Overall a good experience, the food was great. They were stocked on all of their ingredients and everything was nice and fresh. The staff was helpful and made my order just the way I wanted. The restaurant was fairly clean. The line moved quickly and was a quick experience. Definitely a good location that I recommend.
I was picking up a door dash order for a customer and when it appeared that someone grabbed the wrong order they actually remade it! Makes the DD drivers happy as well as the customers!
I placed a catering order and the food was ready on time, it was fresh and it was flavorful. The service was great! They even walked the food out to my car. I’ll be ordering from this location again.
Great experience at the Chipotle on Central Expressway in Allen, TX. The service was fast, there were plenty of open tables, and the food was fresh and well-prepared. No complaints at all—exactly what you want from a Chipotle. I’ll definitely be back!

i got a steak burrito from here it was hella spicy but extremely juicy i enjoyed it the portions where good but i do hear chiptole as a whole has had portioning issues.

We arrived three minutes early, at 10:42 (they open at 10:45), and a young lady opened the door for us. A couple of spoons and tongs were missing from the kitchen, but the young lady who greeted us kindly took our order with a smile, despite this inconvenience. We were, however, disappointed by another employee who was quite rude to the young lady, suggesting that she shouldn't have opened the door if she wasn't prepared and that we should have waited outside if we were hungry. While this would usually warrant a one-star rating, the exceptional service provided by the young lady, Igevy, who worked diligently and cheerfully with all customers, deserves recognition. I hope she receives a promotion or raise; she clearly puts her heart into her work. I unfortunately did not have cash at the time to tip her directly; Igevy, te debo la propina, contactame... 😅
I've been coming to this location for years, usually ordering take-out. I've noticed taste-wise, this location is usually worse than other locations in the area. I choose to continue coming to this location because of the consistent positivity of my interactions with the people working on mobile orders. Great people. 4/5.
Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurant "Chipotle" in Allen, Texas, has good healthy food, very tasty with fresh ingredients for building your burrito bowl, grabbing tacos, or if you're keeping it healthier...getting a salad or a lifestyle bowl. You'll be happy choosing Chipotle for lunch or dinner. I absolutely love that you can make your meal your own... by choosing the ingredients you like. Customer service at this location wasn't all that bad. However, customer service wasn't all good either. Some of the staff working the front serving... appeared to have attitudes. " Always remember, customers will remember how you treat them." Good customer service is a must. Other than that... this is a good location with good food. I recommend it.
my favorite thing about this chipotle is playing the game “where will my online order be?” will it be in the kitchen? will it be at the rack by the register? will it be behind the register? who knows! that’s the beauty of the game - it changes every. single. time. how fun and efficient!
Service is awful and portions are based on skin color. Not fair then want to charge you for extra when they just filled up the other persons bowl without charges. Not even a hello just stand there like what you want!! Management need to check this staff.
Update: been going here for years and kinda upset bc this is the 4th time I've come in and they are out of crispy taco shells. Just keep them in stocking and order more than you are now. Very annoying to have to drive to another location. 🙄 Last time I couldn't make it in myself, so I called ahead and the manager (Cassandra I think?) was amazing! I had a lot of questions and request and she was awesome at making sure everything was correct. My To Go tacos were crispy even when I ate them at home-thanks to her suggestions. I love the staff there too, always so nice and smiling. They even talk and giggled with my 2 year old. Keep it up guys!
Don't go to this location. I paid 27 bucks for this tiny burrito and a drink. I pay for extra meat because I want extra meat. Instead, I get to half spoonfuls. I wish I had burrito from another location to compare because this one is half the size I normally get from other locations. 27.28 for a tiny burrito and a med drink. I feel like I got ripped off.
Placed an online order and received exactly what I ordered, which I appreciate since I’ve occasionally gotten wrong or missing ingredients in the past. Atmosphere was okay — there are several tables, but I noticed two empty ones that were still dirty. Overall, decent experience but there’s room for improvement in cleanliness.
Service was slow and there were on 1 customer ahead of us one person was cooking, one person was doing to go orders, and one person was feeding the people in line they need more people to help with the overwhelming work! Or they can go faster food was fantastic, also, the music they had on was horrible. I guess the employees pick the music i don't want to hear All That music from the radio or whatever.
food was fine, I arrived an hour and a half before they closed and came in to a store very clearly closing.. all utensils and straws were on the tables in piles, and they had already dumped out and compiled the tea pitchers, they felt no need to replace their empty corn salsa container even tho the store was quite busy with customers, and staff seemed a bit new and or just out of it. brooms behind the bar, chairs on tables, it wasn't the best experience from a customers perspective at all and I would suggest they find a better closing system or better employees. overall not my best experience with a chipotle even if the food was perfectly fine.
Online order. Ordered chicken quesadilla though the app for a quick bite and a burrito bowl for the following day. When I went to pick up, sign for mobile orders is kind of oddly placed. Its behind the drink station which is to the right of the counter and back. There wasnt a place to pick it up so I had to wait for someone to tell and give it to me. Someone was making an order and an employee on break got their attention to have them assist me (I told them not to so they could finish their meal). Not very much steak in my bowl. Overall experience was just ok. Was disappointed in the amount of protein in my bowl. I shouldn't have to order double portions of a meat to get a normal portion. Don't have a picture for perception of what a lacking portion of meat would be, but it wasn't easy to 'find' when re-heating.
We placed a rather large order and when we received the food. The bowls were only half filled. The chicken pieces were fat and gristle and inedible. Extreme disappointing for the amount money and for the quality expected from a Chipotle. Normally I would not complain, but this has happened several times at this location. When I tried to contact them about the order I was sent to an automated response and was unable to correct this issue with a life person.
I usually go to this Chipotle because it is the most convenient for me. but lately the customer service has been trash. They all act like customers are bothering them and THEY ARE NEVER OPEN ON TIME. this is the 3rd time that i’ve came a few minutes after they are open (10:50) and the doors are locked and everyone inside just stares at you like your stupid. i’m tired of the rude sassiness and my money will not be spent here anymore.
They charged me for things that I didn't ask for. Good thing I checked in the car and went in to get a refund, but there was a guy trying to give me an attitude like if I were lying or something. He wanted me to get more items instead of getting my money back.
This location has started rationing their serving sizes like its 1940's Britain and the German's are flying overhead. I let it go the first few times, but it's consistent now. The new one off Stacy/75 is much better.
I have been here many times, the food is always great. But I cannot say the same for the management and their attitudes. Several times including yesterday Nov 1, there is a HUGE need for commitment to please the customers as opposed to blowing them off. I've yet to see an ADULT running the store, all kids!! Once I ask about sweet tea and the answer was " we don't have any sugar" vs going to buy sugar at Tom Thumb in the same parking lot. The Sweet n Low packets had been wet, so not any good either. Yesterday, NO Spoons and nobody cares. I am a business owner and if I took this attitude I would not have any customers much less a business. SD
I am a frequent at this location and normally have no issue but the bad customer service/ experience I received from danyelle was THE worse . I ask if there was fresh carnitas or how long the wait will be . She told me I had to wait until the served the rest of the dry ones they had out already before replacing . This time I didn't purchase due to this being my second horrible experience with this same individual
This used to be the best chipotle in town but the workers now are so rude. Always upset when the burrito is a little too full and I overhear them insult new employees.
I took the time to read other reviews to compare my experience today. Unfortunately, yes, I agree with a lot of other customers that felt unappreciated. No staff cares that you chose them other other restaurants in the plaza. No greatings, no friendliness, no eye contact. Four clerks at the front looking burnt out and not wanting to be there. They had ran out of quesadillas, salad, and grilled veggies. My two bowls got the meats mixed up and one had bo beans, so I had to give up my barbacoa bowl. The chips were stale. When I got home with my order by 6:30pm, I didn't feel like driving back to complaint. If workers only took a little pride on their job, they would deliver better service and great compliments.
I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews, but my experience at the Chipotle on 103 N Central Expressway was frustrating enough that I feel people should know. From the moment I walked in, the staff didn’t seem to care about being there. There was no sense of urgency, no professionalism, and no attention to detail. When I got home, I realized my order was wrong, which was irritating but not surprising considering how little effort was shown. I had to drive all the way back to get it corrected. What made things worse is that this isn’t just a one-time mistake—this location has a habit of forgetting items. And when I pointed it out, there was no apology, no attempt to fix things properly, and no concern for the customer at all. To me, that shows a complete lack of customer service and accountability. Mistakes happen, but when employees act like they don’t care, it makes the whole experience even worse. If you decide to go to this Chipotle, don’t expect good service, don’t expect attention to detail, and definitely don’t expect them to make things right if they mess up.
Took a burrito bowl. It’s filled with rice ONLY and there’s hardly anything else in the bowl, I could barely see chicken(obviously was not expecting ridiculous amount but had to look for it). chipotle used to be my go-to restaurant but not anymore. Employee was rude and not paying attention
They will SCRAPE whatever chicken they can from their containers before getting a fresh batch. Today around 11:55AM, a gentleman let me cut in line. Before I walked in he noticed the fresh batch of chicken being prepared. I noticed it too but didn’t say anything because I wanted to see what this lady would do when it was my turn to order. This woman gave me 2 scoops of the driest chicken I’ve ever tasted. I’m very disappointed with her decision since this location is in a dense shopping plaza. I really shouldn’t have to ask not to be served the refuse chicken.
The food was cold esp the rice and it was not even what I expected. The staff was just hanging around in the dining area instead of making my order. I had to ask 3 times to the staff to start making my online order and they just ignored me. It was not busy either. I had come last sunday april 7th in the afternoon. I ended up getting stomach ache due to the food was given to me. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone unless you want to get sick and want unsatisfactory service and get ripped off from your money. The customer service is the worse here.
The food has gotten so bad here. If you dont order the steak at the most perfect time.. they mix it in the juice at the bottom and it makes it way to spicy to eat, and too much of it is salty and gross. Its annoying because I love chipotle but you never know if youre going to get quality or not...
The food was all almost done by 8.30. Chicken was charred, out of corn, almost out of rice and guacamole. Tables and floor were dirty. Staff was unapologetic and rude. Out of spoons and forks. Worst maintained Chipotle we've seen.
Been eating chipotle since 2007. My experience was this. I got there 11:20ish that morning. My order is simple. Bowl, 2 tortillas wrapped separately, white rice, xtra veges, double chicken, corn and that's it. This lady, tall, about 5"7' was to disturbed that I asked for extra veges and that I complained about my double chicken not looking like double, mind you, it will be paid for. Her response, "we just opened and this all we have." Have never been back to chipotle since.
Always running out of essential ingredients as rice and lettuce many many times They don’t own there mistake or try not to be in that situation again. The staff isn’t friendly. I do not recommend this location at all
First off i want to say customer service absolutely HORRIBLE. Went to pick up an order just now and the lady at the cashier register was so rude and disrespectful. I told her i was here to pick up my order and before i could even finish my sentence i asked how her day was and she cut me off mid sentence asking what the hell my order name was and i politely said the order name and she didn’t hear me and i said it again and she threw the bag at me! This is the worst chipotle ever not only that there portions were bad also. She was a girl with black hair and a high pony tail. Extremely rude. If i could i would be giving yall a 0 star not a 1. Don’t come here.
Horrible horrible horrible. Manager Brittany…if it is her real name, shouldn’t be in customer service business. They couldn’t find my online order and once they found it ..made me wait another 20 min while made the order for customer waiting in line ..and when I asked her about my order she said ..I can leave if I want to. Came this night to order a children’s Byo tacos. I have never had an issue, or charge, when I ask for a side of red salsa and corn for my chips. However this time, Brittney, the miss who took my order did not inform me about charging me for the extras. When I walked into up to the counter the other girl just looked at me and didn’t even ask me if I was ready to order, just stared at me. I understand if you’re tired but at 9:50pm at least put a smile on your face.
This Chipotle location is so horrible that the entire staff should be fired and this location should be shut down. I am normally not this mean. And I normally don’t post bad reviews. However, on multiple occasions, this location has missed my additions, packing only partial orders. I keep going there because it’s the only location near me and I’m lazy to drive around. But corporate, you have to do something. Also, we notified the staff about no ice- my 7 year old even commented about why they would not do anything. And trust me, they were not busy. There were maybe 1-2 customers in line.
We walked in at 9:23 restaurant closes at 11 according to website and it looked closed, employee was rude and was rushing me to get my order and food was cold. We usually go to location on Custer. Definitely won’t be back to this location.
Worst online order. There are 90% rice and beans in my burrito. Hardly see any meat. And they did not add guacamole at all, which I paid for it and it's showing on the order. Don't order online anymore from this location. You can go in person if you still want…
The service was absolutely subpar at best. Customer service is none existent! “What else” was the only thing the Caucasian male, red curly head server said. He didn’t really want to be there. The Hispanic female cashier Brittany was short and rude. The food counter was dirty. I had not been in over a year to this location and I’m never going back! Do the community a favor and close this location!
This is the first time I have ever gone out of my way to leave a bad review but after like 10 experiences all being horrible here i am. I love chipotle in general. But this store in particular is the worst and it starts with the employees. They will straight up ignore while you are waiting in line to just chat with each other. I am not against having fun at work but when the line is out the door and you are working at a snails pace it is super frustrating. They are always out of something, there double portion is the size of one portion, and overall its just horrible. Avoid this chipotle.
Stopped eating here for over a year because they always messed up my orders from the app, but I wanted to try the honey chipotle chicken so I tried ordering a burrito bowl with chicken and they sent me a burrito with steak. Disappointed as usual.
I'm done with Chipotle. It used to be good but it's just terrible now. The food is poor. The restaurants are not clean. They don't get orders correct. Portions are small. Prices keep rising. Service is poor. My last barbacoa bowl didn't even have any meat. They're bad at every aspect of what a restaurant does.
If you want to avoid food poisoning then do not go to this location!!! It has completely turned into the worst chipotle location known to mankind. Every time I decide to let bygones be bygones and give them another chance, they find a new way to disappoint me. Sad part is, they are intentionally bad at their jobs. No customers were in line. They didn’t greet me or say give me a second. There was three workers on the line. They just talked amongst themselves. After waiting a couple of minutes I left. Horrible service. I will never come to this chipotle. You’re better off going to another one down the street.
I went in to order a quesadilla and between the portion size and the customer service it was horrible ! I felt as if I was a bother to the cashier and the employee handling my food ! they had pans and dirty containers on top of the chips . no chips on the shelf . Not nice very rude . my food was cold ! The cashier i’m guessing her name is jasmine extremely rude and brushed me off . I love chipotle but after this experience I will not be back. If you do not like your job then find another one !! so every time i come here to pickup an online order the staff completely ignores me. One time I accidentally ordered from the wrong location, which is totally my bad, however when i came in to pick up the order I wasn’t greeted for at least 15 minutes, which meant I didn’t have time to find any other food options before returning to work from my lunch break. Additionally, today I walked in and of course as always the ready online order was in the kitchen, however the employee standing in the doorway was on their phone and didn’t greet me for 5 minutes. I had to catch the attention of another employee walking by. Dont come here if you’re in any sort of rush
The food was alright, and the store seemed clean enough, but the attitude from every worker tonight was appalling. I waited in line for 20+ minutes after saying I had a mobile order and was told to stand to the side, only for them to pull my order off of the shelf from behind them when I finally got someone’s attention.
My God…………….you guys now started skimping on the rice as well? I knew y’all always give the least amount possible of meat and guacamole but now it’s rice as well? This location used to be good, but has fallen greatly when it comes to standards and customer service. They are always at least 10-20min late for online orders (all-day, not just busy times) and refuse to give any customer service or updates regarding orders. This location needs new staff to achieve it's former higher level of standards.
I recently visited Chipotle and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Upon receiving my meal, I discovered insect eggs on my lettuce. This is absolutely unacceptable and a major health concern. It was disgusting and completely ruined my appetite. Clearly, there are serious issues with cleanliness and quality control at this location. I will not be returning and urge others to be cautious. Chipotle, you need to do better!
Horrible service. There were 4 Mexican ladies working and no one asked me for an order. A cashier was eating a cup of corn and talking to another girl who was cutting veggies and giggling while I was the only one in store and standing in line waiting to be served. They messed up my burrito when rolling it and had zero courtesy whatsoever to apologize or say thank you or a goodbye. I wonder if their daddy owns this restaurant that they don't have to work like others and get to give you attitude in the end. Never go there!
I came in today during lunch & placed an order 1 bowl (white rice, black bean & meat) than a burrito (white rice, black beans & meat) however after taking a few bites I realized there was hardly any meat & mostly rice so I went back inside & explained it to the cashier who went to speak with the manager (Daniel Moya) who is also the person who made my orders….she was head bopping and said out loud to him that she made the meal & therefore it’s the right amount & wasn’t going to do anything about it! So when he came over to tell me this he also dismissed me & continued to the next customer…She then walked over unapologetic with a mean face & reiterated what she had also told him…I then opened the burrito & showed her “infact” barely any meat…At this point I’m upset like I’m paying $35 at lunch time & this is the way the store manager is treating me as a customer like really… I told her this is not the way you treat a customer….then when other customers also sided with me as they started to see what was happening I literally threw the rest of the burrito in the trash & let her know I will be sharing this with the public….TERRIBLE way to treat customers
The worst Chipotle I ever been too! Amy was the most rudest person I ever met. Then she watch the young man fix everyone food and was all in his way telling him what to do! She even snatch another person food from him! Check your workers!!!!! Rude. Update:3/3/26 This location has gotten worst ! The portion sides is ridiculous! From now on I’m sticking to CAVA! Better employees with better employees! Store managers will not return calls! Sad
This place needs a manager to check there workers on how they treat there customers and how they maintain their facility this place is extremely dirty not well kept their customer service. The female workers here in the photos all they did was talk to each other while customers are just waiting in line and no one was being helped if I can give this a negative Star I would
CAVA has better food and service in my experience so far. The kids that work here cut a lot of corners when management isn’t around. According to them: “We don’t cook any more meat after 9pm.” ….your store closes at 11pm the night I was told this. You should at earliest stop cooking at 10-10:30. They tell you these kinds of things with an annoyed at you attitude too. They don’t have to have a smile but geez… they could at least treat you with respect right? No. These children get pay and benefits for working, here, yet they don’t even do the job, and the number for their General Manager doesn’t even work lol… seems like Chipotle doesn’t care. CAVA has better service.
It's a true shame how far Chipotle has fallen in the past several years. Aside from the name, nothing is the same anymore. I had stopped going there because their quality has sunk so low, but tonight I decided to give them another chance after so long. It was, by far, the most god-awful, disgusting, dried-up, bland, joke of a "burrito" I've ever had in my life. I literally believed that they couldn't get any worse than the last few times I've had them, but boy did they prove me so, so wrong tonight. I think I would have enjoyed eating a bowl of dry cat food more. Aside from the unacceptable and nearly-inedible quality of every last ingredient that went into the burrito, I counted five - FIVE - pathetic, gristly pieces of "steak" in the entire burrito. The vast majority of the contents was just their crummy, dry white rice that just tastes like you're eating a wad of cilantro. Most of the other ingredients were also scarce, and some I couldn't even be sure were even in the burrito. Don't even get me started on their prices nowadays, either. Overall, Chipotle's ingredient quality and service are abysmal. It's sad since they used to be so good back in the day. For those of you that never had Chipotle back then and think that their current offerings are good, I'm sorry. Perhaps it's better that you don't know any better.
They have been sliding downhill for a while, but this is the most poorly-managed chipotle I’ve even experienced. On multiple occasions they have marked orders as “ready to pick up” and then not started them until 15 minutes later. To make matters worse, they can’t even assemble basic food items. Check out this “chicken quesadilla”… anything missing? Once could be a bad shift, over and over means incompetent supervisors.
I don’t typically leave reviews related to customer service, but this is my 2nd time to go inside this Chipotle location and have left regretting not ordering online. I was ignored for minutes while the employees worked on other things. Which would be okay, but they wouldn’t even look at me. I thought maybe they were closing and wanted me to leave but it was only 8. When the young women started my order, she completed the first half and sat my order on the next table waiting for someone else to do it. No one came. After a few minutes, I asked if there was anything I needed to do to get my order completed and she reluctantly completed my meal. I left feeling like it was an inconvenience to help me complete my meal. This is the 2nd time I have came inside, and have awkwardly stood around ignored while the employees act burdened to offer basic manners and politeness. Even if I had just been acknowledged and asked to wait a few moments, I would have understood. I will not return to this location due to the lack of customer service I have experienced.
If I could give it no stars I would. How do you run out of fried rice at 10:20 pm and you close at 11. Then tell me “well actually we don’t run out, we just don’t want to waste it so once it runs out for the day we don’t cook any more. 🤦🏾♂️Victor is who told me this at the Allen location on Stacy rd. This is unacceptable. You serve the food until you are officially closed at 11 pm. This needs to be corrected immediately! Maybe a re-train or something because being lazy is what it boils down to!
Our family loves Chipotle! Our middle daughter even wanted some for her birthday lunch on Monday. But, when I went to pick up our order, I found them NOT wearing masks and talking to customers over the exposed ingredients. :-( Other restaurants are having their workers wear masks. Why isn't Chipotle? Please spend a little money on masks to protect your workers and your customers. We still want to order, but will wait until we see a safer environment. Our friends and family will do the same. Thank you.
Service sucks. Rude staff. Wait times are crazy. When i went in it was only me and another dude in line. I waited 15 minutes no body said anything. I ended up going to the one off North central expressway next to stacy. Line was longer but got food really fast.
Food always taste amazing. However, I got a bowl and they were giving half scoops basically for everything. The bowl was half full. I’ve never gotten a small portion at chipotle before. I wouldn’t go to this location. It’s a rip off, 15 bucks for half a bowl.
I was ordering a chicken bowl as how I normally do. I asked for extra chicken in my bowl and they decided to charge me $2.50 for extra chicken -_- rightfully so, I took it upon myself to jump behind the counter, verbally assault the manager and throw all of their ingredients on the floor. I will never dine here ever again.
The service here was very disappointing. The tables were so beyond dirty. It was like 10 people ate on the same table and no one batted to eye about cleaning. There was leftovers on almost every table when I told them That their tables were dirty the young lady just pat down that table with a regular cloth no cleaning chemicals at all and she missed half the table,it was still dirty. Someone from the higher-ups need to take a thorough investigation into cleaning measures because this is extremely unacceptable.
Very unpleasant experience. Was never greeted, or spoken to until asked “burrito or bowl.” My friend and I were the only two people in the store, but somehow the employees were doing everything EXCEPT starting on our orders. Wasted 15 minutes on our lunch break with an unfriendly and unhelpful staff. After being a regular with the chipotle brand I hope the incompetency gets addressed. All to be given a burrito like this…
This is OUTRAGEOUS. First of all, they ran out of all chicken so people had to wait 10 minutes in line and i did not have that kind of time so i decided to just get steak. I spend $10.70 on my bowl and got 1/3 OF A REGULAR PORTION. I usually go here because it is close to my gym and like to get a good post workout meal. My past encounters have been decent and usually I am satisfied with the portions since I know the employees are not allowed to give too much. This time I can not let it go. I definitely recommend going to the one on Stacey Road in Allen. I even politely ask for a little more, which I do not usually do because I do not want them to feel bad about the portions or they might get in trouble, but I did this time, AND THE SERVER PUT 3 MORE PIECES ON IT. THATS IT.
One staff member was friendly out of four. It’s okay because they were busy. When requesting to take lettuce off the bowl the employee got an attitude. Unfortunately I’m eating it, I will choose what I eat, especially I am paying for it... food was fair and seating was hard and uncomfortable. Not a good place to have a casual dinner. Cleanliness not their top priority easy to see. Better off going local authentic Tex-Mex taqueria.
I’ve literally been coming here for over a year because I live close. The lady that works there SLIJEVI is always rude and always has an attitude. Every time. She made my food wrong and then threw it away and started helping the next person like I wasn’t still just standing there. Then started laughing. Horrible customer service. And she also rolls her neck when she talks to you. I will not be coming back to this location and will be sure to tell friends/family not to come to this location as well.
Picked up a mobile order. Got home and all 3 orders were wrong. Tried calling location and automated message referenced going to emailed receipt and clicking a link. I just wanted our food right so tried all options to get to a live person but said all members were busy or something like that. Drove back to get at least get one order fixed as it had cheese which it wasn’t ordered with as my child is lactose intolerant. There was almost an hour left before closing and I could tell they were prepping to shut it down and not busy. When remaking found out they were out of corn salsa and fresh tomato salsa which explained why our other 2 orders were missing ingredients. They were also out of vinaigrette when I originally picked up order and asked for at hour and half before closing. Here’s why I’m really irritated……all our orders were missing ingredients because you were out and no one said anything to me when I picked up the order! Worse than making a mistake when you consciously deliver a product that was paid for but knew it wasn’t right. And what a huge inconvenience.
Ordered online, when my husband went to pick up the order the worker had a bad attitude. Then when we got home we found out not only did they severely skimp us on meat but also messed up our orders. It is way too expensive to suck this bad. Fix your service and your quality!
Came in at 9:20 PM on December 15 and didn’t get my food until 9:42 PM—20+ minutes with no line and about four employees on shift. Only one worker was actually doing the job (credit to him). The other three were off to the side chatting with friends who came in instead of helping. It was easily the most unprofessional service I’ve seen, and the one person working was left to struggle alone. Never again.
I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, but after this experience, I won’t be back. I came in with my daughter and girlfriend for lunch. After ordering two of three entrees, the woman at the counter started making someone else’s order, and the makeline repeatedly ignored us when we said we were still ordering. By the time they finished five other entrees while we waited at checkout, our food was cold and dry. I then asked the cashier about a promotion for a free entree, which was the only reason we came. While I was waiting for an answer, he walked away to talk to his friend in the dining area, then returned and charged me full price. Managing an energetic 3-year-old during an unreasonably long wait made the experience even more stressful.
If I could give it zero stars I would. The staff is always rude, always looking irritated, no greetings. I’ve had multiple issues with the staff being rude and looking like they hate their lives. 1985 Central Expy N is the one I’ve always had an issue with. I started going to 103 central Expy N frontage rd, and I have no issue with the staff, and the food when I go there. We ordered chips with our takeout and they were stale, so we told the staff and they rolled their eyes and handed us a more fresh bad as if it was such an issue. If the staff would smile and greet people more kindly then I would have no issue going there. Since the staff is always rude I have stopped going to the 1985 Central Expy N location!
