If you’re planning a trip to Buffalo, then House of Charm is a must see bar. The ambiance is awesome, very chill vibes, and cool bartenders. Drinks were on point as well. Nothing beats grabbing some beef jerky at the bar too.

I was fortunate enough to work with Sam to host my 30th at HOC, who in turn did his best to makes sure the event went perfectly. Atmosphere was awesome and the bar itself is beautiful. Drinks and food were great(I recommend the charcuterie boards) and staff, bartenders and security were all friendly and accommodating. I’d definitely recommend HOC for an event or as a weekend spot in downtown buffalo.

Always have a great time here, solid drinks, delicious snacks and one of the best dirty martinis I've ever had. All the bartenders are awesome as well.

***This is for a private event*** Wow, what a place to have a wedding after party! I knew there would be a large contingent of guests that would not be ready to call it a night after the reception ended and this was the perfect place to gather. We got our own private space, bottles of champagne, and a spread of food. Leading up to the event the proprietor, Sam, was absolutely great. He was incredibly responsive, diligent and made the night exactly what I was hoping it would be. I wouldn't have done it any other way!

Tried the aviation and strawberry green tea. If you don't like suffering don't get aviation. Strawberry was nice. The dessert is good too.

I recommend this bar if you're looking for cheap and tasty cocktails in the area. I haven't tried their food but their Coppertone cocktail is my favorite. The vibe on the inside is very interesting. If you're looking to hangout with friends, don't sit on the couches because it's too loud there. Definitely a place worth checking out though. Also sometimes they check IDs to get in.

This is a great spot to stop in downtown! I like going earlier in the evening, before it gets crowded. It gets packed later in the evening and is hard to move around. Drinks are great, bartenders always do a good job even when they seem overwhelmed.

Great drinks for a fair price! Vast selection of liquor. Very eclectic vibe. Pool table is a nice touch from the original owners. Wanted a sandwich but got a dismissive attitude so I didn’t get said sandwich.

If you make a $25 drink great but when you make a $10 drink and add $15, then posture as if a tip is standard…you lose NEW business. After being ignored various times, the bartender came up to me, greeted me, and then said “one moment” and preceded to look at a text message from another customer we arrived after me. These drinks, like the first time, took me five minutes to receive and with the same amount of customers at the bar. The music and atmosphere are nice, but be careful about who may be behind the bar.
