They have quality fast food here with a nice value menu. The ice cream shakes are some of my favorite ones you can get from a drive through.

So far I've been to this location twice, as my new job is nearby, and both times the service was on point and the food was deliciously, fresh

Ode to the tacos that used to cost a buck, But now cost 20 cents more, I cannot be out of luck, When I order two or more. Fried tacos with questionable meat, Are always a treat, When I can't stand the heat, Or beat the price, That is probably cheaper than long grain rice, Ode to the tacos I love.

I give the Kanan Jack in the box 5 stars , because the food is fast and fresh. Jose is a really good representative of the company.

Only one clean table, fries were cold, chicken nuggets were really not good onion rings were great.

What can I say people Jack in the box has been there for me at any time of the day...and of course after dining hours is no go to the drive-through but all in all this is always an excellent place to have fast excellent food meals.

This place is right off of the freeway and very convenient to stop in at when traveling by. The restrooms are clean and the whole restaurant is well kept. There is a touchpad drink fountain. The food is always hot and made-to-order.

One of thee best Jack In The Boxes anywhere! Great food of course but also very clean. The restroom unlike most other Jack In The Boxes works perfect! The sink drains immediately and the automatic paper dispenser gives enough paper to dry your hands unlike most other Jack In The Boxes which only give you a there inch strip it seems. This place is great!!!!! The workers are very friendly and I love the 80's music played inside and outside on the patio too!!!!! The only problem is one of the TV sets is out of focus and I wish they have the dinning room open 24 hours everyday of the week instead of only on the weekends as it is here.

I am from MD. First time, and it was good. My daughter had a burger and shake. I had chicken tenders and curly fries.

They put real lettuce on the sandwich. It sounds funny, but a lot of places put wilted, flimsy, tiny pieces or sometimes shredded rodent food of some kind on the sandwich. Having full pieces of lettuce, multiple layers, was oddly satisfying. Here from Chicago, and I missed this place. So ate here several times. Food was always very fresh.

I love the grilled chicken sourdough sandwich. Although, they're always out of the chicken breast so I just tell him to switch it out for the crispy chicken instead and it's really good they make it like the grilled chicken but it's just a big piece of chicken that's crunchy. Try it you like it I promise very simple lettuce tomato Mayo with a piece of chicken in it.

Jack serves the best fast food in my humble opinion. I tried their side salad and it was crispy with great balsamic and lots of croutons. I tried it paired with their 2 tacos for $2 and they were yummy. WheneverxI crave red meat (rarely) i get their Jumbo Jack with cheese, and the tomatoes, sliced red onion and lettuce are fresher and more generous than Carls Jr. Really good. Also great- their chicken fajita pita and the teriyaki chicken rice bowl with broccoli!

Jack in the Box is about my favorite fast food. They are not the fast fast food, because they actually do make food to order. The food is good and I always like the fact that there is a selection. One of my favorites is there teriyaki bowl and my husband likes their Spicy Jack chicken. I think it is the best for a really good selection with pretty good service.

I have always loved Jack in the Box. 24 hours a day you can get two tacos for a dollar. They are kinda greasy, but they sure do taste good! Also their fast food items are really good - a couple of notches above other fast food joints.

This is my go-to quick bite fast-food place. The staffs are super friendly and quick with the orders. There are great variety of food choices besides burgers. The bacon ranch chicken sandwich is very tasty and moist with the chicken meat. The drive-thru opens 24hrs.

Really easy location with a ton of parking right off the 101. 5 star location doin' their business. Only note would be that the curly fries might have been at the end of the bag as they were all very short making dipping difficult... What a challenging and stressful life I lead 🫢 all fries where hot and crispy though.

I don't really eat fast food but I will eat the tacos from Jack in the box I guess because they're soy so I'm hoping / assuming they can't be as bad for you as most other fast food is. And I can't believe they're still two tacos for $0.99 which is awesome when you're feeling it. Also they're curly fries are bomb as hell and when I stop last night the employee running the drive-thru was very friendly and very funny and just had a real nice warm spirit about him. He gave us a good chuckle. Always love that. I would go back just to see him again. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but if You're the manager or owner of this location and you happen to see this and can figure out who it was based on the date and time I was there ( Friday 12/20 around midnight, or possibly a little later), if that man a raise or a promotion or something cuz he sure as heck deserves it

I try to refrain from going to fast foods places but my associate and I still had a long drive and had an early morning flight to catch in the morning; So, the choice was a quick Burger on the run. We selected the “Bacon Double Smashed Jack”; I have to admit that it was one of the best burgers I ate! Highly recommended! We just went through the drive-thru.

Stopping at this Jack in the Box has become a tradition. We love to visit Paso Robles and found this Jacks on our way there a few years back. It is conveniently located off the 101, has plenty of parking, has clean restrooms, and most importantly it has Jack in the Box tacos. It is so much a part of our routine that I even saved the address in my Waze app. Most people only post a review from a negative experience at a fast food mega chain. I believe it is important to provide props occasionally to these mega chains when they are doing something right or in this case "checking all the boxes". This is our lunch spot for our trips to Paso. In fact we will be stopping by in April on our way to a release party in Paso Robles. Tacos for everyone!

Stopped through to grab 3 coffees and a soda for the drive back to NoHo. Dine in looked empty and we were 1 of 2 cars in the drive-thru. Surprised they forgot the straw for my drink. But timing was swift, coffee was fresh, and hot.

Good friendly night crew and very quick they don't fart around they get the line moving . Never to busy . Sheriff seems to linger around a lot there so be on ur best behavior but otherwise all good .

This was a stop to get food because I realized I had not eaten all day. The person working the drive thru was not listening to me when I was ordering. I had to repeat my order 4 times for them to get it. Then when I got my order it was not correct. I had asked for a Double Jack with cheese, no onions. I got a regular, 1 patty, Jumbo Jack, no cheese a with onion. I requested cherry Mello Yello and got regular Mello Yello no flavor. I tend to shy away from Jack's because of prices. This just provided another reason to move then further down on, my list, of places to choose when looking for good food make correctly, at a good price.

Just stopped in for a drink. They have the multi choice coke fountain machine. I had cherry Mello Yello and my friend had had iced tea with splash of lemonade. With such a special request , we went through the drive thru. The employee did a really good job getting the order correct and took the extra minute needed to correctly understand and confirm the order to make sure we got what we were asking for.

Classic, gotta love Jack In The Box. Recommendations: 1. Jumbo Jack on sourdough bread 2. 2 tacos 3. Egg rolls with sweet and sour sauce - trust me!

Pretty good for a fast food, meal deal experience. The service was pretty quick, even though they were short staffed. The dining room was clean, as were the restrooms. The food was hot and tasty. My Wife had the breakfast platter and I had the bonus Jack burger combo. The burger was what I expected from an inexpensive burger, tasty but not high quality. The fries were hot and flavorful but a bit soggy. The breakfast platter was hot and yummy. All in all, a good fast food experience.

This has consistently been a great JIB. When we drive down south we always stop here. Its always clean and the food is always hot. The drive through is convenient. Easy freeway access with a parking lot. Right next to a gas station if you need to fill up.

This particular JitB is challenging at times. They staff can be really obnoxious, with quite an attitude. I have left there so frustrated at times, that I rarely go there anymore. And when I do, I remember why I wasn't.

Jack in the Box is cool because the one on Ventura Blvd between FallBrook and Shoup take good stamps. But I'm sick of eating there all the time. More places should take good stamp

The lady at the counter took awhile to help the person standing in front of us in line. She was reading some paperwork. She also got mine and my daughter's orders wrong. Asked for two monster tacos only got one, luckily I only paid for one. But not sure how you don't hear the words when I am standing only a few feet in front of you. My daughter wanted a plain cheeseburger and got a plain burger. I did pay for a cheeseburger. We didn't bother saying anything since we just wanted to eat and continue our drive home.

They gave me a chunk if chicken that was as hard as a rock. The manager more than made up for it. The 2 piece of chicken was good.

I have always liked Jack’s spicy chicken sandwich. I was offered to add cheese and I accepted it. I felt like the sandwich was made yesterday, because it was tough and stale, and also the patty was nothing but crust. It was a disappointing experience at this location.

I ordered off the menu hanging on the wall behind the counter. I didn't see that they had some special meal deal laying on the counter. I ordered basically what was on the meal deal except I got the little chicken sandwich instead of the fancy one included with the deal. The guy taking my order didn't say, "hey, this is better" he just took my order and had me pay full price

Everything is usually fine but I'm getting tired of the curly fries being bits and pieces of fries with zero complete curly fries. After the reply I received I will be shopping elsewhere and lowering my rating. Clueless.

Oh boy JIB has lost its shine from years ago. Like all fast foods the burgers are smaller replaced without more lettuce to give the appearance of a bigger burger lol.

Ordered two milkshakes, chocolate. She gave us oreo, no apology for the mistake, remakes them and they were almost warm. Most jack in the box shakes you can hardly suck through a straw. This has always been our stop on the way back to southern California, not anymore.

I gave it a 2 because i got the wrong order but i ate it anyway because i was in a rush. It was really good! The nuggets were so good. I've never had them.

I pulled over by for the first time in this fast food and decided to ask for advice on what to choose. the dude on the speaker was talking like a cafe director, but at the same time he was standing in the window with a $15 an hour earpiece. in his mind, he obviously continued to work in the prison cafeteria. I do not recommend this particular cafe while this type works there, but it is worth noting that the food was delicious

Employees are too lazy to work after 2:30 am - they always said their system is down and you need to wait around 20-30 minutes… so most people turn around and leave , so they don’t do anything during this time..

ROACHS !! A few weeks ago my son and i decided we’d like to get something to eat here. Immediately after leaving the drive through he took out his hamburger, and there was a huge cockroach in the Hamburger. I have never seen anything like this when going to a fast food place. I encourage anyone reading this, not to eat here. That is utterly disgusting and i am forever traumatized with this indecent, i will not be eating fast food anymore. I would give it a 0 star if i could, i’ve been eating at this location for years now, and i am devastated that i came to find out they have a cockroach problem. I can’t imagine how many times i ate something that a roach could’ve been on. I advice people to reciprocate, and avoid this location.

Worst service ever Maritsa will hook you on bait and switch with trying to charge you more for extra sauces and then explain it’s posted which it’s not it says May cost extra not that it does. Then proceed to argue with me and i made them eat the cost of my food and demanded a full refund over $0.75 I’ll take my business elsewhere. Don’t try and switch the price on me a loyal paying client for over 30 years. Not only was she not empathetic and unfriendly she was rude.

I go here everyday and every time I come there is a rude worker that can barely speak English. I will never go here again after the way I was treated by one of their workers. Cecilia got an attitude with me and acted more like I was her child she was lecturing than a respectable Jack in the Box employee. I was so offended that I didn’t even want the food anymore nor did I trust that they wouldn’t do anything to my food at that point. I asked for a refund and she made me pull up to the front and wait TEN minutes just to get my money back onto my card. I never received my money back on to my card so I ended up paying for that meal without ever receiving food. Don’t go here if you want to continue to have a good day because the workers have terrible customer service and you will leave unsatisfied every time

Not a 24 hour restaurant. Staff closes at 4:00am until 4:30am. The hours need to be corrected accordingly and any signage stating that this is a 24 hour restaurant need to be removed. Update: the District Manager, Cody Herrick, contacted me and told me I was just confused. He then proceeded to tell me why this supposed 24-hour closes for up to 30 minutes every morning. So first he gaslights me, then confirms that, yes, this location is indeed closed during a set period of time. What a class act.

Which... is free anyways... Right? He explained that they were understaffed. They had lost my order because it had been so long. I won't stop at this jack in the box location, ever again. After I received my food, I received a call from the district manager. (Posted the above to Jack in the Box's feedback site) he was nice, but had no idea how to resolve the problem, so the call was an apology with no solution. I then opened my bag to find that they gave me the wrong order. Simply ridiculous.

No human wants to take your order when you are inside. The kiosk offers a limited menu. My sandwich bread is dry and half the regular size but charged me the same price as years past! No condiments in my sandwich. I’ve had the same order for years. Not coming back and urge others to go to a different location. DRY!!!

Wow just wow, I just stop by, I've been coming to this Jack for about 5 years, and I've never had the experience I had today, it is 12:15 am, and the drive thru person (a woman) was so rude, she was pushing me to place my order when I told her to give me some time, when I got to the window she was bossy and with a really bad attitude. I guess I won't be coming here anymore since looks like she is just tires of people.
