Qué dicen los clientes de Thai Basil
Thai Basil is highly recommended for its delicious Thai food, generous portions, and friendly, fast service. The pad Thai, Thai tea, and lunch specials are particularly popular. Some find the Thai tea too sweet and the atmosphere could be cozier.

Opiniones de Thai Basil Visalia
Glad I finally got around to trying this place. I ordered the Chicken Won Ton soup and my friend got the Pad Thai. Started with some vegetable spring rolls. Everything was delicious and not too expensive. Definitely recommend giving them a try.
Delicious!! The pad thai taste so good!!! The staff was very polite and nice. ❤️❤️❤️ very pleasant experience 🤗🤗 I'm very full and satisfied! Pad thai chicken $15 Papaya salad $10 Satay chicken $14 Pad kee mao beef $16 *Chicken is super juicy.
Incredible Thai food. LOVE LUNCH MENU: Serving size & price! Well made Pad Thai, Red curry soup, spring rolls & Thai tea. Wonderful, kind service. Tiny complaint would be wishing it was a cozier atmosphere. Booths? But overall, wonderful restaurant.
We decided on Thai Basil based on other reviews being mainly positive and we were not disappointed! The Kee Mao was very good and the chicken in garlic sauce was very flavorful and tasted so fresh! You get a spring roll and rice with the lunch portion and the spring roll was super delicious as well! The green tea was also delicious!
Highly recommended. Audry and I love Thai Basil because the dining area is comfortable, the service is consistently excellent, there is always a carry-out option, everything on the menu seems fresh. Flavors and spices seem well balanced. She and I have both lived or traveled across Asia and we agree that the food is as close to traditionally prepared as our American culture will allow. When we ask for hot, we get hot. Their spicy scale goes from 0 to 10. I like a 3. Once in a while, I'll go 6. She likes 0. When we ask for mild we get mild. Like any made-to-order place, we have had to get used to their basic food flavors, textures, consistencies and then order accordingly. Sometimes we only order two or three appetizers with their yummy sauces. They're all good. The chicken and shrimp options in all of the dishes that we've tried are generous. Their plain rice is great. Their fried rice is not like Chineese fried rice. It's much more moist and juicy. It depends upon what you like. She finds many of the veggie based dishes to be bland and gets them seasoned to order. I prefer curry. Yellow, green, red are all very good here. Taken alone, their curries are not hot. They are rich and bold. They reheat well at home and hold their flavor. The bill is fair for what you get. The two of us get hot tea, two appetizers, two entrees and a plate of fried rice (we take home leftovers) for about $25 each, out the door, with a 20% tip. Highly recommended. Be early. Standing room only 40 minutes after opening at 5pm.
Best Thai food around. Great service and all employees are very friendly. Highly recommended. Can get crowded as a small dining area.
I tried the fresh spring rolls (with avocado & tofu). And the PAD SEE EW (without eggs). The service was friendly, rapid, and the food is very good. (No, I didn't eat all of that food at one time 😄). They have a spicy rating of 1-5. 1-mild to 5-🔥. I went with 3 and it was just right.
Very good food. The Thai tea was a bit sweet but my mistake should have told them to reduce sweetness. The cashewnut lunch deal was superb. Recommended for vegans. My husband enjoyed too.
For being the 1st time here it was very good. The best thai tea i have ever had. Service and food was excellent
Their lunch special is a great deal, the food is delicious!! Nice customer service 👌

Amazing omg best Thai food ever thanks guys today was my first time just the best all around I'll be back for sure
(We overspent and ordered way too much because we missed Thai food) This place was highly recommended and you can tell from the flavors, the staff speed, and portion sizes. They take a break and close between lunch and dinner- we arrived as soon as they opened. The place filled up quick. Everything is share sizes/family style so don't expect to be able to order small rice order. Even the Tom Yum Soup was too much for me to finish in one sitting- I took half home which made the flavors better. The Spring Rolls come with a vinegar based sauce, I believe. I usually go for a peanut dipping sauce but this was good too. We splurged and got the Sweet Sticky Rice with Mango. Largest portion I've been served my whole life. The cream and rice was warm too. Amazing. Last thing, sodas are by can, No free refills. Which I'm usually a thirsty diner, so I defaulted to water. Will definitely eat here again. Best flavor odlf Thai food I had in a while.
Very generous portion of delicious pad Thai. Friendly, fast service. Thank you!

Chicken Larb and House Drunken Noodles both were good to-go orders. Spice level 1-5. Disappointed that it was too late to order the Chicken Satay.
We stopped for dinner at Thai Basil in Visalia and had a mixed experience. The Tom Yum soup was flavorful, though it had a bit too many mushrooms for my liking. As for the Pad Kee Mao (Drunken noodles) with chicken, it fell short of expectations. While it wasn’t bad, it lacked the depth of flavor we were hoping for. Overall, it was an average meal, and we might try something different if we return.
We ordered yellow curry and basil fried rice, and It was good.
Great food and avocado curry was out of this world. Service was very slow n kept asking for 3-4 times for water n ice tea
Great Thai food with generous servings at a reasonable price. Our waitress was very nice as well. We were satisfied.

The veg rice paper rolls were very bland on its own but we ordered the satay sauce and some chili oil on the side which were amazing. They were able to the yellow curry with more vegetables instead of potatoes which was nice of them and the curry tasted really good, with lots of veggies and big portion. The basil fried rice with tofu was pretty good, bit light on flavor though. Overall, pretty decent food, portions and prices.

I gave this one lace a 5 star review a long time ago. But the last three times I ate here I have not been pleased with the taste. They have lost their touch for creating authentic Thai cuisine.
