My favorite place mostly because I get my own pot of coffee and different syrups for the pancakes. I don't have to look around for someone to bring more coffee. All the Ihop places I been to, the staff has been really nice. It's more pricey that others and they serve less food but they are nicer and more attentive.

I love that my San Bernardino IHOP is open 24 hours . Truthfully I'm there mostly in the early morning hours go in to have coffee an just relax usually not many other customers then. The service is good friendly an very accommodating. Restaurant an restrooms are always clean another rare find these days . My option if your hungry at 2am an in the area this is the place to go.

Are the waitresses great and she was very knowledgeable in the patient. I got the gravy and biscuits and biscuits with great but they were like stacked like pancakes and they really should have just put up side to side and put gravy on both half of the biscuits. That really was my only complaint.

Food was great, servers we're awesome. Cook got my order wrong but it was really busy. Hosts at front was really rude.

This is my go to spot early in the morning, walking distance from my hotel (doubletree). Service is quick. There is not many choices but it satisfies my tummy. During my stay here in a span of 21 days I had a variety of things from the menu. They were all good. Strawberry and Cream crepes, brunch burger, Jalepeno burger, and country fried steak.

Be careful when using Debit Transactions, my server Rafa Gave himself a nice tip on my debit card when I was already going to leave one cash on table.. he Did not want to give me my receipt after my purchase I had to ask another employee and he brought it out to me. I checked my bank statement right after cause something didn’t seem right and low and behold he gave himself a tip.. I called the manager Jose and he said there isn’t nothing he can do maybe my bank card is from a different country! When my debit card is actually from the state! They do not honor their coupons as the ones received by mail. Rafa Was RUDE. JUST BE CAREFUL WHILE USING DEBIT OR ANY CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS.

On January 11, 2026, around 11:00 a.m., I ordered food from IHOP at this restaurant, and unfortunately the service was very bad. I ordered a medium T-bone steak with eggs, but the eggs were overcooked. I don’t know what they were cooked with because they tasted like rubber and had no flavor at all. The steak was a complete rip-off: first of all, it was extremely tough, very overcooked, and had absolutely no flavor. I don’t usually complain, but this time I feel I have to, because I paid for a service that is supposed to be professional. I have eaten here for many years and it was always good, but this time I don’t know what happened—the food was inedible.

The waitress was slow, withdrawn, and lazy. I think she's from India, but that doesn't matter. What matters here is how slowly she took our order. She did it in two parts: she took half the order, left to attend to another table, and then much, much later, she came back to take the complete order. She also had a bad attitude. My children wanted to leave, and for them to say they wanted to leave because this place is their favorite, we've never been treated so badly.

Me and my daughter use to love this place, the tri-tip was the plate to have! But this place has become overpriced and the portions have gotten skimpy. So I just had a $5 dollar coffee and bounced.

I just don’t get why every time I come in here, they act like I’m not there or wait forever to attend me. And the portion size they gave me for the 8$ potato’s I paid for is ridiculous. It’s not for my kid it’s for me because I’m hungry! I ordered it to go because I’m in a rush on the way to work, and I walk to work so I was really hoping to get more then a handful of potato’s for what I paid for them. Worst experience ever. Huge waste of your hard earned money for a so called family restaurant. That was a total scam and they even tried to make me tip. No way lol. Tiny tiny amount of potato’s. I’ve never paid that much for such a small amount of food. Even the OC fair has more food for 5$

I went here to get a quick meal before work and as I was sitting to dine in and the manager approached me and asked me to pay my bill before I receive my meal. I guess he’s racist and doesn’t like black people. I’m the only African American person seated and everyone else is receiving their food and he didn’t ask them to pay before them receiving their food. I made a report to customer service hopefully they actually do something about it. No one should be treated differently because of their race. Attached below are pictures of the manager and Victoria was my server.
