Todos son muy amables, el servicio es rápido y eficiente. Sirven comida deli y el lugar está nuevo. A pesar de todo eso, los precios son mejores que la competencia.

Personalmente soy fanático de todo lo que vende Caffenio, además de que esta ubicación es de mis favoritas. El único detalle que le veo es que sí te estacionas dentro del lugar, salir del mismo puede llegar a ser tedioso ya que debes hacer fila junto con los del drive thru

Excelente oferta de bebidas, el servicio está enfocado las entregas en el vehículo y por app, por lo que si hay muchos vehículos y pides en ventanilla el servicio será muy tardado que dan prioridad a los vehiculos

El driver thru es una muy buena experiencia, te entregan muy rápido y sin errores. El producto es muy bueno tanto en alimentos como bebidas

Everything is good and reasonably priced, except the food is a bit pricey. There's parking so you can park for a while and use one of the tables. They have power outlets to charge your devices and an incredible sunset view.

I've tried a frappuccino, a mango kfrezze, and a cappuccino, and everything is delicious. I checked out the drive-thru and used it once, and it's really quick and convenient. Sometimes there are girls who help you take your order when there's a long line of carts. Although I've seen it at other locations, the line gets really long and it takes a while to serve.

I've known Caffenio for several years in Obregón, Sonora, before the franchise became so big. When I arrived in Aguascalientes, specifically at this branch, I had a bad experience with the quality and flavor of the Rockaccino. It seems they don't know how to make it properly, and I've given them several chances, but it's either too strong with espresso or sometimes tastes like pure milk. The staff are friendly and want to serve you quickly, without ensuring the drink actually tastes good. When you ask about promotions, they either don't know them or tell you to just check the app. The difference is noticeable in every way, but I understand they're just getting started in Aguascalientes, and I'll continue to give them a chance regarding the quality of their drinks 😉 since I'm loyal to Caffenio because of my history with the brand since its inception in Sonora ☺️. I recommend the Latedadas; they make those a bit better, and the Uvolas, which are very Sinaloa-style drinks.

Excellent place to go for a coffee. We used the drive-thru service. A very kind lady helped us use the screen to place our order. It's really easy to understand and order. We ordered a frappe with everything, and it turned out delicious. And like a classic drive-thru service, we were practically paying at the "next window" when the frappes (two) were ready. And I don't know if there was a promotion or they made a mistake, but we ordered one small and one large, and they gave us both large ones... Honestly, for me, it was one of the best frappes I've ever had... And they've now opened another establishment... good for them!

Siempre había tenido buena experiencia llendo al lugar, aparte de que el Kfreeze es mi favorito, pero este pasado fin de semana acudí y el personal estaba super desorganizado corrían por todos lados... Entramos juntas mi hermana y yo solo por diferentes carriles ya qué cada quien iba en un carro, y ella tardó aproximadamente 40min en salir del drive por el personal tan desorganizado qué no le cobraba y luego le llevaron mal la orden. Fue un día terrible!

Rápida atención en pedidos ya sea por auto o a pie, tiene área de mesas para sentarse a tomar el café, cuentan con conexiones eléctricas en las mesas y wifi por si quiere uno ir a trabajar. El café es aceptable

No pidan matcha, los sandwiches están meh y el café rico

Un lugar más. No ofrece un concepto nuevo o diferencia con respecto a otros establecimientos del mismo giro. El lugar está al aire libre y en días de lluvia tiene muchas fugas. Los productos son buenos, pero hasta ahí, el sándwich básico si es una decepción total, nada recomendable.

Pésimo servicio ahí humillan a consumidor, yo soy taxista y diario consumo café siempre en los Oxxos y se me ocurrió ir a este establecimiento, como mi Thermo traía residuos de café me comentó la empleada que para lo otra trajera bien lavado el Thermo, creo que andaba en sus días por el pague con un billete de a 100 que no traía cambio y le pedí una bolsita extra de azúcar y me ignoro y cerró la ventana, creo que estos está lecimientos solo son para gente fifi, mejor sigo comprando en el Oxxo ahí no te hacen menos ni te humillan, y tomas los sobres de café que gustes y aparte hay crema para tu café

Tienes que esperar horas para salir, por que la única salida qué hay es la misma para las personas que están esperando su café, el sabor horrible todo sintético, una copia mal hecha de Starbucks, pero muy lejos de igualar la calidad y sobre todo el sabor, ni ganas de regresar

Honestly, it was awful! I go to Caffeino every day for a small dirty chai latte with a double shot of espresso, and they always deliver perfectly, I've never had a problem... I literally go every day. Today, a dark-skinned guy with glasses and a star pin on his hat served me rudely, asking why my order wasn't placed correctly... He gave me a horrible coffee, it's undrinkable.

The coffee is delicious, but they take ages when you've already ordered your food 20 minutes in advance. I arrived and there was no place to collect orders, so I parked in the spot next to it, which I imagine is also for that, so as not to get in the way of other people in the drive thru. Immediately after years of taking too long, and I'm very patient, they still have the nerve to tell me I shouldn't have parked there, and I was like, "Where? It was busy, do you want me to get in the way? Should I get in the other car?" For the first time, I went to this coffee shop... I'm never going back. The menu is the same as Starbucks, but they couldn't match the service, quality, and attention. The delivery time was 11 minutes, there was no order to the ordering process, they were unaware that some items were out of stock (they took my order), and when they finally delivered my drink, they told me they were out of one of the items I ordered. For the 11 minutes I waited for my order, I observed the chaos in the two drive-thru lanes. The quality of my drink tasted like anything but coffee. I ordered a chocolate donut, and it tasted like it had been in the refrigerator (a mix of smells). Although the staff was friendly, they have many areas for improvement in customer service. I waited 9 minutes to leave the parking lot because the exit lane is the same as the drive-thru lane; so you have to wait in the same line of cars for your order to be served. Very poor organization and service.
