I have been going to this location for about 4 years now, never had a problem. I've ordered online many times, never has my sandwich been made incorrectly. Which was okay, it was lunch time, so i figured the team had their hands full. I ended up driving back to see if they would be able to remake my sandwich. They do (and they do it wrong again, now missing the actual toppings) but i was not going to go back a 3rd time. My major issue was the acting manager at the location. Extremely unprofessional, she had me open up my sandwich and explain why it was wrong, and picked it apart with her fingers. Had attitude, she was not happy i was asking for it to be remade. I was coming at her with absolutely no anger, so for her to be instantly annoyed shows she should not be any type of manager at this establishment. I do appreciate one of the sandwich artists Joseph however, he was very professional and courteous. thank you Joseph for being the only professional team member there.
Ordered online came in told the white girl with the lip piercing my name and I was there to pick up . She didn’t say anything she just looked at me and kept staring whole time I was sitting and waiting . 20 minutes passed and the other worker asked me what I was waiting for ,told her my name just to find out my sandwhich was sitting on the counter behind them the whole time ? Lip piercing could have at least turned around and checked if my order was ready instead of ignoring me and letting my sandwhich sit for 20 minutes
Went in today for lunch. Ordered on the app. Ordered a foot long roasted chicken. Minimal chicken on the sandwich, was it because I used a 40 percent off coupon? Kinda think so, felt like half of usual portion. Rediculous. Ordered a large fountain drink as well. No ice was available, drink of choice was empty. Was looked at and shrugged to when I asked about it. Sure has went downhill in the last year

I'm so upset, I'm outside this subway that should be open, it's 8:25 pm and the two employees have already closed, I asked them to help me and they didn't want to, it clearly says on the door that they close at 9:00 pm They should fire that pair.

Went to get a sub on my half hour lunch waited 25 min in line total was like 17 dollars I'm going to pay with a 20 dollar bill then the girl that made my sub tells the cashier that they don't have change an told me to go to get change next door. How do subway have no change i didn't get the girls name but the one with glasses she's cool but the lil dark one needs proper Customer service training like if subway don't have any change let the customers know when they walk in not after waiting in line ...
Tell me how I go in at this Subway at 1:30 pm and they are all out of bread. This such poor management. There we two females working. You tell me no one noticed they were running low on bread. They said they just started baking it. I think it was a set up by both the females no bread..no work. They get to get paid for standing around
