15 minutes before they closed and the line at the drive thru was 10 cars deep. Great food, great service and they stayed open to finish every order.

Always a good place for a quick breakfast. Staff could be a little more outgoing but they were friendly.

Holy Toledo Batman! What an experience! I love whenever my Burger King is nice and fresh and this place gave me just that. Shout out to the wonderful, polite staff that waited on me. Definitely will be coming back for one of those impossible whoppers!

This is normally my FAVORITE burger of all time! Don't know what's happening but there's less and less items put on the burger 😟 I wish they'd load em like they used to. If you ask for heavy ANYTHING they charge you for hardly adding anything more!! COME ON BK, ADD SOME MORE LETTUCE, TOMATO, ONIONS & PICKLES FOR GOODNESS SAKE!!!

Depends on which one you go to but fry's are fresh and not too salty. If you want extra veggies they will put them on there for you. The customer service is great!

The young man with a beard and long hair was the nicest most accommodating gentleman. He went out of his way to get my family's orders and brought everything to the table. He helped the kids with their drinks and got us extra ice. Super impressed with his attention to detail and being super helpful with all the guests in the building.

Everything was great but the ink on my receipt was not very good. I couldn't get the free whopper because the information I needed was obscured by the ink. A little disappointed, the first time I ate there in years.

I went through the drive-through and got a whopper meal. Service was very fast because I was there around 10 o’clock. P.m.. I did not get my drink with the meal, it wasn’t super busy. It was an honest mistake. I didn’t realize this until I drove away. So my bad for not checking before I drove away. Otherwise I could have corrected them regarding this. So I feel I’m just as much at fault as the staff.

Ordered some food and I forgot to request for them to cut my sandwich in half. So I asked at the window before they even got to make my family's order. Lady shook her head and went and told the crew member to do what I requested very snobbish. Glad I did not pay cause I will not support that service. Why all the body language, I said please and was polite.

I asked for half fry and half onion rings. I got the fries but no onion rings. I told him I needed onion rings too. He put in a whole order of onion rings then charged me for that too! It was a mess. We had to wait almost 20 minutes for our food. We asked for onion ring sauce and ketchup. We didn't get any onion ring sauce.

Took 5 mins to take my order, not a car I'm the parking lot. I already bad completed a mobile order so that's all I needed to tell them. Then after being told 5 mins later to pull around. I had to wait 5 or so more minutes before I was handed my food. When I left the car that pulled up behind me was still at the order window. Food was ok, just the slowest BK around.

You get more for your buck when you order right off the menu. Taking the survey is waist of time to get a free sandwich. I ended up spending more than if I would had got their box deal... food is always hot. Most employees at this Burger King are very friendly and professional...

I haven't eaten there in awhile now my reason why is I think they are just to expensive these days as is McDonald's. I'd rather spend the money at a restaurant. I understand that places like these are fast food and you pay for that but I don't think they are fast enough. It's all up to you and what you're willing to pay.

It's another fast "food" place. It's not desirable by any means. Cleaner than it was in the 90's, but the food-like products they serve haven't improved at all...

Order 2 Whopper meal combos through the drive thru. Got home (20 miles away) and there wasn't any tomato on either sandwich. Way to far to drive back 😞

The food is ok and the people are amazing. The parking lot smells like sewage. Health department needs to shut this place down or the city needs to fix this problem.

The drive thru was stupid slow. The crispy chicken wrap was a mess and inconsistent with times before. One minute it's good the next it's horrible. There really is no happy medium.

Some of the most aggressive and rude staff I’ve ever had to deal with. Short tempered and lacking any level of kindness. Rude to me when I’ve gone, and has made people cry with how lacking they are in understanding.

Decided to give Burger King a try after not eating it for years. Spicy chicken sandwich was hard as a rock, as if it was either not cooked or stayed in the warmer for hours and hours without replacement. Whopper meat was even more disappointing than i remembered, and the onion rings were the same. They keep increasing their prices too, not because it's actually better than competitors but because they probably have countless locations at risk of going out of business. tl;dr meal sucked

Waited in line for 10 minutes for a whopper. Got an impossible whopper. Asked for no ketchup, lathered in ketchup. Receipt didn't print legible words so calling management in the am. I know the entire 2 cars in ur drive thru were probably to much for the 3 of you working.

I was the only one in the restaurant and the wait was too long with no explanation. Two drive throu orders were out before mine. Food didn't taste fresh, which wouldn't have been a big deal if there was no wait.

July 15, 2016. My daughter n grandchildren had went through the drive thru , they had made a complaint, when they received their food the employees had put pepper in their drinks n who knows what they did to the food. When I called to get information as far as the district managers name n number, the manager, Chelsea had refused to give me any information or said she did not know. It took a while but I the end she finally gave me the 1-866 corporate number. A complaint is being filed with the health department as well with corporate.

Lady wasn't very bright... messed up our order twice... need to change their oil, everything was spicy and could taste the old oil...

Stopped once, coffee was cold. Tried again, took ten minutes for our order, burger was still frozen. Stop there if you are neither hungry or thirsty.

The staff are always rude here. I don't frequent the BK in Alma too often because of this and the fact that they can mess up the easiest of orders... I mean just be A LOT more courteous to your customers and pay better attention to the orders before giving it to the customer to ensure it is correct.

they are always sold out of a majority of the menu. just recently I came in to eat breakfast with my family, but they were sold out of eggs, sausage and hashbrowns. we just left and went to the nearby McDonalds instead. I go to this BK because its conveniently located to my home, but i don't i'll be wasting my time with this place anymore.

We have gone here 3 times. The first time we used the app and they messed up our order and double charged us then said there was nothing they could do about it. The second time we waited forever and then our order was messed up. The third time we got french toast instead of cinnamon rolls, got a small coffee instead of a large Sprite which they charged us for and one of our sandwiches had no egg & cheese on it. They are also very rude if you say anything. I do not recommend this place at all.

My order was totally wrong was told my combo that I paid $8.59 did not come with a drink had to pay an additional $2.11 for my drink to be added so I end up paying over $11.00 for a breakfast combo that should have been not even $6 bucks I feel ripped off,and the drive thru lady was rude unprofessional and shoved my jelly in my hand after I asked for it! Not to mention I asked for extra bacon instead of ham I was told no problem but received my sandwich with the ham and no extra bacon! I hope a manager or an owner can see this and make things right! I have my receipt and feel like I should receive a full refund and a sincere apology due to all the stated facts!

Ordered here on July 5th, lady taking order cut us off after ordering one of the items we wanted. We tried getting her attention to tell her that only one thing wasn’t all we were ordering, no answer from her. We drive up to window, tell the other employee about it and order the rest of our food. To then receive the food and not have what we asked for and charged for food we didn’t ask for or even receive. Worst experience and will not be going there ever again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered a original chicken sandwich with cheese, had some brown pieces of lettuce disgusting so as I was picking it off I noticed I had no cheese so I checked the receipt and of course they did make sure they charged for it! I guess it's just to hard to run a drive thru and be able to read, after all they do not have inside customers to deal with and they weren't busy it was 2:30 . Will I go back? Not for quite awhile until they go back to school and learn how to read !

This Burger King has never once gotten our order right. After today we will no longer give our business to them. Our sandwiches are always wrong and we are lucky to get hot side orders.

Stopped in at 8pm on 3/27. Ordered a whopper meal with cheese on the burger and for it to be cut in half. The drive thru line was not long but it still took about 15 minutes to get to the window. Received the food and left, to later down the road find out the burger was cold, not cut in half and there was no cheese. Looked at the receipt, was charged for cheese and had a note to cut the burger in half, none of this was done. Pathetic, can't follow directions and takes money for add one then does not out them on food. Will not be coming back, McDonald's will get our fast food orders from now on.

Going through the drive thru,I couldn't believe how filthy the windows were,and the framing. How is the kitchen look? No condiments with cheese sticks. Noticed every time you go through a drive thru you better look at your order. Guaranteed going through a drive through cannot get your order right. COVID CLEAN NOT!!!!

Completely disgusted and disappointed. First off, the cashier had no idea how to ring up my simple 2 item order.... I know he has worked here for several years. Not one staff member here was friendly. Looked like a very unhappy bunch. But ok, thats not even the real issue here... I ordered my whopper, and chicken sandwhich FRESH. Which means putting a fresh piece of chicken in the fryer, and a whopper patty in the broiler. I worked here, so I know it takes 3 min for the broiler, and 6 1/2 for the chicken. 4 min later our order is ready... Hmmmmm. I opened my sandwhich to see that it WAS NOT FRESH, and the chicken sandwhich looked like they threw an old one in the fryer for a minute to make it look like it was fresh, but it jus made it greasy and burnt. It was very chewy. This is disgusting. ATTENTION EMPLOYEES: its not that hard to put them down fresh. Why is customer satisfaction not a priority anymore? I will be calling the manager in the morning. This needs to be made right.

Constantly sold out of nearly every product. The drink machine never has anything but regular coke and water, sold out of chicken, ice cream machine not working, etc. Just go to McDonald's, at least they have product for sale.

There was 2 guys in the back talking so loud it sounded like they were yelling, and everyone in the lobby could hear them talking about buying and selling wax, and talking about hotboxing in their car in the parking lot. It’s not my business what management allows to happen in their store. But when you got dudes talking so loud the whole lobby can hear and has everyone in the lobby looking back there at them.. then I think that’s when it becomes a problem.. this was on 12/27 around 1-1:30

I am very dissatisfied with the quality and price of the food this trip. I paid 20.00 for 2 meals. The chicken wrap was very small, and they were out of the Crispy chicken for the wrap, they only had Jr. chicken patty for the Wrap and I paid individually for the combo. The service was also low quality. He acted like we were an inconvenience. Also, the Coke Freestyle machine only had 2 working options, coke or diet coke. I will not return to this location.

11$ for a whopper meal your out you mind Whopper 2 for 5$ remember that even then your parking lot wasn't full App deleted go out of business with ya lame prices

Food was terrible. The whopper I paid $12 for was horrible tasted like compressed cardboard. Paid $40 for two meals and chicken fries and jalapeno bites and it was terrible and the service was just as bad. I see why there is never a line.

Asked for a rodeo cheeseburger more than once and received one marked r yet it had none of the signature toppings of a rodeo burger . Not even sauce of any kind . I ordered that and two other cheeseburgers which come with lettuce and tomatoes still nothing. This is not the first time and I suspect with burger king it will not be the last. Their training seems to be in ruining orders which have been repeated to them to correct on screen yet not delivered. If I pay for it I should get it or be told they are out of the ingredients.

I bought the bacon,egg and cheese biscuit with Hashbrowns but they had no Hashbrowns so I settled for something else. So when I ordered i mentioned that I didn't want cheese on my biscuit and there was cheese but what is worse is that they charge all this money and the biscuit is very hard so the quality is not good. They did forget to put eggs on my biscuit lol so I had to go back but I can say that they did give me 2 more eggs

Waited forever to get waited on!! No one acknowledged us till thwy were ready to wait on us. Then looking for a table that was clean to sit at was impossible there was no table at all clean. I think a kid walked through but didn't touch one table. There was a couple managers working. One was getting ready to leave and they all stood around chatting for a good 10 minutes. One employee I heard went on break. As the one manager was leaving she asked how everything was we told her the lobby is filthy and the bathrooms were also. She did go tell them. But I dont know if anyone came out. Thwy didn't when we were there

This place is a joke, especially if you go beginning of the evening hours. It’s super petty to solve an issue with a food item by giving the missing ingredient that was charged for. Legit ordered a whopper jr, came back through maybe 5 minutes later (drive thru since inside was closed) and was handed a slice of cheese in a fry container. Never mind the fact that the sandwich was a mess to begin with and the frozen coke machine was down…. Shocker..

Food was good but what really upsets me is when I ask for ranch I never receive it. Below is a picture of Hidden Valley Ranch that I had to bum off of a co-worker. Even when they charge me $0.25 per ranch I still never get it. So disappointed, this is not their slogan how can it be my way when you never give me what I ordered.
