Lovely fish and chips usually holiday in Greece but thought I'd give Spain a try pleased I found you excellent value and food

Superb meals tonight, first visit for food for my wife and I, and we will be back, great fish and chips, light and delicious, not a trace of fat, same for the steak consumed by the boss, well cooked and tender, all in all recommended, food, staff and service excellent, give it a go.

Excellent fillet steak at a price not much more than the butchers. very thick and juicy and cooked exactly how I like it. also homemade onion rings were the perfect accompaniment.

This is the best steak we have had in spain. Thick tender fillet and cooked perfectly. And only 12 € with a salad starter. Fish and chips amazing too at just 6€ for a "medium" which fills the plate. Don't go for large at 9€ unless you haven't eaten all day! Nicely decorated restaurant and large terrace. Good variety of wines and beers and excellent table service.

Took my friends to Steak Night as I always visit when I am over, they were not disappointed and the mixed grill was too much for one of them (doggie bag needed) As usual Bethan greeted us with a beaming smile. Good food reasonably priced Highly recommend a visit

Called in Wednesday without a booking, steak night so was busy. Both girls were so accommodating, found us a table, service was brilliant, food was amazing. Booked a table for next week.

Hooray,! It's open again.! 22-6-20 Excellent food and friendly staff. Everything I go in, the most surprising thing is that the salad is the freshest I have ever being served anywhere in the world. It is a pleasant surprise and taking into account the climate we are in, it is quite amazing.

This was an excellent place to eat. Food and drink were excellent as was the service. Worst part was finding somewhere to park but once in a very good experience.

Had fresh cod and home cooked chips recently - it was fabulous. The fish was cooked perfectly and chips were lovely. Generous portions also. Dessert was beautiful. Would recommend F&C on Fridays.

My husband and i go to chamans every other friday for fish and chips . The fresh fish is succulent and the batter is so light and crispy. Chips are always crispy and yummy. All the meals that are brought out look delicious but fish and chips is our favourite. Thankyou to the young waitress that serves us so polite and always smiling. Roll on Friday!

spent an evening celebrating a friends 70th Birthday, Given a couple of days notice The Chef cooked off the menu for us being vegetarian ,they decorated the table with streamers and balloons and Chef made a lovely themed Cake and sang happy birthday ,The food was delicious and all the staff are really friendly and very helpful. Had a bar meal which was really good, and a restaurant mixed grill with fillet steak a couple of days later, excellent. Bar staff are really friendly and they have British beers, speckled and abbot cans, if some greedy sod doesn't drink it all on first night.

It is a typical English pub with great food and an extra room that is rented out for line dancing and other fun activities. Great food, really good size helpings and reasonably priced. They do not accept payment by card. Definitely worth a visit

This was the first time I had visited have been meaning to for a while after reading all the great reviews. I can honestly say I wasn't disappointed. From stepping through the door the lady was very friendly and attentive and very informative about the menu's. Sadly I didn't get to eat in on this occasion but the takeaway fish and chips were absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back again for the dine in experience.

We very nearly walked by, I am so glad we didn't! Give this place a go, we did and we had a fantastic meal. The staff were very friendly, English speaking and couldn't do enough for us. The food was excellent, we had steak and chips and the steak was perfect and the chips were some of the nicest I have had. Steak is only on the menu a few times a week and on this occasion it wasn't actually on the menu, however, the staff were very accommodating and cooked us steak. Portions are quite big and prices very reasonable. If we get a chance before heading home we will definitely be back for another meal. Excellent choice for a well cooked meal at reasonable price.

Glad to hear that the restaurant is to be refurbished because it would be a shame if people judged it on looks alone. Have eaten there twice so far - once at the flaming grill and the steak was superb, and then for fish and chips which were the best I have ever had anywhere either in Spain or the UK. Will definitely eat there again. I must also mention the cheerful welcome you get from the staff. Excellent all round !

Had a fabulous meal at Charlotte's Bar last night. We booked for Steak Night and we were not disappointed - delicious food, friendly staff and it didn't break the bank! Would highly recommend if you enjoy a good steak, we will be back.

We were made very welcome by both the waiter and waitress as we walked in. I had the large English breakfast while my wife had the chicken pie and homemade chips. The meals were substantial. The atmosphere was great, most of the customers were British.

I was on my own, with a lot of time to kill. On a cold day, I walked into this welcoming bar which has different areas to sit in, including a garden. I thoroughly enjoyed an English breakfast and coffee for under a tenner. A lovely and courteous young member of staff waited on me professionally throughout.

We were given a choice of sitting in the room at the front where the bar is or the dining room at the rear. She chose the front room as it is much lighter and airier in there. The waitress, as friendly as ever, explained that they had been very busy and as such did not have the steak and ale pie,chilli nor scampi available. This was a shame for mum as she wanted the pie but plumped for the Hunter’s Chicken instead. I went for the large fish and chips with mushy peas. The food duly arrived and was as fantastic as always in good sized portions. Mum had no complaints. I’m already looking forward to my next visit when I next come over to Spain.

Haven't eaten here but I know that it's popular. Normally call in for a coffee or beer and sit outside with our dogs. Tonia and her son are very friendly and make you welcome.

Only had a lunchtime snack, chicken and chips with salad. Was hot, fresh and very tasty and not expensive. Service was polite and attentive. Will definitely go again.

Food is lovely but the place itself would benefit from a good spruce up. If you want the grill menue is only on Wednesdays and you have to book.

Sat outside for ten mins had to go in ordered drinks asked for brandy and diet coke only when i drank it realised it was normal coke finished drink no waitress went in to order steak was told only do steaks on wednesdays???looking on website we assumed they done steaks every day like most other restaurants wont be going again

Excellent value daily "specials" food menu. Friendly staff. Nice outside seating area. Something has happened in there. Food is now poor compared to previous visits. Served fish and chips with the fish still partly frozen. No recompense. Won't be eating there again.
