Went here with my family and we loved it! Delicious authentic Italian cuisine. A must try is their truffle pasta! Everything on the menu really. Great ambiance, family friendly and delicious wine!
First visit and a pleasant experience overall. The dining room is elegant and clean as was the restroom. Our waitress Gypsy was warm, friendly and good humored. The calamari appetizer was delicious and a large portion. It was very fresh and tasty. I had the Mediterranean salad with a generous filet of perfectly grilled salmon. Great variety of romaine, grape tomatoes, olives, pimento, red onion and mozzarella and gorgonzola cheese in a simple but tasty dressing. I would definitely order it again. My partner had the churrasco steak with sauteed veggies. I swiped his chimichurri to put on my salmon. He was very pleased with the steak and enjoyed the mixed vegetables. He also enjoyed the garlic rolls. It really is a shame that we probably won't return for a second visit. An 18% tip was automatically added to the bill to witch I added an additional 25% on top without checking. (An automatic tip for a table of two? ) I know. My own fault for not checking first. I don't regret leaving the extra but still, no one likes to feel having been taken advantage of at the end of a lovely experience.
I went there with my dad and my stepmom and sister and it was amazing, the white sauce pasta is the best. The pizza was so good that I actually ate the crust. -Noah Joaquin Rojas
Came here with the entire family to celebrate my son’s 14th birthday and as always Rubino’s didn’t disappoint! This place has one of the best pizza’s in town! Their appetizers are amazing, if you haven’t had their whipped ricotta you are missing out! Great atmosphere, great food!
We celebrated my daughter’s First Communion at Rubino’s and was extremely impressed. They assisted with set up to ensure everything was top notch, thank you Irma!! Food and service was nothing less than spectacular! Thank you to Brandon for working with me to make it happen. Highly recommend Rubino’s for your next event!
We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. It was our first time here, and I had been expecting just a regular pizza and pasta place. To our surprise, the menu was fabulous, with so much to choose from. The Bianca pizza is the best pizza we’ve ever tried. We started with the Tour D'Italia. We also had risotto with mushrooms, and another risotto with shrimp, and asparagus; pasta al forno with eggplant, and a large Bianca pizza. The portions were huge and delicious! The Bianca pizza had a touch of honey, making it so tasty. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The portions were generous, so we were able to take some food home. Thank you so much for such delicious food and great service.
Food is excellent and their Meat Lovers Calzone and Pasta Fabiola is the best I’ve ever had. Been here several times and their service and food is always good. Our waitress, Gypsy is fantastic. Highly recommend them.
Amazing experience, Definitely going back soon. Everything was exceptional. The atmosphere was great. Food came fast, tasted great and portions were large. My absolute favorite part was the lava cake, easily one of the best desserts I've had in a long time. Unless you're an absolute Karen, you will enjoy this place. I highly recommend.
This authentic family owned restaurant is amazing! I'm writing this as I'm eating. The food is so so good and the service is amazing. The family are so nice and they made sure we were having a good time. Very attentive. They also make their noodles FRESH. Absolutely amazing! Can't recommend this more. Also eat the garlic bread with something. Alone, it taste fine but it compliments their sauces. Edit: Had their dessert! So good! I personally had the cheesecake and It tasted homemade and delicious. My partner had the flan and they devoured it. Can't recommend this place enough!
Absolutely amazing experience at Rubino Restaurant! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming — perfect for any occasion. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food and excellent service. Can’t wait to come back!
If you like authentic, mouthwatering, and absolutely delicious Italian food this is THEE spot to go! The fried mozzarella appetizer was everything and their spin on the pizza with the pink sauce was such a pleasant surprise! But, that dessert! Wow! I was just made aware this place had opened last week but I will def be a regular here! The place is cute and you can tell a lot of work went into it and the staff are super friendly! The waitress was on point and even the chef came out who seemed super approachable! Loved this place!
Best pizza I ever had in Miami, beats Big cheese by a mile and also all other local pizzerias The dough is made perfectly to the pizza. Not too soft. Not too hard. The sauce had a tangy taste and plenty of cheese. I recommend this pizza 1000% so if you desire a good pizza pie, this local restaurant is unbeatable
We loved this restaurant. We visited Rubinos last week. The atmosphere is very nice, the waiter was very good. It was a gentleman. Don't remember his name but it was Tuesday, November 4th around 3pm. Me and my family had a great time, it was my 1st time but it was recommended by other family members who had a great experience too and they were right. I had the chicken parmesan with spaghetti and it was very good. The pizza is delicious too. We're definitely coming back
Had delicious penne à la vodka. Portions very large, enough for leftovers. The meatballs were also very good - totally home made taste. 100% recommend.
This is our second time visiting l, both times the food has been excellent and consistent. The service has been excellent nice family that owns it. Always nice to support local owned businesses. well, definitely be going back for more if you haven’t tried it yet definitely worth a try if not, you’re missing out. Definitely try the lobster ravioli with shrimp.
This place has such a cute aesthetic, perfect for lunch or a date night out. The food was great- we ordered some zucchini fries with the aïoli sauce, 1/2 dozen garlic knots, stuffed shells and a chefs special which was butternut squash ravioli. The sauce for the chefs special was absolutely incredible- the perfect blend of sweet and salty with a little crunch for texture because of the chopped walnut. Can’t wait to come back and try something different next time!
We were in the mood for pizza and came across this place. Ordered the garlic rolls and a small pizza (la Nona with pepperoni). Rolls are good, just need a bit more garlic. Pizza was amazing! The red sauce was sweet, cheese was delicious and the pepperoni was crispy. We are definitely coming back!
Kendall’s Hidden Gem If you’re in Kendall and craving authentic Italian cuisine, Rubino’s is a must-visit. This cozy yet elegant restaurant captures the essence of Italy with every bite. From the moment you walk in, the aroma of fresh herbs, baked dough, and simmering sauces welcomes you like an old friend. Food: Rubino’s shines across the board — their pastas are perfectly cooked al dente, rich in flavor, and generously portioned. The pizzas are crafted with thin, crispy crusts and fresh ingredients, balancing traditional Italian simplicity with creative toppings. Their risottos are creamy and comforting, showcasing the kitchen’s mastery of texture and timing. And for meat lovers, the steaks and veal dishes are tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Service & Ambiance: The staff at Rubino’s are warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about their food. The atmosphere is inviting — modern yet intimate, making it perfect for family dinners, date nights, or casual evenings with friends. The chef Brandon is the best! Final Verdict: Rubino’s is an excellent Italian restaurant that delivers on every front: authentic flavors, top-notch service, and a welcoming vibe. Whether you’re in the mood for pasta, pizza, risotto, or a hearty meat dish, this Kendall favorite won’t disappoint.
Went with friends (Group of 8) we did call ahead to make a reservation just in case as it was on a Saturday just to ensure less wait time. The waiters were nice, attentive, and friendly. I ended up getting the fried mozzarella which was amazing, had an amazing cheese pull. I also got the stuffed shells which was great just wish I added meat to them or asked if I could but I ended up eating them all which is a first for me. My friends ended up ordering half the menu but they enjoyed everything especially the chesse tortellini and Hawaiian pizza. Dessert is a must! I ended up doing the lava cake which was a little small but the ice cream makes up for it. All in all, will definitely be back. Highly recommend for dinner with family, friends or a date night with a good, clean restaurant.
We just discovered this fabulous place. The best sausage pizza we've ever had! Marcos is a wonderful server.
This place was so delicious! Shanon was attentive and super sweet! Will definitely be coming back 🤭🤩
Decided on a whim, fully expecting to be disappointed, to try somewhere new. At first, when it took a while for the waitress to greet us, it appeared my expectations would prove true. Turns out that our waitress, Shannon, was awesome. She knew the menu, was friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. To my great relief, the service was on point and the quality of the food was even better. Overall, it was a great experience at a local, family owned and operated restaurant, which now has a new customer. We will definitely be back.
Today I visited RUBINO’S Pizzería with my family and we had a wonderful experience. I ordered the pizza and pasta with diferents proteins, (shrimp, and prosciutto ) the plates were beautiful prepared with an exquisite flavor, and crispy pizza with plenty of toppings like cheese, olives, etc. But the pizza dough was fresh, very flavorful, and crispy on the edges. The pasta was abundant, and the sauce is incredibly flavorful! We were served by Yipsy, a special girl, always attentive to providing us with the best attention with kindness and great experience ; the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was elegant and relax. I added the menu so you can see the options offered at this location.
If you’re looking for amazing pizza, this is the place! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for family dinners or a night out with friends. The staff is friendly, attentive, and quick, making the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the best pizza Italian spots around—I’ll be coming back again and again!
I love this spot!!! My 3rd time going back. Always a 10/10 experience when it comes to the meat and pasta. The menu featured a fantastic selection of Italian cuisine, with each dish prepared to perfection. The steaks were especially noteworthy, cooked exactly to my liking and bursting with flavor. The service was attentive and professional, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. For anyone looking to savor authentic Italian flavors in a welcoming atmosphere, Rubino’s is a top choice.
Really liked chicken marsala, will definitely order again! The hostess that gave me my pick up order was very nice too, thank you!
Update: today we had the amazing whipped ricotta with honey, fresh basil appetizer, the meat ravioli, and tried the focaccio. Everyone is friendly and knowledge and the food is always awesome! We were excited to try this new restaurant, arrived, were greated immediately and seated by a hostess. Modern decor, comfortable tables and booths with cushions. We tried the zucchini fries and calamari and mozzarella appetizers. We both ordered Eggplant Parm which came with a side of spaghetti, I also ordered a side Cesar salad. I really enjoyed the salad, sometimes it's served drowning in dressing and this was lightly dressed so all the ingredients could be tasted, fresh and flavorful. Our server was polite and helpful. The timing of the food was a little fast for me, we had not eaten or apps when the entrees were served, but the plus to that is I didn't fill up entirely on the appetizers, I'll only get one next time. I look forward to trying other items on the menu.

Very delicious food. The pasta carbonara is amazing. And the garlic rolls are super soft and full of flavor. The servers were super friendly and helpful

Rubino's really surprised me. The service was great and the menu offers a great variety of pizzas and pasta.

I recently visited Rubino’s and everything I tried was absolutely delicious. The food tasted incredibly fresh and you can tell they use quality ingredients. My absolute favorites were the pizza, the truffle pasta, and the bruschetta. Each dish was full of flavor and perfectly prepared. I also really enjoyed the ambiance. It had such a welcoming and cozy vibe. The service was great as well, attentive and friendly throughout the entire meal. I will definitely be going back.!
This spot is a must-visit for authentic Italian comfort. I took my wife for valentines based on the recommendation of a friend who enjoys food as much as I do. We started with the calamari, which was perfectly crisp and tender, followed by a Pepperoni sauceless pizza that had a fantastic wood-fired char. Both were excellent, but the truffle pasta was the undisputed star of the night. It was rich, aromatic, and the sauce was velvety without being heavy. We ended the night with the cookie and ice cream, I must admit that I was a little disappointed at the fact that i was too full to finish it all. Great atmosphere, even better food. I’ll definitely be back for the cookie…and the pasta too.
My daughters favorite pizza spot in Miami! We frequent this restaurant at least 1-2 times a month. The pasta, whipped ricotta, bruschetta, and wine selection are AMAZING! Staff is friendly, and cooks are always happy and greet you from the kitchen!
I recently visited Rubino's Pizzeria e Ristorante in Miami, and it was such a lovely experience. From the first bite, you can taste the freshness in the food. The Calamari Fritti was perfectly prepared — light, crisp, and flavorful — and the Tiramisu was the perfect sweet finish. A special thank you to Yipsy, our waitress, who was attentive, warm, and made us feel truly welcome. Great food, great service, and a cozy atmosphere — what more can you ask for? Definitely yes, I’ll be back.
My bf and I have ordered delivery from here several times, and since never disappointed, can today for a dine-in experience. Once again, we were not disappointed. We got the muscles in white wine sauce, bruschetta with whipped ricotta, and pasta all’amatriciana with grilled chicken. Every bite was better than the last and we recommend each of them. Our server, whose name we unfortunately forgot, was fantastic. Attentive, helpful, and truly understood customer service. Ar the end, we took home a bit of everything, and when we packed the pasta, we laughed because it looked like we ate nothing because the to-go container was so full. Because of this we got a cannoli cake to go and hours later we’re still too full to try. But it looks incredible. After telling our server how delicious everything was she thanked us and said they were a family-owned business owned by her dad and brother. For us, yet another reason to come back. We had an overall incredible experiences and recommend Rubino’s to anyone looking for a delicious Italian meal with exceptional service, and the added bonus of supporting a small business. UPDATE: the cannoli cake was TO DIE FOR. So much so that that today (the next day) we wished we had another slice.
Came here with the entire family to celebrate my son’s 14th birthday and as always Rubino’s didn’t disappoint! This place has one of the best pizza’s in town! Their appetizers are amazing, if you haven’t had their whipped ricotta you are missing out! Great atmosphere, great food!

The food was very good. The bruschetta was on point just the right amount of everything but the center stage was taken by the ciabatta lightly toasted for the crunchiness but yet soft and warm the ricotta was the perfect vessel for the tomatoes and the balsamic drizzle just fenomenal The garlic rolls where big but didn’t say much Penne a la vodka the sauce was very creamy and light The pasta was nicely cooked al dente and the chicken was juicy and soft was garnish with fresh basil I will eat here again next time I may venture to the pizza or calzone
Cacio and pepe pasta was not authentic or good but their pizza and appetizers where on point as well as their veal parm. The waiter was kind of slow in the beginning, but once he got the order in the food came out in a timely manner. Would recommend and try again.

We had dinner a couple of weeks ago. The food was actually better than I expected. The whipped ricotta and garlic rolls were great and we enjoyed the Spaghetti Bolognese and Amatriciana. Service could be more attentive. My only real complaint is the ambience. The lights were way too bright in there at night. They really need to dim them!
I decided to try rubinos for lunch was hoping to try some spaghetti with meat balls on a higher level than corporate chain stores and I really didn't taste much of a difference. The flavor of the marinara sauce was ok mostly a salty taste could not taste any of the individual ingredients. The meat balls where ok also but nothing special. I also tried the lobster bisque same thing mostly salty. The restaurant was very clean the food presentation was average. The service was a little slow considering there where only 3 tables . The server was nice . All in all a 3 and a half stars. Oh by the way the garlic bread was a little under cooked.
Food was good not great but everyone enjoyed their meal. But sadly not a great value. It felt a bit overpriced for the quality. Service was again fine, no major complaints but nothing exemplary. Restaurant looked clean and neat. My main grievance was my unfortunate suprise when I went to pay and they added a 3% fee for paying with a credit card. This isn't a corner store its a restaurant charging 20 to 30 dollars a plate...that was such a huge disappointment...don't think we'll be coming back.
Nice and clean establishment. Mostly a pizza place; however, dishes are very savory and well presented. Lamb chops and risotto was delicious. Flatbread caprese and prosciutto excellent, and fried calamari lightly breaded. Tiramisu very good as well as the limoncello gelato.

I am normally skeptical about going to italian restaurants. Since we aren’t in Italy, it’s hard to come by true authenticity. First impressions of this place were good. Clean, highly organized, semi- attentive staff. When the food arrived- I was placed in a teeth grinding mental state. In the table we had an obscene amount of giant garlic rolls. For the entrees we had, Veal parmigiana, Frutti di mare risotto, Fettuccine bolognese, and pesto risotto with chicken. The presentation for the veal parm looked messy. The fettuccine bolognese had the look of sloppy joes in tomato sauce with over- cooked pasta. It was noticeable that that could possibly be the same filling they used in their lasagna. Ultra grounded ground beef mixed with an under seasoned tomato sauce that was lacking in depth and flavor. Portions for all these entrees were enough to feed two people. It’s noticeable that they are sacrificing food quality over portion sizes. To finish, I ordered a cappuccino along with the check and they brought back a 12oz cup with mainly milk and an inch of foam. Our waiter was nice enough to return it and make an adequate coffee. Very little to highlight about the food but I could give better compliments about the ambiance. I do not provide pictures to not skew the consensus. May you or anyone enjoy your visit. Remember this.
this is one of those reviews you hate to leave but it's deserved. first off, the food here is excellent. I've had their pizza and their churrasco. both where top notch. the service was very good as well. why 2 stars? there's some shyster business practices going on here. 1) there's a fee to use your credit card. it's 2025 this nonsense needs to stop. 2) auto gratuity on parties of 2 or more? tip is given as it's deserved, hence the name, gratuity. 3) this one really makes my blood boil... you are given the tablet to pay, if you're a party of 2 or more, 18% "gratuity" has already been added on. you pay. then you are greeted with a screen that asks you for a tip, not ADDITIONAL TIP, no, it asks for a tip as if you never tipped. slick... so if you're not carefully reading, you walk out the door having paid 36% or more in tip. thats really scummy. love the food, wont return and will warn my friends.
The food is not bad and taste good. Only two stars because of the mandatory 18% tip. Come on, you’re not located in south beach so it’s really disappointing and disrespecting to put you this 18%! We were only 2 people! Please all those restaurants you must stop with stealing 18% and don’t even mention it!!
HATED automatic addition of service fee when only two people were seated: my hubby would have given a higher tip. HATED the credit card fee that added almost $4.00 to our bill. Had the TOUR OF ITALY appetizer: too much for two people and the calamari was excessively bland. Entrees were a nice size and tasty. Wish I’d been told that asking for mushrooms would lead to an additional fee. LOVED the caramel flan. Hubby and I were satisfied with sharing. The service was nothing extraordinary. I guess they know they don’t have to work for it when the fee is already added. Also, our inability to speak Spanish might have influenced our server. Finally, my husband so enjoyed his meal that we might go back. I’m just a grump about unexpected fees.
Took my Mother-in-Law to celebrate her 83rd birthday this past Friday afternoon on recommendation from my wife who had been there previously with friends. The place is very airy and well decorated and we arrived to a nearly empty restaurant, we were seated promptly and our hostess told us we would be attended to soon. Our waitress Gypsy arrived and brought menus, she was pleasant and funny and made a connection with the birthday girl, she suggested drinks and we chose a carafe of Sangria ($45). Appetizers were ordered and arrived fairly quickly, fried Calamari and the Focaccia bread with Prosciutto which were both good, the Sangria was ok due to the fact that it had canned fruit cocktail with too much syrup. We ordered the Frutti di Mare Risotto, Meat Lasagna for the birthday girl, and I ordered the Veal Marsala on a raving recommendation from Gypsy due to how good it was supposed to be. The food took a fairly longer that expected because the place was not that busy at the time we ordered, garlic bread arrived during the wait and in all fairness was good but not needed. The Risotto was good, the Lasagna was good but my Marsala although tasty was pretty bad, two totally processed pieces of veal overly breaded was what I got, the veal was old and not tasty, matter of fact I would guess it was past it's due date. I normally am not a complainer so I set aside the pieces of veal after stripping the excessive breading from it (I literally took two small bites from it) and waited until Gypsy came to check on us at which time I showed her the veal, she was very apologetic and offered to take the plate back to be redone if I chose (I did not), or to order something else if I wanted to. We had taken a small chocolate cake to sing Happy Birthay and handed it the hostess on arriving, we were not clearly explained that the restaurant charges a $25 fee to bring your own cake (ridiculous) so that came as an unpleasant surprise at checkout, we complained and it was removed as a courtesy, Gypsy had called the manager to our table and he/she refused. In summary this could have been a more pleasant experience in my opinion for the $245.00 cost, needless to say this was my first and last visit to Rubino's.

In summary this could have been a more pleasant experience in my opinion for the $245.00 cost, needless to say this was my first and last visit to Rubino's.
Walked into restaurant, greeted by host and immediately sat down. I was really looking forward to eating here and leaving a better review, however, the place was not packed at all. There was maybe like 4-5 waiters behind the bar, joking around, drinking/eating on the floor. And I have yet been asked if everything was ok after waiting for 15 mins. (keep in mind there is about 20 tables, 5 of them occupied) no need for so many people to be just walking up and down and no one stopping by. I’ll take my money elsewhere.
