This was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised at how many choices there were. The lady that waited on us was patient and helpful while my kiddos decided what they wanted. Definitely somewhere we will visit again. The prices are so reasonable and the quality of the ice cream is perfect. Make it a stop if you're wanting some delicious ice cream. Plenty of parking and other little shops to visit before or after you get your ice cream in the plaza.

Five stars for Pops Ice Cream in Sebastian, Florida! The two girls working Sunday night were extremely friendly and nice. We had a fantastic experience at Pop’s Ice Cream in Sebastian! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, fun, and full of charm. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The ice cream itself was absolutely amazing. Rich, creamy, and full of flavor. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and put a lot of love into what they do. There were so many unique and classic flavors to choose from, and everything I tried was delicious. Pop’s is truly a hidden gem and a must visit spot if you’re anywhere near Sebastian. I can’t wait to come back again soon!

We stopped in here on a whim and we were pleasantly surprised, tons of options and everything was delicious! Two adults got large ice creams for less than $20 with tip. This would be a great place for a date night. The chefs kiss peanut butter stacker was incredible.

Just found this place after moving here 5 months ago. What a fun surprise! We walked away with some delicious moscato ice cream-for me and bacon maple ice cream for my pup! How cool is that?! I’ll be bringing friends and family here for now on!

Great hand dipped ice cream. All sorts of flavors to choose from. Waffle cones are the cone of choice. A medium is 4 scoops and each one can be a different flavor. Yummy 😋

Our new favorite ice cream shop!! Our first visit was amazing. Went went in just after lunch time on 1/12/25. Addy was so incredibly helpful and sweet to our children! She didn’t rush us to decide on a flavor, she offered samples to try them out before we made a selection, and she did it all with a smile on her face! Props to Pops and team! We will be back soon!

The perfect representation of what a local ice cream shop should be. Clean, friendly staff, and consistently good ice cream. Update: My grand daughter was having a bad day. So I asked if she wanted to go get some ice cream. As we were ordering, I mentioned she was having a bad day. The young lady gave her a special bag with stickers and a toy. That made her day so much better. A big thank you to that young lady.

We visited Pops ice cream twice while in Sebastian for the week. The first time was great! Ice cream flavor testing was optimal (variety of unique flavors were awesome), and the customer service was lovely. The best part was the sizing of the single scoop cup (two large scoops). Our second visit was just okay. Customer service was fine but not as friendly as the first, and the size of the single scoop was incredibly small in comparison to our first visit and really in comparison to any ice cream spot. It was a disappointment. I'd give it another try in hopes the portions have increased back to a typical single serving.
