Went in before closing and luckily the guys working were nice and polite I didn't feel rushed knowing they were about to close. Place was clean great sandwich. I gotta give it to the gentleman who made my sandwich he was awesome great personality with fabulous service. First time at this location I will definitely be back.

It's the usual Subway food. The staff was friendly as I expect from all restaurants and the facility was clean. This is one of a few stops along I-80 with services (food & gas) so expect a long wait when travelling on holiday weekends. There's only one uni-sex restroom which can also result in long waits on busy weekends.

Good quality food, horrible customer service. This place was fine the previous 2 summers I was here, but this year the workers are awful. Came in last week a half hour before closing, because the OPEN light was on and the door was unlocked. The guy said "we're closed" and was counting money. So, he closed before the advertised closing time. Then today, both workers had AirPods in their ears. The guy serving me was clearly on a phone call. He just looked at me and stared for a while before eventually asking what I want. (Maybe I was supposed to volunteer my order, but I didn't know if he was ready to hear it since he didn't ask what I want.) He only used a partial scoop of rotisserie chicken in my sub when other stores use the full scoop. The rest of the process went fine. But then he totaled me up and asked for payment without asking me what I want to drink. So I told him we need drinks and cookies too and he was frustrated because he had to change the cash register order to add more stuff. Then he didn't ask us if it's for here or to go, and therefore didn't give us either a bag nor a tray. Just slid our sandwiches, cups and cookies over toward us and moved on. During the whole process, he barely spoke to us, and when he did it was soft spoken and heavily accented. Usually he just pointed at stuff and stared at us, waiting for us to answer a question that he didn't ask. Then while we were eating, he came out to clean the restroom and it was revealed that he's only wearing shower sandals! This store is a mess, so I believe the other reviews. As you can see, this store got good reviews a few years ago, but over the last 4-5 months, it's all horrible. Again, I will say, the subs were delicious today--fresh ingredients and bread. So that was nice.

I paid $14 for a sub with dry bread and 4 pieces of ham. (Every other subway religiously uses 8.) -I usually get tomatoes on my subs but they looked soggy and were discolored. Edit: I just realized that I paid $16 not $14. ($4 per slice of ham)

We came here out of convinces, they were so skimpy we had bread sandwiches. They were playing Indian music so loud it was uncomfortable. I'm ethnic too, but they shouldn't have make guest feel uncomfortable, we just ate in the car.

Stopped on our way to Lake Tahoe, let me paint you a picture… the sandwich artist sits pleasantly out side smoking his lovely Hooka pipe (that’s right a 3’ tall Hookah pipe) and greets you with “you want sandwich”. “As a matter of fact… I would like sandwich“. And when ‘I’ opened the door for for my fiancé, this very stoic youngish man walked right on through like a gentleman should. She then asks to use the bathroom and I ordered my sandwich. Don’t let me forget to mention the sauna that hits you in the face when you walk In, it really added to the experience. The sandwich experience it’s self consists of “sandwich?” (#22), “veg?” and “more sandwich”? . Just the one thank you. Then he took a phone call and I paid, then he promptly went back to his hooka. I stepped to the side to wait for my lady to come out of the bathroom which made me wonder if she was ok in there?? Upon coming out she tells me she took so long because it was so gross she had to wipe of the seat and hover in order to go to the bathroom. It was an emergency situation trust me, the bathroom at gas station in the same parking lot was conveniently closed. I also had to relieve myself and witnessed it, I’ve seen cleaner bathrooms in dive bar at 2am then this place. I couldn’t even bring myself to eat the sandwich… moral of the story: “sometimes peeing your pants is the cool thing to do” ~ Billy Madison.

I came to buy 1/2 dozen cookies, double chocolate chip and chocolate chip cookies. They were rock hard like week olds! We took one but and threw them away. The restrooms are disgusting! Do not eat here! I should have known better than to eat there when i saw all the flies inside, or when the toilet was full and couldn't be flushed, or just maybe when I saw the produce. I really wanted subway and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. The vegetables looked old and even though the employee went to the back to get a new package of turkey for my sandwich , it was still sour tasting. 2.19.22 They have posted hours on the door for Sat stating open at 8am. When I got there at 820 the door was locked. I saw a young lady behind the counter and I knocked on the door. She clearly heard me bc she turned her head but didn't respond. She said, "No 6 meatballs for a foot long!" Which is an absolute LIE!! The whole ordeal took me 45 minutes. When I opened, so then meatball sandwiches. They were so DRY, ABSOLUTELY NO SAUCE!!!. This Subway restaurant was so disgusting before entering into this place the front of the restaurant where the Subway sign is has dirt everywhere and Cigarette Buds me and my fiancé went here to grab lunch while on our way to another state and the customer service here was so horrible as soon as we went in no one greeted us the worker there it was an Indian woman. She was just sitting there on her phone Talking to another Indian man, she did not greet us either welcome us before she even prepared our sandwich. She supposed to wash her hands. She did not do that. She just put on gloves and started our meal. Her attitude was very Standoff she had no customer service and she also overcharged me and my fiancé for two meals we spent almost $100 and she made her own price on there. I tried calling the number and the number is not in service. I searched up her store franchise number and it’s going back to someone else subway store. Please do not go to this place because not only are they rude and disgusting but they are also scammers My fiancé went to use the restroom and had to rush right back out because the bathroom was so filthy. We do not recommend anyone dining in here choose somewhere else because they don’t prioritize their customers. I give them a zero star if I could, but I only chose one star.

The employee was so rude. She even doesn’t know how to take an order. She didn't know how to behave with the children. I do not recommend or anyone to stop here. It’s not worth it.

Nobody inside but every single table absolutely gross and disgusting with food and crumbs. Little kids running around the back of the restaurant...do they have food handler and prep cards? Rude staff..prices are a joke. Ate here to avoid becoming the Donner party only

Employees are rude! They have horrible customer service. The Italian herb & cheese had no cheese on it. My wife’s order was simple and yet they could not fulfill the order correctly. Went as far as making snide comments under their breaths to my wife as well. Why are you going to be in the service industry if you can’t provide good service.

I order foot long egg and cheese sandwich. She put 3 egg, and I asked her to add one more. She was so mad, and and rude. I'm not gonna stop here again.

Bad customer service. The restroom was dirty. There was paper all over the floor. Plus, the restroom smelled. There was lots of trash in front of the place. The veggies looked old and wilted. I do enjoy lots of fresh veggies on my sandwich. I'm not stopping there unless I have to use the restroom or get gas.

I just stopped by because I have a long road trip and I got hungry. I walk in and the staff members are sitting down eating playing on their phones. They’re irritated that I came in to order when I asked for something because I am pregnant and I needed something done a certain way I asked for grilled chicken instead of a different type of meat, he told me he couldn’t substitute it and it was too late to change it. He was very disrespectful and rude. I don’t think I have ever had such bad customer service from any person in my life. He also had a girl standing behind the line staring at me. Did not say a word. When other people came in she just stared at them. I am dumbfounded on how rude that encounter was. And he made me pay for a sandwich that I can’t even eat. Also to top it all off when I asked for certain toppings he put like 3 olives 2 strands of lettuce and was going to charge me for the avocado that the sandwich came with. I’m very upset and disappointed in this encounter.
