I recently visited this IHOP after about two years, and the change in management is night and day it is clearly heading in a great direction. I was served by Bailey, and she was absolutely phenomenal. She is incredibly customer-centric and made sure I was well taken care of the entire time; I never had to ask for a refill as she kept my drink topped off and fresh throughout the meal. I ordered the Classic Burger, and it was excellent. You could tell all the ingredients were fresh and delectable easily one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. Between the improved atmosphere and Bailey’s top-tier service, this location has definitely earned a spot back on my list. If you go, ask for Bailey!

Since the "free breakfast" at the nearby LaQuinta was so minimal we opted for IHOP for both Sunday & Monday mornings. Both times everything was great. On Monday morning we were there at 7:45am. The $6 menu is not available until 8am. The waitress gave us the special anyway, and the cook did an excellent job preparing it.

It has been a while since my husband & I have eaten at the I-Hop in Cleburne. But, when we were there yesterday (10/31/2025) around 4:45 or 5:00 PM, it was MUCH BETTER than what we remembered from about 2 years ago. Our server, Aubrey H, was cheerful, attentive, and friendly. Her service was very good, and it was nice to chat with her. She made sure our tea glasses stay full (a very important thing in Texas in any resteraunt) and remembered to bring my husband the mustard for his cheesburger. We will remember that under the relatively new management, that I-Hop Cleburne is a good place to stop for a bite anytime of the day.

While everything was delicious their choice of coffee creamers has room for improvement and their prices were a little high. They only had 2 choices of creamer, one of which I personally didn't like. So my recommendation would be to expand the variety of coffee creamers and slightly lower your prices. Heather was our waitress, she was an absolute delight!🫶

We left the Cracker Barrel in Burleson after sitting for 10 plus minutes with not so much as an acknowledgement of our presence. We were driving home and decided to try the IHOP in Cleburne. I’m glad we did. We had excellent, prompt service. The food came out fresh and in short amount of time.

The wait here is most of the time very long. The kids were very hungry and cranckie. They did not even got us our drinks for over 40 minutes. I had to order to go panchages on the phone to get some food faster. Some of the orders were wrong and some did not come until we were already done. The waitress said he was new. The cook came out to inquired but they only apologies because they were short of staff. We saw 3 staff members folding silverware while we waited to be serve our drings. The chocolate and coffee were cold. The waitresss was nice about the whole mess and the food was tasteful so i give them the 3 stars. If you have a big group and are hungry go to Burleson I Hop not here. But if you encounter a bad experience "turn it around and make something good" of it. He had pens of many colors for us to sign our checks and was very cool about the need for the pens to Not disapear. We were a big group and so we enjoy the iver 2 hours we were there. We left a lot of tip and even got the humble waitress to take us a pic to remind us of this midnight dinner.

Wow, it took an hour to get our food. Then when we got it, it was cold. There were only 2 people working,one waitress and one manager. They had 4 tables, and everyone was complaining on the long wait for the food. Waiting that long is ridiculous. We won't be back. I'm sure the others won't be back either. When you spend a good amount of money and have bad service that's not good for business. The young waitress was really trying, but hey, it is what it is.

For the most part we had a good experience, the ONLY issue was that they do not honor "Kids eat free" at this IHOP. We didn't know that until we got the bill. I asked the waitress and she was kind, but she said they don't honor it and they get people asking all the time. Why not have a big sign on the front door saying so if people are expecting it. That was a pretty big disappointment and inconvenience. And we spent more than we expected which defeated the purpose of coming to IHOP.

Every time I go there is NEVER anyone at the front desk and most everyone is in the kitchen at all times so I have to stand around for a long time to be seated even if I'm the only one here like right now. I'm actually sitting on the front desk waiting for service.

Food has gone downhill. It's been about 5 years since I've been to an IHop and I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. The bacon was not edible, my pablano omelet was tasteless apart from it just being spicy. Even the tap water tasted weird. Not the waitresses fault, still tipped 20%. IHop should stick to pancakes and clean the bottom of their dishes better.

As soon as I walked in, the place didn't appear to be maintained well. It was also slow so there was no reason there should've been smears, prints and food all over the floors and windows. They seemed to have plenty of downtime to clean up especially with it being a weekday. The restaurant also smelled a bit like sewage so I'd hate to imagine the state of the bathrooms... As I was walking to be seated, I was a bit confused as to why they took my drink order before I even sat down or had time to view the menu. It made sense once the server later came out after I had already been served my drink and advised the waffle maker is out of order and that it happens often... that would have been common courtesy for the hostess to advise upon arrival not after drinks are served and then bill for it.. I leads me to assume that they just hope since you’ve already ordered drinks you'll just brush it off and stay. Looks like I'll just continue going to the Burleson location instead. This is the third time I've given this location a chance and they continue to remain unprofessional and careless.

The ONLY reason this is getting 2 stars is because our server was really sweet & apologetic. We were 1 of 4 tables on a Saturday morning. We were sat in a booth next to a group of 3 employees cutting up, vaping & complaining about other customers or coworkers. Our table & booth were sticky. Despite this we decided to give it a shot. Every cup had some kind of grease on it, mine had food on it. The server apologized & brought another one which had food floating IN the coffee. After a quick visit to the bathroom, which was filthy as well. We immediately left after a brief apology from the manager on duty (who happened to be one of the people complaining about their customers right next to us) Not recommended at all! Definitely not worth whatever food poisoning you may get.

I've been going here about twice a month for the last year. I normally have great time with my kids with good food and service. Last night went there with just me and my kids they were quite busy but the food and our service were great even though there was a long wait. Tonight me, my fiance, and my kids went again and we had a problem we have never had to deal with prior. Even though all advertisements on TV, internet and even a giant poster in the front entrance of their store says kids eat free 4-10pm everyday. They were unwilling to give me the discount this time. I asked the waitress she attempted to but considering I was seated near the back I could overhear the manager telling her they don't adhere to that on the weekends. And tried to tell me I was wrong so I showed them on my phone the advertisement. So I could hear the annoyed manager yelling at my waitress to tell me that only the computer can give discounts so there was nothing they could do about it. The waitress apologized but told me she couldn't discount it without the manager approval. They need to take this poster down and post an apology in its place. I won't be returning.

Never in my life would I have expected to pay $3 PER REFILL for a fountain drink. I understand a specialty drink, but charging per refill of Diet Pepsi is insane. The server clarified that it was not a mistake on the check, but something the new management feels is necessary. Steak on the omelette was terrible but I should’ve expected that.

Quiet as you're likely to be alone or one of just a few. I never see this place busy. The server/ waitress was exceptional with a friendly, professional and conscientious personality. She was patient and offered a few suggestions while I questioned items on the menu. The biggest drawback was the quality, quanity, and tastes of the meal all fell short and below expectations. I guess anymore, one wouldn't be concerned with $4 coffee, and a $20 breakfast price even though that was just my Senior meal price as long as you were satisfied with the taste and amount you ate. The optional 4 syrup flavors were unique and coffee was good, but I won't be having breakfast there for another year or two. They offer a decent variety of food selections but I've always thought of them on the breakfast side. Their outside sign is misleading stating open 24 hours which is true for Friday & Saturday but the other 5 days they close at 10 PM. The food was just ok, nothing spectacular and probably my servings may have been $2 to $3 actual costs to them at most yet again I spent $19.00. I had 1 "Small" egg, 1 Small strip of bacon, 1 tough sausage link, 1 "Bite" of ham, seriously a bite and a few undercooked hashbrowns, & more like 1 thin SilverDollar pancake. AVOID AT ALL COST. The worst cooking I've ever experienced. I'm pissed i had to pay for such garbage cooking. 3 of the 4 of us had horrible food. Everything was overcooked, undercooked or cold. I was served uncooked mushrooms, uncooked onions, undercooked beef, overcooked eggs, and stale chewy hash browns. My meal was a waste of money and so was my 2 other guest. I actually paid $80 for inedible food and they didnt comp a single item. They don't deserve to Rep the IHOP name. I passed by this ihop almost every morning and I've tried several times to come by this location and have breakfast before going to work. But every single time i've came shortly after 6, they've stated that they were not ready and would not be able to serve me closer till 7. Just curious on what's the point of opening up at 6, If you're not able to serve food? and what's the point of having a 24 hour sign outside your building, If you're not open 24 hours?

Trust the one star reviews. Stood there waiting minutes to be seated while 3 young servers just stared at us. Food never came out after 45 minutes of waiting even though people got their food who had arrived after us. Waiter never came back during that time to check on us or even offer refresh on coffee. We will never return.

Table was dirty. Service was slow. Went to see what was taking so long, and saw a bunch of food up to be served but no one around to serve it. I could hear some people talking & arguing in the back instead of working. Burgers served wrong with cold cheese. 10 out of 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Our server was good, however the cook/food was horrible. I had an English muffin with my meal. It wasn't even toasted. It came out upside down with hash browns all over the plate and stuck on the muffin. Not even buttered. My husband had eggs Benedict. The eggs were hard cooked, supposed to be poached. His English muffin wasn't toasted either. It was cold. The cheese wasn't even melted. We both requested crispy bacon and hash browns. The bacon was good but the hash browns were barely browned. We went in and nobody was there, so they can't say the cook was busy/slammed. People started to come in and I just wanted to warn them about the cook! Don't think we will go back. I have been to this restaurant a couple other times and the food was fine.

First off if like to say hour much my family appreciated your location being open on Christmas. Unfortunately our visit was absolutely miserable. We were seated promptly, which was great. We had a group of 8, including 2 children under 2 and a4 year old. Or wait person was also fine. However, after l seating is in the back room some of the other employees took their break. This is where things went bad. They were incredibly loud, yelling, clapping, laughing outrageously. I couldn't hear someone 2 seats away because of employees 2 tables away. We waited 20 minutes before asking if we could simply be moved. They said we could not, but they would remove the employees. After talking to the over the top employees, they took about 10 minutes to leave, making comments in our direction the whole time. After they left, the 3 loudest came back after 10 minutes. And stayed there the whole time. They were somewhat quieter, but not much. After the food arrived, an hour after we got there, everything on my plate was cold. The steak, the eggs, the pancakes. All in all I spent $110 for dinner and came home to cook myself something. This was a miserable experience.

Our server was great, however the food was not. My husband and I came in for breakfast and a family came in five minutes after. They received their food 10 minutes before us. We were told we were waiting for scrambled eggs. 10 minutes later we get our food and it was cold, not cooked all the way, nor cooked the requested way. I didn’t even touch our food. When requested to speak with the manager they never came because they were too busy.

We were waiting over and hour for our food the kitchen was so backed up and not that busy. The customers around us had to wait an hour for their food and came out wrong. After an hour they brought my husband his food cold and the waiter told us my omelet got over looked and just making it. The waiter was very nice and did what he could. My husband got up and hit that kitchen and ask who's in charge asking what the deal was. Worse experience we have ever had. The waiter did comp our meal. But we won't be back. We did tip our waiter very nice tip

Have gone to this particular ihop four times, as it is the closest breakfast place to me. First on Christmas, and after an hour and a half wait, we finally just left. Have returned three times since and the food has been consistently terrible. After today's fiasco, the waitress said it wasn't her problem, and the manager said to give them a month and it will be better. Will never return here. Place is empty every day so I know it's not just me. The place is a disgrace. Management has done nothing to better the place. Part of our reasoning for going back was because we didn't want to see it close, but no longer care. Bye Felicia.

The food was subpar and I didn't receive any cutlery, napkins, or syrup for my pancakes, on my to go order. They did write "have a beautiful night" on the receipt so I thought that was very sweet. Sadly, I don't think I will order food from here anytime soon.

Firstly, the hostess was not even paying attention when she sat people. People who had been sitting patiently had to get her attention to seat them when a big group just walked into the restaurant. Our waiter brought our coffee but not our water and orange juice (that we ordered at the same time) OR creamer. I had to ask another waitress to bring us some creamer. Finally, we get our other drinks. We waited over 30 minutes for our food. Roughly, it was long enough for my husband, who is the calm patient one between us, to ask how long till our food comes. We were told our food was 3rd in line. So, with that we figured our food will be hot. No. The shredded cheese on my omelet would not melt, nor would the butter on my pancakes. My husband ordered a side of hash browns, but they never came. The waitress we had to ask to get us creamer had to come and check on us. My parents already quit going here. Looks like we will too.

We went at dinner time and there were not a lot of people there. There was only 1 waitress and the food took over an hour to come out. We got our food after a larger group who came in after us. I ordered the cinnastack pancakes and they looked nothing like the picture on the menu. I showed the waitress my pancakes vs the picture on the menu and she just shrugged it off. Didn't fix the order or reduce the price. Horrible and slow service.

This place just needs to be sold off or shut down, absolutely pathetic. **Update 11/23/24** Haven't ordered from here in over a year given that almost every single order we've had here was messed up and/or not up to par in regards to food quality. Unfortunately it seems this place is still just as poorly operated as its always been, our doordasher waited well over 20 minutes for our order, they had to ask 4 seperate people why this order was taking so long as it wasn't busy enough to justify the delay, finally the doordasher received our order they were told "a manager and another employee confirmed all items are correct and in the bag" (I heard this myself as the dasher was on the phone with me). After finally receiving our order we found out that we were missing an order of pancakes, the toast wasn't correct, and some of the portions weren't correct. Over.a.YEAR later and these people still can't get their stuff together, this location just needs to shut down and I don't say that lightly.

This has to be the worst place to eat breakfast at. The service wasn't too bad. The young lady serving us did her best. The kitchen staff is borderline atrocious. The entire time we were there they were bad mouthing other employee that weren't there at the time or talking about the 5 customers they had. The wait time for food to come out of the kitchen was incredibly slow. One of the "cooks" even came out and told a customer "if you order an omelet I will take a while longer". When we mentioned that we will need to be leaving soon one of the other servers laughed. The bad part is, we knew it was a horrible place and still went. Unless you have 2 hours I wouldn't give this place a chance. Extremely slow and nobody there acts like they care.

It all started with the phone call. The waitress (Josie) was rude and failed to pay attention to my order. I requested 4 eggs cooked well. Review the picture. I do not believe I received 4 eggs, and they were differently not cooked correctly. I also requested crispy hash browns. These are not crispy. The pancakes are flat, and the portion size of the meal is completely different from the normal IHop I go to in Weatherford. I will NOT be returning, which is sad because I work in Cleburne. The staff complained about being over busy with a half filled restaurant.

Tragic :( believe the 1 star reviews. Whoever is working in the kitchen literally hates their job and hates people. Period. We went there because today is my son's 4th birthday and he REALLY wanted IHOP (we are traveling from Virginia and in the area for the Dino state park) We ordered 1 meal with specialty pancakes. We chose chocolate chocolate-chip and eggs, hashbrowns, and an UPGRADE to Impossible Sausage. When the food came out the pancakes were NOT chocolate, the server we had was nice and she said we were right that they did NOT put enough chocolate in the batter.....the sausage was GRAY and TOUGH and SPICY and was only 1 piece! She said that was NORMAL and that the "upgrade" is a "downgrade" in sausage from 1 to 2 even though there is a price increase for it. When I tell you we have been to IHOPS all over the country while travelingthe last 5 months......every single one of them gives CHOCOLATELY chocolate-chip pancakes and 2 impossible sausage patties.....when we asked specifically what the sausage was and why it was so tough and tasted like spicy real meat, whoever the jerk was in the kitchen that cooked it sent her back to only say, "We just opened the bag" as if that means ANYTHING to us!? So then we ordered ANOTHER patty because we were splitting the meal between 2 kids so they brought back another spicy tough nasty looking piece of meat. My 4 year old HATES spicy and couldn't eat it......sausage is his favorite part of IHOP :( I was so sad as a mom to see him sad on his birthday. The only thing that cheered him up was the nice waitress brought him a bowl of icecream and had a few people sing to him. The waitress with brown hair with a blonde streak is nice and young and did her best, whoever the owner has in the kitchen NEEDS to be fired! Not giving us the info on whatever brand sausage he gave us is UNACCEPTABLE! Whoever owns this IHOP, please fire them. I was a Director who ran a restaurant in Northern VA for 7 years. How this was handled was unacceptable........The kitchen is the backbone of a restaurant......you HAVE to fix it.

The most disturbing experience I just had here at this restaurant that pissed me off so bad my hands are shaking, when did restaurant customer service get so bad? When did we stop caring about the quality of food that’s being served to customers? It’s sad and disgusting i ordered veggie egg white and they brought an item on plate which to start of looked awful and nothing like what i requested and the excuse that i got was they didn’t have all of the ingredients for the item i requested but i was not notified before hand fyi! I waited for my meal about 40 minutes the food was cold when it came to me i returned it and requested they make it properly she brought it back still two of the items missing from it saying they don’t have the ingredients , i was furious but tried to eat it only to get more upset because the tomato tastes like it’s rotten, spinach is not cooked properly im at a loss of words right now :( my server told me she will take it off my ticket and i appreciate it very much her trying to work in my favor i just feel it’s terrible that the food quality is not good anymore i wasted my time coming here . I see a lot of negative reviews and I hate to beat a place up, but unfortunately, I am going to have to join the bad review bandwagon because this was the absolute worst experience that I have had at any restaurant in a long time. We were one of three tables, and the service was painfully slow. We waited to be sat. A spoon falls out of the rolled up napkin and onto the floor. The waiter picks it up and puts it back into the napkin! Doesn't bother to get a new one! Then we wait over 20 minutes for simple meals and the worst part is, the food is coming out piece meal. The manager doesn't come out to check on anyone. We ask for condiments. Fifteen minutes later, I get up and go into the kitchen to get condiments. Food is now cold, and one person at the table doesn't have food yet, which is chocolate pancakes. Had to wait long periods for everything. Had to wait for refills. Apparently, checking in on your customers when only 3 tables were full is difficult. Then we ask for our ticket....get this...they don't have cash!!! This is a poorly ran business. No sense of urgency. Failed on customer satisfaction and experience. With an experience like this, it doesn't appear that this particular location has any leadership. The only positive was that this place was clean.
