Excellent place to go for a coffee. We used the drive-thru service. A very kind lady helped us use the screen to place our order. It's really easy to understand and order. We ordered a frappe with everything, and it turned out delicious. And like a classic drive-thru service, we were practically paying at the "next window" when the frappes (two) were ready. And I don't know if there was a promotion or they made a mistake, but we ordered one small and one large, and they gave us both large ones... Honestly, for me, it was one of the best frappes I've ever had... And they've now opened another establishment... good for them!

Near this establishment there are other similar options, both national and international, so I don't understand why the service is so slow and the prices so high. I thought I'd just been unlucky the first time I went and that's why it took so long, but the second time was the same. Three or four vehicles left the line because of the delay, and it wasn't even peak hours.

Honestly, it was awful! I go to Caffeino every day for a small dirty chai latte with a double shot of espresso, and they always deliver perfectly, I've never had a problem... I literally go every day. Today, a dark-skinned guy with glasses and a star pin on his hat served me rudely, asking why my order wasn't placed correctly... He gave me a horrible coffee, it's undrinkable.

The coffee is delicious, but they take ages when you've already ordered your food 20 minutes in advance. I arrived and there was no place to collect orders, so I parked in the spot next to it, which I imagine is also for that, so as not to get in the way of other people in the drive thru. Immediately after years of taking too long, and I'm very patient, they still have the nerve to tell me I shouldn't have parked there, and I was like, "Where? It was busy, do you want me to get in the way? Should I get in the other car?" You can't get in the way, because you'll be blocking traffic on the avenue, besides... 🙄😡 I don't like people who make excuses for being late when I don't complain, and they bother customers.

For the first time, I went to this coffee shop... I'm never going back. The menu is the same as Starbucks, but they couldn't match the service, quality, and attention. The delivery time was 11 minutes, there was no order to the ordering process, they were unaware that some items were out of stock (they took my order), and when they finally delivered my drink, they told me they were out of one of the items I ordered. For the 11 minutes I waited for my order, I observed the chaos in the two drive-thru lanes. The quality of my drink tasted like anything but coffee. I ordered a chocolate donut, and it tasted like it had been in the refrigerator (a mix of smells). Although the staff was friendly, they have many areas for improvement in customer service. I waited 9 minutes to leave the parking lot because the exit lane is the same as the drive-thru lane; so you have to wait in the same line of cars for your order to be served. Very poor organization and service.
