Very good noodles! Good portion as well. The shaved noodle is their signature, hand cut by knife off fresh dough . I ordered beef stew shaved noodle and it’s very flavorful. Strongly recommend!

Sooo good. Hand pulled and shaved noodles. We sat outside but inside was nice too. Not a great location but the food is terrific.

Great food. Planning to comeback again next time. Good choices of food. Me and my friend tried the beef ribs with hand pulled noodle, beef pancake, marinated intestines ( not bad actually , and the pigs ear : ).

Loved it! My kids cleaned the plate! My photos are aweful. We were so happy I forgot to take photos until we were half way done. The service was also top notch!

The lamb noodle and fried dumplings I had were okay. The scallion pancake was on point. I didn't find the food the most tasty, but I liked the overall experience.

They have good Chinese foods, prepare very fast, and also good price too. One thing is I personally wasn’t comfortable while eating because of fast edm music was being played haha. But still, I’d like to come back tho.

Good value food. Had hand-pulled noodles with beef soup and a veggie soup. The taste was good. Also ordered wontons and cucumber as appetizers. Both were okay. The waitress was really lovely and very kind.

The noodles was just a bit too salty but overall it wasn't a bad dish. The beef pancake was a bit interesting cuz technically the toppings go inside of the pancake but the idea of making it into a wrap made it look a lot more appetizing and aesthtically pleasing. But the problem with the pancake is that the vegetables were all raw, including the onion, so my nose felt like it was on fire. The noodle soup dish was made quite fast but the appetizer (beef pancake) took a bit longer than the noodles. This didn't happen to me but someone else that was there; if you order something, the chef takes the order immediately, so you can't change your order once you tell them. This is also a good thing because it means the food is made "fresh" (broth to the noodles are pre-made and are most left in a container to keep it hot, but like most places already do that). By the way in the picture took of the beef pancake, I have already eaten half of the pancakes because it just looked too good and I was starving. Lastly, the prices are with tax.

This place was located right next to our hotel, so had to give it a try. The food was ok... not as flavorful as I hoped. The service was fantastic! Tried the hand pulled beef noodle soup. The beef was low quality. Broth wasn’t as flavorful as it looked. The pan fried and steamed dumplings were good.

Had the shaved noodles they were too thick. Broth was pretty flat. There are better noodle soups in the city

2.3/5 stars: Will not be coming here again for the stir fried noodles. Used to come here pretty often due to the nice selection of noodles available along with its great location. I understand that there are ‘off’ nights with Chefs and staff but unfortunately there were issues with the food the last 3 visits I had over the last month. I order essentially the same thing everytime- Last night got the stir fry shrimp meifun, which upon opening was gummy in texture with excess liquid along the bottom of the plate. Then this was followed by an odd, almost sour taste along with some noodles that were not fully cooked. For $14.14 (cc fee included) this was inedible. Unfortunately the quality of the noodles seems to have worsened continuously over the last year. I’d stick to the noodle soup if you visit or go else where in Chinatown for stir fry noodles (especially with this comparatively mid-higher end price point). FYI: the beef they use in the stir fry noodles is not fatty beef/steak cuts, they use the same beef as their the fuqifeipian (夫妻肺片) appetizer.

I was impressed by the cleanness of the location. I had the beef stew hand pulled noodles. The beef was yummy and tasty but can’t say the same for the noodles. They were very bland and didn’t find anything special about it.
