman was talking about my family and being rude to us. Then we could hear the girl laughing about us from around the corner. We paid 80 dollars for my sisters birthday to eat here and we did not appreciate the way we were treated . I never was asked if I wanted another glass of orange juice. So I sat there glass empty most of my meal. Place is lacking professional service. Hell it’s lacking service in general. Maybe get nice employees that don’t act like they hate their life? Or some that know how to work in the service industry correctly. Don’t go here. Not worth it at all

Tried it as a lunch spot with my spouse and found a hair in my salad. Brought it to their attention & because I didn’t want another one (ew, who would at that point) nothing else was offered to rectify the situation. 0/10 don’t recommend & will not be going back.
