Everytime I come to this location in the Morning, I’m greeted by the lovely Veronica. She is very poised, kind and professional beyond means. She works so very hard and is by herself doing quite a bit, including taking large orders and bring down the long lines. I hope she gets recognized one of these days by Management and gets to move up in roles and pay! Keep being great Veronica 🫶🏽

Third time within two weeks of going there, they did not have any soup and did not except my coupon. Even after asking if they can please bring out the soup they still do not have soup.

I left the tip, she didn't think me or give me my sandwich she said here it's good and didn't even make eye contact with me. Felt rude did not like that please train the employees.
I have been going to this location for about 4 years now, never had a problem. I've ordered online many times, never has my sandwich been made incorrectly. Which was okay, it was lunch time, so i figured the team had their hands full. I ended up driving back to see if they would be able to remake my sandwich. They do (and they do it wrong again, now missing the actual toppings) but i was not going to go back a 3rd time. My major issue was the acting manager at the location. Extremely unprofessional, she had me open up my sandwich and explain why it was wrong, and picked it apart with her fingers. Had attitude, she was not happy i was asking for it to be remade. I was coming at her with absolutely no anger, so for her to be instantly annoyed shows she should not be any type of manager at this establishment. I do appreciate one of the sandwich artists Joseph however, he was very professional and courteous. thank you Joseph for being the only professional team member there.
Ordered online came in told the white girl with the lip piercing my name and I was there to pick up . She didn’t say anything she just looked at me and kept staring whole time I was sitting and waiting . 20 minutes passed and the other worker asked me what I was waiting for ,told her my name just to find out my sandwhich was sitting on the counter behind them the whole time ? Lip piercing could have at least turned around and checked if my order was ready instead of ignoring me and letting my sandwhich sit for 20 minutes

Terrible service. They close at 9:00pm but I arrived at 8:30pm and the employee refused to serve me, claiming they were already closed. They really ought to adjust their posted hours, then.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The lady had her hair ALL OVER MY SANDWICH! and she put wayyy too much salt and pepper. Like she was being spiteful. She even dropped my sandwich and picked it up off the ground without changing her gloves. Seriously. Just go to the one off Tippecanoe.

Another Subway owned by com munist who don't allow people who don't own a mask to order food or even be welcomed into their building. If Subway wants to force their customers to do this for Subway's business then Subway should waste their money in purchasing face masks to offer those of us who don't own a mask to gain my business. What is our nation coming to?
3 times I went here. In all three times, the employees there were slow and lazy. This third time, my order was missing ingredients and on the wrong sandwhich.
Sketchy. Overcharged, then asked us to pay again refusing to refund. We asked the manager to fix it and were told it's their policy to charge a second time.
Hopefully we don't get sick co-worker had a hard sneeze wipe his nose but never washed his hands ask if they're supposed to get the vaccine and she said no did you so you're good then right like where we could get sick spill and still pass it what do you mean are we good then shut me up that's why I seriously think we don't know my food we still get sick even though we got the vaccine we could pass it around town and I have kids that I have babies at home I want to get my niece sick I don't I love the way she looks at me she sees me and I see her eyes
Went to eat there on my lunch break I ordered a turkey sandwich with the works once I left I took a bite of my sandwhich and noticed there was a dead caterpillar in my sandwhich totally discusting 🤮 I will never eat there again!!!!!!!! And they never have a manager there it’s ran by nothing but young girls very bad business!!!!!!
2-19-2019 Usually come here from time to time when I worked day shift . Not many things open during my lunch time now 9:00 pm : arrived at 9:05 because I saw online it was open til 10 pm . To my disappointment I was turned away by a gentlemen who was cleaning . Just wondering why it says online it’s open til 10 and I was unable to purchase food if it should still be open for another 55 mins . Probably won’t be giving this place any more business .

I went in today for a sub and the girl that did it didn't want to put enough veggies on sandwich she said if I wanted more it will be extra but I wasn't going to pay extra for 6 more black olives and 6 more jalapeños don't recommend to anyone and won't go back to that subway
I just got there and they only had one worker she was bizzy so I left. Not good service
Everything was great I mean couldn’t beat the deal they have going on with the 3 subs. I ordered 6. to make it easier for cashier/associate I told her to put all the veggies on the side and I would come back to pick up so my order so it doesn’t stop her from helping others I arrived and she said if it was okay that she places veggies in cookie bags I just said it was okay I don’t like to be picky I asked if I can buy a plastic container and she told me she couldn’t because everything was inventory counted and I would have to buy a salad for her to give me a plastic container (I’m sure the cookie bags were inventory counted too and the tomatoes ripped right through ) just my experience here.
The employees at this location need to have better customer service. They don't greet you when you come in they don't smile.
The women who made my sandwich was nice. The women who was working the register is extremely rude. A told me to chill when I had to ask for my drink multiple time cause she was probably high on meth while working and just wouldn't get my drink. Never going to this location again
I wanted to take advantage of the amazing offer Subway had when you order through their app. Unfortunately, this was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a subway in my life. The app said my order would be ready 20 minutes after I placed it. When I arrived at the Subway 35 minutes later my order was not even ready. There was two team members working but only one was making sandwiches for one customer in the restaurant. The team member which was doing nothing behind the counter eventually acknowledged my girlfriend and I then asked if we had an online order. When we confirmed she made the most disturbing face at us. She then proceeded in making the sandwiches but continued giving us dirty looks the whole time. It was uncomfortable to even be in the restaurant I felt like I was a bother to them. Something I also thought would have been avoided by ordering through the app. Never going back to this Subway again. I would urge everyone to visit one of the other Subway’s in the area and avoid this one.

Went to get a sub on my half hour lunch waited 25 min in line total was like 17 dollars I'm going to pay with a 20 dollar bill then the girl that made my sub tells the cashier that they don't have change an told me to go to get change next door. How do subway have no change i didn't get the girls name but the one with glasses she's cool but the lil dark one needs proper Customer service training like if subway don't have any change let the customers know when they walk in not after waiting in line ...
