Literally the worst subway experience ever. We were the only people there. I paid $56 for 4 sandwiches. The meatballs were cold. Like straight out of the refrigerator cold!. There was no lettuce, no tomato.The lady was sitting at the table and then jumped up.Never washed her hands.Put gloves on and began to make sandwiches. When I told her the meatballs were cold. She attempted to remake them by warming each meatball in the oven. I noticed that she was only warming up six meatballs. I told her, " I thought a foot long got eight meatballs!?" She said, "No 6 meatballs for a foot long!" Which is an absolute LIE!! The whole ordeal took me 45 minutes. When I opened, so then meatball sandwiches. They were so DRY, ABSOLUTELY NO SAUCE!!!. She asked some guy sitting at a table for help. He was wearing a full orange Yo Gabba Gabba jumpsuit. He never watched his hands either. I AM A LOCAL AND I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

The bathroom was disgusting no soap, toilet hasn't been cleaned for a long time. I have seen port a potties cleaner than this bathroom. And the churro was doughy. I don't know about the rest of the food because I didn't order anything else.

WARNING, they do not accept coupons in person, do it online. The food was average, the veggie patty tasted cold and frozen, the cheese was melted and the vegetables were flavorless.

Customer service is horrible, employees are not wearing face masks and were rude. The attitude when you explain the way you want the sandwich is ridiculous. Ingredients were fresh and location is easy access. Beware this is a area where travelers are stopping to play on the snow and parking does get limited.

Bad customer service. The restroom was dirty. There was paper all over the floor. Plus, the restroom smelled. There was lots of trash in front of the place. The veggies looked old and wilted. I do enjoy lots of fresh veggies on my sandwich. I'm not stopping there unless I have to use the restroom or get gas.

The lady on counter . I ask her can I use the restroom before order she don’t allow me to use the restroom. She said restroom close for no reason.

I just stopped by because I have a long road trip and I got hungry. I walk in and the staff members are sitting down eating playing on their phones. They’re irritated that I came in to order when I asked for something because I am pregnant and I needed something done a certain way I asked for grilled chicken instead of a different type of meat, he told me he couldn’t substitute it and it was too late to change it. He was very disrespectful and rude. I don’t think I have ever had such bad customer service from any person in my life. He also had a girl standing behind the line staring at me. Did not say a word. When other people came in she just stared at them. I am dumbfounded on how rude that encounter was. And he made me pay for a sandwich that I can’t even eat. Also to top it all off when I asked for certain toppings he put like 3 olives 2 strands of lettuce and was going to charge me for the avocado that the sandwich came with. I’m very upset and disappointed in this encounter.

Home of the $15 footlong!!! I knew I’d get ripped off, but I was hungry and had few options. The food tasted okay. I could have done better with a pack of jerky at the gas station. Their location and lack of other options is why this place survives. Move on, unless you have no other options.

She was just sitting there on her phone Talking to another Indian man, she did not greet us either welcome us before she even prepared our sandwich. She supposed to wash her hands. She did not do that. She just put on gloves and started our meal. Her attitude was very Standoff she had no customer service and she also overcharged me and my fiancé for two meals we spent almost $100 and she made her own price on there. I tried calling the number and the number is not in service. I searched up her store franchise number and it’s going back to someone else subway store. Please do not go to this place because not only are they rude and disgusting but they are also scammers My fiancé went to use the restroom and had to rush right back out because the bathroom was so filthy. We do not recommend anyone dining in here choose somewhere else because they don’t prioritize their customers. I give them a zero star if I could, but I only chose one star.

PLEASE, shut this branch down, so we can get some normal food from other fastfood brands who could take the shop. One time the lady only put steak on half of a footlong bread, and cheese on the other half. I even showed her a youtube video that the meat should spread the whole bread. She did it, then charged me for double meat. Another time the man rolled the flatbread along the long side, and had to take out ingredients to make the bread roll up, and insist this is "how v'ee always make it". Subway, please, do the locals a favor, shut this place down.

Employees are rude! They have horrible customer service. The Italian herb & cheese had no cheese on it. My wife’s order was simple and yet they could not fulfill the order correctly. Went as far as making snide comments under their breaths to my wife as well. Why are you going to be in the service industry if you can’t provide good service.
