Today on Thursday 23, 2020 Cesar the manager heard my issue and resolved it in a matter of minutes. Also, all his staff took the time to take care of me. I was really impressed with how professional they were. By far the best chick-Fil-a ever been and the only one that I’ll ever go to again. Nice that after visiting this location's drivethrough - over the past eight months - the staff have gone out of their way to remember me, engage me with personalized small talk, remember my preferences and regular orders and even have "gifted " me once or twice for being a loyal customer. If I didn't know better, I'd say that Chick-fil-A has been taking notes from Starbucks! Whatever the case, hat's off to you, CFA! You rock!

Order through curbside asked for extra pickles, everything fresh, i was 20 minutes away from home didn’t realize until i got home the food was still super super hot as i asked, never been to a chick fil a that has gotten my food fresh when i asked, i already love this location it was my first time even tho i have a chick-fil-a 5 minutes where i live, i will rather drive 20 minutes and get it fresh, great job staff!! these employees need a raise !!
I ordered a delivery for lunch today and thinking they had missed giving me Ranch dressing for my salad I freaked out because who are we kidding…. Chick-fil-A never messes up your order! I called asking for them to possibly come back and deliver the correct dressing (honestly it was probably my fault) and with No surprise they came back to drop off 2 salad dressings back at my job. We will continue to order from here!!! Thank you! I wouldn’t mind if you accidentally left a cookie in my bag for my next order 😉

First time here. The food was really good. Lettuce was fresh and chicken was cooked just right. I'm on the keto diet and people don't usually know what that is. The manager, Thais, knew right away what it was and helped me adapt my meal quickly. Her attitude was just beyond amazing and her personality was just so friendly and inviting. I've been working in the food industry for 13 years now and this is honestly some of the best service I've received. What surprised me is that this was at a fast food establishment of all places. Chick-fil-A, you need to make sure you all treat her right. She's definitely not an employee you want to lose.
Even though there was no employees outside like previously it was super fast and might I add they don’t forget the napkins!! Thank you for all the hard work you do! It sure makes a difference!

Let's face it. It's Chick Fil A. You can't go wrong. Food was great as always. Service was great like always. Clean sitting areas, clean restrooms. Only gripe is the drive thru entrance is in a weird place but...I can get use to it. Will recommend to others for sure.
The best chick-fil-a I have been too, the staff are incredibly nice and give outstanding customer service. Not only was the inside area clean but so was the outside. I was very surprised with the performance of this location but also very pleased, this is a chick-fil-a that I’ll be returning too.
My son really loves there sandwich and the waffle fries. We normally go to the one by our house. We were out shopping and stopped by this store. I love there tea and they fix it up for me the way I like it half sweet and half unsweetened, and they always accommodate me no problem. You have to love the service with a smile attitude, as well as the curb side using the app.
Not too shabby for a chain restaurant. One of the few with family values left. Not too happy they aren't open on Sundays but I agree with their reason behind it so it's alright in my books. I was told law enforcement get half off which would be awesome but they never do it and we're not allowed to ask(allowed/supposed to). Nice.
Their nuggets are amazing. It's like chicken crack. Also the milkshakes as well. Just pricey but definitely worth it. Update: tolok my 9 month old daughter there for first time she also thinks their nuggets are like crack and loves them. Congrats chic fila got another one addicted early.

I've always enjoyed Chick-fil-A! They have excellent food and the service is always the best. Even though there was a line all the way out to the road, I still didn't have to wait that long because of how efficient they process customers orders by walking out to your car. I had ordered ahead with the app but they still meet you in the drive-thru line before you get to the window. Top-notch!
Honestly, I believe for a brunch type thing, Chick-fil-A is the way to go. I got their spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and honestly it’s very tasty. I might even say it’s my favorite thing on any menu ever. They always smile and are very kind towards the customer. Prices are honestly average, depending what you got it may vary from 1 dollar all the way up to 12. Milkshake? Top tier.

I wanted to go to chick fil. A to have my Birthday lunch there because I LOVE Your Food and there is one person that I trust with my food and that person is Erica, but Erica went out on some errands and gave straight instructions to another manager named Gabby to take care of my order. Gabby made my order perfect. After a while while I was eating, Erica came by my Table to wish me a Happy Birthday. And to make sure everything was okay. I said it was . Thank you. Pretty fast service despite the place being packed. Overall floor staff was friendly. The cherry berry smoothie was delicious
Food & service good as usual. The only thing is the location is a little odd. The line dumps into a major street so if the cars in front of you are blocked it’s a long wait. Parking was impossible.
Love Chick-fil-A!!! The only complaint would be the 10th street entrance/exit of this location. The shrubs or greenery by 10th street is so tall you can’t see when you’re trying to get out they need to cut them down or get rid of them completely.
If you're not from the area. , its a little difficult to get to the drive thru.

My family likes coming to eat here we haven't been here for 5 months just about it's not the same they moved things around also they dont have the napkins and ketchup and straws out like they used to also no one came up to us to ask if we wanted refills we won't be coming back i rather go to eat on the one in Edinburgh very clean and everything out for us as we need and someone to see if we need anything like refills.
Though the line of cars was long the wait was not. Employees were friendly. Best of all the food was hot and delicious.

Came to eat and as i was going to park in a parking space i got cut off by an employee. It was a small skinny kid that drives a blue or grey car with a bunch of stickers on the back window. He was not paying attention or didn't care to cut me off. Im just glad he didn't hit my car.
Long line, manager ignoring the customers, with only two registers open. Very upsetting, asked if they can open more registers, she said be right with you, which was a lie. This manager is clueless about customer service. Restaurant was dirty. NRJ.
This location has always been, okay. Lunch seems to go by smoothly, but it's the second time my breakfast has been wrong. It isn't that hard to get a single entree item right out of a line of 4 cars.
This is the slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever experienced. Ordered our food quickly but waited in line 23 minutes to get our food at 7:15 am. Very sweet cashier.
This place is a maze to find the drive thru. It took us a while to figure out how to get to the drive thru. It’s very close to a highly traffic area so we were glad that it was early otherwise we would have been stuck in the parking area. Other than that, the food was quick to come out and has friendly staff. They just need better guidance on how to get to the drive thru.
Never have I been so disappointed with their service. It's the first time visiting this store. Got my order late and cold hoping itll be like the other stores, when you get to the window, your order is hot and ready with the "it's my pleasure" response. Sorry but never again
You’re supposed to assume if they’re going to take your order in person or through the intercom. There’s people that order in the drive thru that come straight from the airport. No consideration to those who don’t know.
Poor delivery services. If you're going to order from a third-party, use Doordash. Definetely not as fast as other Chick-fil-A's, DD is the better option than Postmates or Grubhub. The lax attitude, nearly bordering as rude, from the morning staff doesn't help their case.
Ordered online. Slow service 😓 finally came to my car and told me icecream machine was down so no milkshake for me 😔 I asked for Dr. Pepper instead then she came back and told me they were out. 😱 no straws in the bag. It hurts my heart to leave a negative review for a chicfila but this one didn't meet expectation. 2 stars because food was good. The lady who brought it out to me was sweet. Everything else, though, dare I say... Sucked. 🙊
The manager Aaron was extremely rude on my visit on 3/14/23. I was asked to park in the curbside spot while in the drive thru for the rest of one of two orders. I waited almost 20 minutes, and called in to remind them that I was still outside. My order was brought out, but I was still missing my ice cream. That is when I decided to complain. The girl who brought out my order did apologize and was super nice, but I did bring up that I was hoping to get my meal comped due to all of the mistakes. She responded that yes they could definitely comp the meal and that she would share what happened with her manager, Aaron. Aaron shared that yes he could refund me, but that I would need to give back my food. I was extremely upset after waiting 20 minutes, and still not having been given everything I had ordered, so I just gave him back my food. He then demanded that I also needed to give back my beverage, which I honestly had just forgotten. When I came back to work, without my meal, I came back crying at how horrible this manager had been with me. I will not be going back to this Chick Fil A ever again.
This was our first time in this location. Sorry, but this location is not Chick-fil-A quality. I ordered dine-in, and it was around 11 a.m. hardly any customers, and still, my food was cold. I guess I'm used to the excellent customer service other locations give.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! waiting on my order as I am typing this. Placed my order over an hour ago, called 45mn after my order not being here, said it was on route, nothing. Called about 10mn later, told me the same thing, nothing. Called in about another 10mn later, nothing. Taken more than an hour and a half for my order to get here. "Bobby" is still not here with my probably cold order. Never again will I order from this place.
Let's you order something off the menu knowing it isn't in stock or out of order. When not wanting anything else they said they can replace but not refund. They must think it's a donation center. Only time I've been there... Won't do it again :(.
As much as I love CFA I was very disappointed with Hanna professionalism on how she handle my missing burger situation, I order delivery and upon receiving my order I was missing a burger, my order of 4 sandwiches and I had redeem an extra burger making a total of 5, after receiving only 4, I called the unit to explain the situation But Hannas respond was so nonchalant and worried free, her excuse was that I got what I order, when’s clearly I didn’t. Thank you CFA staff and Michael Hancock for the bad experience.
My fries were upsized without me asking for it. The total was a little more than I usually pay so I asked Jose Rodriguez why. He was snappy and in a hurry to take the next order so I didn't get a response. Jose should mind his tone and attitude for his sake. Overall the food is consistent, the speed of service is slow compared to other CFA, and the customer service is hit or miss.
I have over 19,000 points at chic fila. This place is always rushing to get orders out. Its the 3rd time in a month i order $20 + dlls worth of food drive home and there’s no ketchup , mayo or the sauces i requested. Terrible customer service!!! ALL that location needs better training .
Can someone please tell me what the hell is wrong with todays generations that can not follow simple written single syllable instructions? How much brain power does it take to screw up, "No salt" and "cook twice"? And then management said "We cant cook the potato waffles twice." Why the hell not??? I've been in restaurant business from the lower ranks and into management, even a co-owner. There is no health code violation for cooking fries or potato waffles twice! Why is it I get my fries cooked twice at BK, Jack in the Box, Freddys, Red Robin, Arbys, Wendys, etc? What happened to pleasing the customer and serving the customer? I guess with Chik-fil-A its their way or the highway! Its no wonder its been 5 years since I ate there! Btw, No Salt means NO SALT! Its not brain surgery!
Such poor customer service! pay no attention to details! After a long day of working and running around all day, all I wanted was dinner for my family. Half of order was forgotten! I questioned the attendant since bag looked light and its usually in 2 bags and he rolls his eyes at me. last time I spend my money at that location!
Yesterday i got chick fil a at this location and it took an hr for delivery and call me saying they didnt hav guac so it was replaced with a cookie . Today i ordered again and my lunch is 30min lunch they took 30mins to give me my food at curbside . After that they did not give me my sauces i called and they said that they could not do anything about it yet they charged me for all 5 sauces
Ordered noodle soup and nugget meal. She tried confirming three times that I wanted the chicken noodle and not tortilla soup - I confirmed. I received the chicken tortilla bowl and my nugget meal came with no fries.
Maybe choose somewhere else to eat if you want to go to a family friendly location.
Lady taking orders at drive thru was condescending and rude, they got my drink order wrong and but somehow through it would be better if I got two drinks I didn’t order, I called back and lady that answered didn’t have a solution that was worth anything. I’ve been to this chick fil last three times there has been a mishap..how hard can it be to put together a combo every other chick fil a seems to be on point..I suggest some training . What a horrible experience and threw food away..people messing up orders on purpose. Petty
Absolutely the most inattentive Chik-Fil-A in the US. Consistently fails at bagging the correct products, does not greet customer the way others do or thank them with “My pleasure”… overall poor communication. Only saving grace is at least some of the order is correct. Corporate needs to review this site.
Food delivery was one hour later than ETA. Food was cold, ice in drinks had melted already. I called a dozen times for an update, only got voice mail. Why even offer delivery when you're this bad at it? It just ruins your image for the customer. I would have rather been denied delivery and told that pickup was the only option so that I could better manage expectations. When I go in person the "manager" is dismissive of my frustration with their level of service,shrugging and saying "it's just an estimate"
Why y’all so stingy with your fries? I paid for a large, and it wasn’t even half way full. Guess large is the new small? Also, either make more curbside parking spots or remove it completely. Whoever planned the layout, did not think it through. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a nightmare. The drive thru exit makes it even worse.
What's up with you guys being so stingy with the fries. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this location, I order a large fries and every single time 2/3rd filled. Dine in, take out & drive through. Then I'm looked at all crazy for having to go back in with my half-filled fries for fries.
Regina has no managing skills and does not know how to take care of a customer in a timely manner. Waited for my order more than 30min .Had to call because they forgot about my order while made me wait in curbside .
Not Happy With the service! Ordered 20 Ckn Minis And a Large Hashbrown and asked for LOTS of chicfila sauce, didn’t get any in the bag, i got back in line and explained the situation to the lady in a nice manner and she gave me 2 sauces…. i told her if i could get a few more since i got a 20 piece and she gave me 2 more with a look as if i was asking for too much… Her name is printed as KARLA on the ticket,This location has been slacking a lot, Please work on that..not pleased at all..Customers and what make the job
Worst Chick-fil-A in the area, it’s not the first time that I’ve had a bad experience. They have the WORST service, they took almost 40MINUTES for an order that I placed ahead of time just for a single sandwich, not even a complete meal, it was ridiculous.
Staff is extremely passive aggressive. Make sure to ALWAYS check your order before leaving. They always make a malicious "mistake" when the order is clearly in writing. Asked for 2 salt & 2 pepper packets... they gave me 1 salt packet. Asked for a side salad with egg, cheese and bacon. They gave it to me with 1 small tiny piece of bacon, one slice of egg and no cheese and a random side of bell peppers that I made sure to say I didn't need. It's like they do it on purpose. When you go in let them know, they proceed to look confused. They always do this at this location. It's very unprofessional and inappropriate. Honeslty wasting thier own time. And by the look of other commentators- they have a history of this weird behavior.
Worst Service ever, I ordered 22 kids meal, I know it's a big order but to be waiting 1 hour in my car, that's insane. The attitude from the employees, HORRIBLE and on top of that 3 kids were left out with no book and 1 with no juice.
Luckily I don’t frequent this Chick-fil-A location. Mary Jo messed up my order and Michael the manager has zero customer service skills. After ruining my lunch completely the had zero remorse and offered me two options that were completely inconvenient. If you can go to another location, I’d highly recommend.

I get breakfast here multiple times and i always do either curbside or drive thru, and either way i always end up waiting in the curbside spaces. This last time i waited over 20 minutes for my order and thats cause i went through drive thru.

I am very displeased, the employee messed up my order 3 times and had to have a manager step in to complete the order and then we proceeded to the window and they tell us that they are out of our complete order so we left frustrated and angry and hungry the manager couldn’t even step in and tell us herself when she was standing right there. The app said someone was coming out shortly, I waited 25 minutes and no one came out. So I walked inside and asked for my order and they couldn't find it, it had been misplaced. When I got my order the burger was so soggy. The fries are over cooked theyre hard. Came during my lunch break, NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!
I hate to review Chick fil a so poorly because it is one of my favorite fast food restaurants but today was the worst experience I had. After repeating my order 3 times to cashier, it still came out wrong. Manager refunded me and charged me for what I wanted originally and it was still wrong. I don't understand why no one was listening to what I said! Super slow, terrible service, and wrong order. If I could rate this 0/5 I would. This location is always so bad
Today I went to the plaza mall location and ordered a simple order a #2 spicy deluxe meal and a grill club just the sandwich. When I received my meal it was incorrect the deluxe was a regular spicy chicken, I raised concern to the young lady who argued with me and insisted I was wrong about my order, I explained I simply wanted the deluxe as I ordered, she was dismissive and rude.she said she would be back with my corrected order, that’s when I was approached by the manager who rudely asked “ so what’s actual problem here sir?” I explained yet again I ordered a spicy deluxe and was given a regular. The manager himself was rude and even suggested I was trying to get food for free instead of the food i actually paid for. It’s very bad customer service not typical of chicfila. Will go to other locations based on this interaction.
Not sure why they have an intercom if they will have two kids taking orders super slow. Mind you didn’t get a chance to eat since the wait time consumed my break time, couldn’t get out of the drive through sue to not way out
The WORST chicfila in McAllen horrible service through the drive through and they give you cold to the touch sandwiches. They are so cold that the cheese doesn’t even melt! Wow never had that before
Nothing is more frustrating when going through a drive-thru, and you ask for extra ketchup for an order with 5 meals. Just to be told, "I already put 6 in the bag," just to only have gotten 3 ketchups! Either she didn't know how to count or just straight-up lied. Why do they act like it comes out of their checks?! So annoying!
These have to be some of the most brain dead people I’ve come across the fast food industry. They have such a hard time even listening to simple instructions, like taking your ORDER- is apparently too much for them cause mine are never right. Then they have the audacity to give me 1 sauce for 4 meals, does it come out of your paycheck? Worst attitude to top it all off, I get your days are monotonous but I paid for my food the way I wanted it.
I waited for my take out order over 30 minutes. It was expedited under a wrong name. The worst part is they saw me standing there for a long time and all they said is your order will be on the side when it's ready. They didn't bother looking at my receipt to see if my order had already been expedited. Until I asked a guy in a black shirt if he could check, because I was there waiting for a long time, he checks my receipt and then says, "oh you're order is there under Jose" I tell him, that's the wrong name. He ignores what I say, no apology and walks away. Extremely rude. Where is all that "my pleasure" fake good customer service? My food was already cold, that guy should be working at McDonalds.
We had a terrible experience mainly with a specific employee named Oscar. He was our cashier that attended us but had such a "whatever" attitude when we got there. It got worse once we started to order. He would consistently cut us off when we said one thing in our order. He wouldn't let us think even for a second and That's including the fact that no one was behind us in line either. This accuance made me forget to modify my sandwich in a specific way and when I finally realized I forgot to ask for it that way I just felt fed up to just leave it the way it is. Once we got our food delivered by the same employee. We noticed immediately that the soup we ordered was missing and he forgot the sauce I asked for. I got up to go ask him and as I was saying that they forgot my soup he immediately walked away to get it and didn't even let me finish once again that I also was missing the sauce. So when he came back to give it I told him about the sauce and he just gave me a look that made me feel like I was a problem. It really ruined my mood and enjoyment of my food. On a good note. Dining attendant (didn't get to see her tag) was very polite and super respectful. Crazy how a regular employee has better service than a manager
Been having complaints about this restaurant. I work at the mall so I usually buy my lunch here and order delivery. Every time I order something is wrong with my order, kissing items, utensils, gets delivered over and hour later and many other. I LOVE chick fil a, but this particular one is slacking. Today I received a side salad (that I was gonna eat for lunch, had it delivered through doordash) there was a DEAD LADYBUG inside! I called the store to complain and they asked me if I can take the salad back. I had it delivered for a reason! I said I still have the item that I could take it some other day (thinking they say no) they told me to take the salad back on Monday “so they can give me a new one” never buying there again.
