They're pretty fast and friendly. I almost never go to McDonald's anymore because all the locations in Visalia are pretty bad, but if I'm close to Farmersville, I'll stop here. They're usually never super busy, and if they are, I don't have to wait very long for my food.

Very nice, bright, clean, delicious breakfast this morning! The McGriddle Sausage Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich is ONLY $3 right now in the App in the "Deals" section for breakfast. You can pick any breakfast sandwich you prefer for that deal. It expires in a couple days but new deals go out usually before those end or just after they do expire. Yummy!

Wasnt very busy and the drive thru was slow. Food was already cooked, chicken nuggets, (under the lamp), 2 cars ahead of us....guess I was in a hurry but 20 minutes for fast food is long for me. Good food though.

It was slow in the drivthru. Ps. Do not go thru the drive thru 10 minutes before midnight. They was only two people there... The manager and one worker washing the dishes. It took 19 minutes from order to food at window

It is so good, yes it might be unhealthy but it is such a good treat for a cheat day

Nuggets nice and hot including fries. Thanks for the fresh made frozen food it was good. I dont recommend eating inside around October and may. Flies are invading everything. But if you sont want to wait in long.drive through just go in and order. Its much faster.

It's ok. It's clean and all and there's good music, usually. Drive through is about what you would expect, kind of slow if I'm being honest. I like the fact that's its a joint shop type of deal with the store next to it so it's great to fill up on gas. I once bought some orange juice from the store next door and brought it tot he McDonald's and they didn't say anything which is nice.

Same old food, same old service, same old atmosphere. Nothing special, have had better burgers at other fast food restaurants. Over the years the portions shrink, the price goes up, and the food tastes the same.

Drive thru timing was much better today. Cashier taking money said, "Have a good day", but did'nt seem sincere. Large fries were half way filled and were not fresh, limp and soft.

Big place with playground for kids but drive thru takes way to long. The curbside delivery is really great. Newest version of the app is running now. although it is not as good as before still many great deals. Homeless in area are very prevalent and need to lock your is real. Bathrooms are usually very clean here.

Well they are better than some locations I've been at before.. Although they made my crispy chicken sanwitch plain.. Idk why they did that.. I said no pickles they made it plain.. But still better than gillroys mcdonalds. I ordered sauce out there specifically on the kiosk and they messed up so.. As for this location good job guys!! My sandivitch was good anyway cus they made sure to give me sauce so i just used that lol

This McDonalds is very slow. It IS in a great location. My daughter makes me stop here on the way home, for happy meals. These other businesses are also in the same parking lot: A gas station, carwash, Subway, and Taco Bell. The other two foods places are NOT any good.

I ate at a dirty table, not very busy, lots of people in the back, not sure why the dining area was filthy. The front counter employee was far from professional. As I ate, I saw 3 other people come in from the drive through with wrong orders, all while the gentleman up front was laughing. Good times.

This is my go to location but the service from some girl name Esmeralda was terrible!! She was rude & terrible to her coworker saying "the job doesn't fit her & that she should quit", right before the window closed. Honest truth she's lucky I don't work there otherwise she would have a piece of my mind. She should be working as a team not as a bully.

Forgot part of our. Order and we don't have one in Woodlake so it would have been quite a trip to pick it up Then the other day we asked for. fresh hot fries and they were very cold and top salty to eat.

Nice staff. Very poor service. The slowest fast food place I’ve ever went too. 30 minutes wait for my order. Took me 15 minutes to be help than additional 30 for my order. Which i had call ahead of time for it. And it was not made until I’ve got help at the register. So if you are in a rush. This is not the place for you.

It's a McDonald's. The service is fairly quick if you mobile order and go through the drive through. They service is slow if you mobile order and park.

Man I understand that Technology is taking Jobs but dang at least pay the customers that order there own food or a Discount. Owners make more money by us Doing the Order ourselves and only benefit is getting our order.it ain't about being faster if you order it's about saving money for them instead of us. My opinion k I'm not a big fan I like real customer service with real employees earning there Keep for themselves or there families. One more thing make it easier for People that are Disabled on ordering with human interactions. Not the Order your self I don't get paid for it I'm not a MC employee. Just my Heart sharing .

I was in line on Saturday ,cause couldn't work the machine to order cause it was saying for lunch when I wanted breakfast. But the lady that was busing tables came by she ask if she could help me n I ask for breakfast then she say it's 5 min after 10a so lunch started so me n a couple of other customers said we were there before 10. She as the cooks if the could make some orders of breakfast they agreed n I was so happy wit my Mcgriddle wit egg cheese & sausage. Thank you ladies who were cooking !!

It's what u expect from a nc Donald's. Im disappointed since when I ordered, I asked for no veggies with pickles. I got my food and there was nothing. Only bun, meat, and some pickles. No sauce, cheese, or anything else.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and small fries. Waited 15 minutes for my meal. Floor had food thrown on it,lids and straws for your drink where dirty or only had 1 or 2 left.

As being a ex-employee of this exact location we HAD to have the food out with in 2 minutes max. If it was not ready we asked them to go park and wait, even being so close to lobby closing time. We been waiting for almost 39 minutes to come and get got food dinner as a matter of fact for our family...

Used the drive thru and oderd a simple breakfast sandwich meal. After waiting 10 minutes to get to the pick-up window I was told that the hash browns were not ready and to pull forward and wait. I waited another 10 minutes. When it was finally brought out the server mumbled "Have a nice day ". Drive thru not recommended here!

Service is good. Their hot Mc Café drink machine needs to be maintenance more often. Most of the time it’s not working. Just some constructive feedback :)

Took 20 minutes for me to get my food when I went through the drive through and then they made me wait for 4 Mc doubles out in the front parking for 22 min . I seen people pulling up and walking out with big orders. So I got off my car and went in and there was a long line with about 7 people waiting. I went up to counter and said excuse me but I just seen like 5 people come in and walked out with big orders and I been waiting 22 minutes outside for my food what's going on ?? And the manager said oh we are getting your order ready we don't have enough workers. Well I just seen people come and go I only got 4 Mc doubles I don't understand and another lady walked in behind me upset also she was waiting after going through the drive through. Farmersville McDonald's is always very very slow and by the time you get your food it's just slipped together very messy !!!! I don't recommend going there I live in Farmersville and I drive to Exeter now to get my McDonald's they are another faster and more professional as a drive through and I have never had to wait for my food there .

Stood there for several minutes before waited on. They acted like you were bothering them when asked for condiments did not feel welcomed. Ordered McMuffin was cold and hard.

Slowest McDonald's I have ever been to in 40 yrs. Consistently slow all the time too. NEVER has apple pies even around dinnertime! Really!? Don't people want desert after dinner sometimes? How hard is it to have 5 or 6 pies on hand just in case!?, they fit in that stupid pie holder and they're always out!!!No ice cream 70% of the time either. if I order a mcflurry and the person responds "ok" or "will that be all?" and I'm surprised? That's a problem. Decent food as expected. Manager seems nice though.

I am so disgusted with all of them they serve food that has been sitting under the light for way too long. The fries are not fresh. They’re like cardboard. Chicken nuggets are nasty and I think I’d rather stay hungry.

This McDonald’s is like gambling. You could win it all and get a good experience with short waiting times, or you can get a cashier who looks like they don’t even want to be there, and the food looks so burnt even a dog wouldn’t eat it. This McDonald fascinates me with just how lackluster it could be at times I’ve had multiple times where they got more orders so wrong they didn’t even put the hamburger patties in, and got the price so wrong you end up paying twenty dollars for two hash browns.

We received wrong food, told them it was wrong, waited for them to correct, and then they still forgot happy meal. Every time we tried to talk she slammed the window so we couldn't tell her what was incorrect. Fries were barely 1/2 full. Asked for a drink carrier, because only 2 of us in car, but had 3 drinks. Only received one straw. She moaned as she handed the carrier to us. We didn't get catsup so I went in, no catsup, and manager said the drive through person was supposed to have told us. When I told the mgr all this, she said what do I want her to do about it !

Worst costumer service that I’ve ever dealt with going to a McDonald’s…. They forgot our food after having to wait 20 minutes in the drivethru which we didn’t mind but when we tried to go in to ask for the food we didn’t receive ,there doors were locked when we called she was rude and told us “I’ll bring you your food when I can” then stated that there’s only 3 people working… it was a small thing but really upsetting on how we got treated. There needs to be more employees in order to avoid these types of problems especially because there was another car beside us with the same problem.

There frappe machine has been broken for a month. And the workers are huge and lazy. Also if I may add the last 7 times I’ve been there they got the order wrong. But they sure didn’t get the payment wrong. Never will I go to this mcdonalds again. but Take this review down like lil frappe and I’ma go to stage 2.🤡

When you spend 25 minutes in the drive through line with only about 5 cars ahead, there is something completely wrong with the service or management. Food was also just warm, rather than fresh and hot.

Very slow placed work. Average wait time in drive thru is 15 minutes. Its the kitchen crew as the counter and drive thru employees work hard and get the backlash of customers while they wait for their orders to sort for the customers . hope management figures out a solution soon

The hashbrowns weren't drained long enough, and the oil soaked through the packaging, through all the napkins in the bag,through the bag, and onto the floor of my car. I was delivering a meal to a friend who's wife was in labor at KDH, so I didn't have time to ask them to be replaced or remade. Pretty disappointing 😕

All I ordered was French fries, the place was completely empty and they still made me park in the front to wait for the fries. When they finally came out 10 minutes later, the very rude heavier set teenage girl with glasses practically shoved the bag inside of my window. The fries were only filled half way, and I will never be back to this location.

Whoever was working the headset at 7:30 pm on may 17th was immature and rude they got mad that I wanted pies they said they didn't have any and said if I wanted it it was going to be a 12 minute wait so you actually do have pies you're just too lazy to drop them? Anyways when I said I needed a moment she took at least one minute to get back to me after I said I'm ready and then said can you give me a second and then proceeded to help another car that pulled up after I was already there why are you trying to teach me a lesson or something because I irritated you? Every single time I come here they are rude including management. I'm currently driving to the McDonald's in the Mary's Vineyard wasting gas to avoid being treated like trash

Very poor service at the Farmersville McDonald's you ask for a fresh hash brown and they give you a soggy cold hash brown And when you tell them about it they get very upset and rude the way I look at it if you're paying for food You should have your food The Way You want it hot and fresh not food that's been sitting there for 20 minutes

Most times has a smell of old dry food, from not a through enough cleaning. Takes at least 10min most times even when inside. Went to get a lid, didn’t even want to touch it, station need cleaning.

Waiting over 30 mins in line followed by waiting about as long as a sit-down restaurant to get our food. While waiting we have a choice to sit down at any of the dirty tables in the store. Not one in the restaurant has been wiped down. So maybe with your meal you could get some COVID as well.

I would give 0 stars if I could. this place was disgusting. They lacked all the ingredients necessary for their menu. The chicken tasted horrible and had a chewy texture. The drink station is covered with sticky stuff including the floor around it. The staff does not care at all about customers and treat you terribly if heaven forbid you have an issue with your food.

Went through the drive thru and had to park in the front. Waited 25 mins because a girl deleted our order. I ordered 2 cheeseburger, 20 piece nuggets and 2 fries. All that wait and we still were missing our fries and got the wrong sauce.

I had to wait about 10 minutes in the drive thru saying hello and nobody was talking then i didnt get a receipt they also asked if i had any drinks i mean i had ordered happy meals so of course i had drinks then they proceeded to give me the wrong drinks they had no hair nets and as expected i got a hair in my hamburger!!

Came here some time this month, gave them my card & overheard the cashier saying “it’s doing it again” so I’m thinking their card readers were down so no biggie was just gonna leave since I didn’t have cash on me and was running late for work. The girl had given me half of my order before she swiped my card so they let me take it for free but the fact that the manager was so rude about me not having any alternative methods to pay maybe some people don’t carry cash & y’all should make sure your system works! Your redesign won’t make up for your internal mess!

The one who gave us our food had a bad attitude. I understand that they may be busy but to say "see I told you they were gonna ask for ketchup" to the coworkers is rude. She didn't speak to us the entire exchange and this was the result of asking for something

Took them 4 different times to make a plain mcdouble with just cheese. I dont even understand how that happens, 1st time had everything on it. Knocked on window to return, 2nd time had pickles and onions STILL. 3rd time had pickles and no cheese and 4th time FINALLY got it right.

Placed a mobile order for the drive thru. I get there I say I'm here on the app and it charges my card. I get up to the window gave them my order number and name on the order and they proceed to tell me that it wasn't paid for. I show them on my bank statement where they charge how much and when. They still refused to give me my food and made me pay again! AGAIN!!! When I talked to the manager she was more than rude, all around a shady business! Definitely take your money elsewhere! The food was garbage.

Service sucked. I was there 10 minutes before I ever saw an employee. The two people ahead of me had been waiting 29 minutes. There are other McDonalds within a few miles, I will drive to them in the future.

Idek where to start here and not even close to in a good way , to start off when we ordered I was ordering the same thing I always do from any McDonald’s and the lady didn’t even know what a simple chicken sandwich was ! This McDonald's is the worst place I have ever been to! I had specifically ordered a large sweet tea and when I got to the window the manager gave me a medium and I told him I asked for a large and he said "I can't change your order there is too many cars in line behind you now go!" Mind you there is only three cars behind me and the manager was waving his arms directing me to leave. I even told him I'd pay for the large and he told me "No". He did not give me what I wanted and I was a unsatisfied customer.

Terrible service ran by children. My family visited here and the place was the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Only teenagers were working and they made our order completely wrong. Left us waiting in the mobile pick up for 20 min and when I finally went inside I found our order sitting on the counter. Cold, been there so long the ice was melted in the drinks and the kids working were playing around with each other. I will never visit here again. McDonald's has fallen.

Went through the drive thru and was told to wait in the front for my fries and have been waiting for over 10 mins and no one had came out before I went in to ask while the drive thru kept sending people out thru with out waiting.

I went through the drive-thru ordered two McDoubles without ketchup and onions. The order was taken correctly however when I checked it out there was no condiments on it at all. I took them inside and waited and waited for someone to come to the counter there were other people waiting also so I started yelling for someone to come up to the counter. Finally she did come to the counter and I explained the problem and showed her my receipt and showed her the tag that was on the hamburgers everything was correct except for the hamburgers or not she took them and I waited a couple minutes and she brought me to new ones however this time there were pickles but no mustard again I waited and waited and again had to start yelling for somebody to come to the counter. This time somebody else came up and said she will get me some mustard they took my hamburgers and again a few minutes later they were returned to me this time correctly done so I left. When I started eating them I could tell the all they did was give me the same old hamburgers that we're now very cold and put mustard on them I was already late for an appointment so I could not go back and complain some more. The reason for the one star is they at least got my Coca-Cola order correct.

Today is May 17 this happened around 9 am Update: we gave this place yet another try (our mistake) & yes they completely ruined our order! & unfortunately this time it was on my husbands way to work & when he seen that the order was messed up he tossed it. So I called McDonald’s I spoke to a kind young lady & she told us to just come back in & they would fix the Oder but he wasn’t able to go back i called back to see what else we can do & very rudely the manager told me without the receipt there was nothing at all that can be done. They need better management there & some class. Every time we've came here they make a mistake or make something incorrect. This time they made us wait for over 30 minutes for some chicken nuggets that were complete trash. I noticed more people were outside with issues that had been made by McDonald's. I dont know what it is about Farmersville or this McDonald's but they can't seem to get their stuff together. Wish I could post a picture.

Slow service, was only handed 1/2 my order, had to ask for the rest of it. Watched one fella in the back breaking his back to get the food out while 2 managers or shift leaders stood around watching the guys at the counter play on snap chat with people waiting. One of the leaders working the drive thru kept touching her face, wiping whatever on her pants and putting food and napkins in the bags. Did not wash or sanitize. I wish I could have stopped them folks in the drive thru, but I made sure this lady didn't touch our stuff. Disgusting. The tea containers had use by times several hours passed its limit. Recommended one person not use it and pointed it out. No lids for the small cups and dude handed me the wrong one. This place used to be so good, but with multiple employees standing around and people waiting, it isnt being ran very well. One employee told a waiting customer that asked a question he was off the clock. Well young man get your butt from behind the counter, otherwise answer the mans question and get off your phone. Very disappointed in what I seen. Filthy, disgusting acts by leaders, and no sense of urgency to their customers. I will be getting in contact with whoever is responsible for this facility.

Terrible service. Cold food. The manager, Heather, was rude and very unprofessional. Waited 5 minutes to be greeted at register, and finally was that's acknowledged after I started to leave. Waited a good 20 minutes for four cheeseburgers and a small milkshake. The manager for the food down on the counter and mumbled something. The food was called and the milkshake was unblended with strawberry you in the bottom of vanilla watery ice cream. Shame on McDonald's for hiring such an unfriendly staff

Service here is a joke. The restaurant doesn't update its menu, advertises seasonal items in large print on menus but has employees, claiming to be managers, responding indignantly when asked for that item, as though the customer is causing the issue. "We only serve such and such" fine then dont advertise what you don't have. They seem to try to be fast at the sacrifice of any quality. I ordered a mcrib sandwhich, luckily the one seasonal item being advertised that they actually had. It was the sole item that I ordered nothing more. What I received was nothing short of an absolute mess in a box. Admittedly the mcrib is supposed to be saucy, but the sauce should typically go on the sandwich not on the underside in the box. Felt like because of my expressed frustration with the lack of advertised items, my order was treated as non important. Or maybe they treat all orders in this fashion. I called and asked to speak with a manager, and the person who took my order while I was there acknowledged that they had taken the order, and when I asked to speak with a manager the employee said "I am the manager" if that is the truth then you sir are just as disappointingly unprofessional as whoever made that sandwich. I mean this thing looked crazy sloppy enough that I felt the time was worth wasting to write this review to just put it out there somewhere. Your on a highway, figure something else out other than asking people to come back to fix the many other mistakes I imagine get made there.

Two separate time frames I’ve been asked to pull to the drive thru pending parking, no one was in line behind me and they took forever to bring out the food. Pretty annoying when your food is getting cold and you waiting for the hash-brown to put it all together.

Online says open 24 hours they are never open before 5:30 am. Last week no one answered the intercom and I had to call 911 because there was a fire happening at the window and two employees came running from the back oblivious trying to put it out… they still never opened the window.

McDonalds should be drive through only soon. Because nobody wants to take 10 min to punch in their order for them inside. The employees all dress like street crew workers and bring you your food. I can do without McDonald's.

The absolute worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to. Management is terrible and the owner SUCKS! I hope corporate sees this. I truly believe this Mcdonalds needs to be shut down before someone gets hurt from eating their food. You have lost me and all the people I know as customers because your quality control is non-existent. I have received a raw hamburger, egg shells in egg mcmuffins. I've always had to check my kids' chocolate milks because they are either expired, about to be expired, or rotten. Changes need to be made!

This mcdonalds by far has the worst employees in the visalia area. Stephanie decided I already got my order and instead of communicating with me she decided to tell the manager she already gave me my order and so the employees ignored me for 10 minutes. Not to mention my first order was missing a burger. So many bad experiences here and so many bad reviews it makes me wonder if this store even has corporate because the employees really don't get better despite the many bad experiences from 80% of customers that go here.

This has got to be the worst mcdonalds in the history of mcdonald's. Have been going on and off for the last 5 years every single time I go the order is wrong. And on top of that the wait time is ridiculous. Ordered 4 sandwiches today and 2 hashbrowns. I drove home to find 0 mcgriddles out of the 3 that I ordered, they gave me all mcmuffins, only 1 steak sandwich when 2 where supposed to be steak. And no has browns. I could overlook it if this was the only time, but damn people get it together. Like I said last 5 years, Either the staff doesn't care or they really need training.

Went there this morning at 6 AM. Not shortly after they opened to get something for breakfast. I was hungry the food was nasty hash brown taste like it was cooked a week ago I had a bagel. The bagel was stale. It was supposed to have bacon no bacon and the girl at the drive-through was rude as hell don’t waste your time don’t even stop there. I was in drive through for almost 20 mins. No movement. Not one of them said a word except "$11.62". Almost all the McDonald's around here are slow an disrespectful. Use to be in an out no matter the time of day.

The ice cones are always so small in other McDonald's they make them bigger. Also, you could pay extra for a "large cone" and yet still make them so small. Do better with your cones

We just got back from here and we waited in line for 25 min. in the drive thru. When we got up to the window two of the employees are on their phone laughing and not working at all. The fries were warm but old. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. When I told them that the wait was ridiculous the drive thru employee shrugged her shoulders and said have a great day. I will never go there again.

Horrible experience here. The lady rushed me to hurry and order even after I told her I needed a minute. Got to the window and she didn't say anything to me. I was using Tap to pay so I was reaching with my phone to do it. Her hand was barely even out the window and she wouldn't even move her hand an inch more so we can get it to work. Was ridiculous to be honest and after it scanned she just closed the window without saying anything. No receipt or anything... Horrible customer service

Always something wrong with your order at this location, after a long time I decided to get an ice cream and fries from this location because I was close to it, didn’t check the bag since it was fries what can possibly be wrong with them..they were half empty, thats out of malice, not a mistake

ALWAYS COLD AND OLD FOOD. I have literally ordered drive through and ate it almost immediately in the parking lot and has airways disgusting. This is the ONLY McDonald's in all of California that I've been to where they give you got mediocre service and even worse food. I'm not even mad, I'm just being incredibly honest. The food is always stale and you can tell it has been sitting out for a long time. Always dry and cold. A mcdouble used to be 2$ now I'm paying $5-6 to be disappointed

So I am going to share my experience here Today 5/31/25 at 9:30 I did an order on the app and got a few things as I bought breakfast for our employees working in the blistering heat anyway I spent a large amount of money and asked at the speaker for 7 small paper bags so I could hang out to each guy their own bag, they said sure tell them at the window I told them at both windows, they said sure park in the front we will bring it out. They didn’t bring them out. So I went inside to ask. The fried torta manager was helping a girl with the register. I asked for the bags the manager shook her head and gave me a dirty look and said “what for” so I told her how many times I’ve already asked the manager made another dirty look and said “just give her the damn bags”

They never get the order right. Their order takers are rude and do not work well under pressure need more training have told me I cannot customize my own food not very help full my latest visit I ordered the meal deals customized it got both burgers plain not how I ordered them they added my name to a list then threw it away they really need hole new staff at that store in Exeter only

Went this morning through drive thru and man! Young lady wouldn’t even let you finish your sentence! And talking so fast I didn’t even hear the total price. At window she looked like she didn’t even want to be there and had the nerve to say have a good day. No smile or anything… won’t be going here anymore. (635am 03/29/25 ) Young lady working drive thru/window needs attitude adjustment. Very rude!

I came here at 9:16 p.m. they parked me in the front I sat in the front for about 15 minutes 20 minutes so I went inside and sat in there for another 15-20 minutes so all together I sat here for 45 minutes waiting for my food watching other people leave with their food and there was a no sorry for the wait none of that fries ain't even hot very disappointing very disappointing so let's just say by the time I got out of there was 9:45 maybe 9:50 p.m. and part of my order was six large fries they weren't even halfway full

Cashier was unmanned had to wait 15 minutes, and shout to get there attention just to place an order overall attitude of cashier was garbage. said to dine in but was forced for carry out instead.
