The atmosphere is very Piedmontese, both in the decor and the food. The sandwich tasted good, well-cooked, and the bread was extremely crispy. The agnolotti, not pictured, were very good, but at €10-12, the quantity was very small. Ideal for a slightly more expensive meal, not a business meal, or for those on a limited budget, as there's no set menu.

Congratulations to everyone involved in the organization. First of all, a beautiful venue, clean, basic, but above all "alive": lots of people eating and great staff. Those who intend to take on the challenge (like me and my companion) are welcomed in a special way. It's like stepping into the ring with a coach by your side. The staff is attentive, quick, and friendly. The challenge is truly demanding, it puts the "braggarts" I've "read" about in so many comments here and there into perspective, believe me. In any case, my approach was to give it a try and, at worst, eat a good dish, and the latter is absolutely guaranteed. Agnolotti, ravioli, and sauce (better roast than Bolognese)—all stories. The pasta was good, and the filling was delicious and tasty, plus the sauce was plentiful. All accompanied by an excellent wine. However, the kilo of agnolotti is raw. The dish leaves the kitchen weighing about 2.1 kilograms. I look forward to seeing who can pull it off! Not only that, but I recommend it to those who know me. From the dishes I've glimpsed, I'd say there are many more reasons to go there! Excellent

Excellent dishes, from appetizers to desserts, excellent pizza too, the abundant staff is very kind, courteous and friendly, the bill is honest and adequate. Definitely worth returning. Just one piece of advice, for pizza try using a long-leavening dough and you will be unbeatable.

I had dinner with my family in August: the internal courtyard is cool and comfortable. Spectacular cuisine, delicious appetizers and first courses, fabulous mixed grill, tender and perfectly cooked meat (and coming from a Tuscan, that's a lot!). Very generous portions, each course would serve two. Fast service and very friendly staff. I recommend it to everyone!

Attentive, quick, and friendly staff. The pasta is delicious, and the sauce is delicious and generous. Everything is accompanied by an excellent wine. They recently introduced a Piedmontese menu, which guarantees traditional dishes, seasonality, and local products.

*14/06/23 A trattoria suitable for a dinner with friends. Simple place, without too many pretensions, but nice enough, everything clean, courteous and friendly staff. Average carbonara, the fish fillet with grains of fistachi and grilled vegetables was good, but .. (-) I don't recommend the clams in the pasta, because the taste was really bad.

Cucina, pizza e hamburger....ce n'è per tutti i gusti. Un posto adatto per una cena in compagnia, senza troppe pretese. Locale con una lunga storia nel panorama della ristorazione ciriacese. Staff cortese e simpatico.

From the name and the presence of the main union flags outside, you wouldn't expect an excellent meal, but it's affordable. It's anything but a "working-class" restaurant. For the prices, you can eat much better elsewhere! The service and cleanliness of the environment are adequate.
