i received excellent customer service from the guy at the front counter during breakfast today. i wasn't able to catch his name but he had his hair braided or in small dreads under his hat. he helped me decide on what to have for breakfast (chicken avocado wrap) and also suggested to grab a cinnamon roll. i was pleased as both of the food items were actually delicious.

Panera Bread in Redlands California is one of the newest PB's in the area and is conveniently located across from the Costco Wholesale store and the I-10 freeway. Panera Bread never fails to impress with quality of foods, consistency,service and a pleasant team of servers and super comfortable environment inside and at this PB an outside patio area! I tried a half sourdough grilled cheese,bacon,basil and onion sandwich-and a half a Tuscan Napa chicken salad sandwich-really crispy,fresh and delicious! I then ventured to try their all veggie endamame soba noodle soup-superb! And to top it all off a cup of hot hazelnut house coffee and a cinnamon almond slices croissant! Whew ,what a feast,and was I ever pleased-again-with Panera Bread! First time here and I was very pleased with the decor, warm and nice. The girl at the register was very helpful and described some of the popular items with other customers. Some tables were dirty, for our party of 4 we had to find one that wasn't too dirty! Food was delicious...our whole party enjoyed it for the 1st time. If the tables would be clean I'd give them 5stars!

The salads are terrible. Tastes like a bunch of weeds pulled from a field. Iceberg lettuce is the best salad lettuce IMO.

I definitely agree with others. This Panera is NOT clean. My sandwich still tasted good, but once I sat down to eat it, I started looking around... the walls were dirty, there were crumbs and trash all over the floors. If they're willing to let you see that in the front, what must the kitchen look like?! For this reason, I've only stopped here three times and try to go to other locations instead. They really need to give this place some TLC. That being said, the young lady taking my order was very nice and attentive, and I received my food in a reasonable amount of time, but it also wasn't the busiest time. Please clean this place!

I like Panera's food. However, I think they could keep the e interior and exterior clean. The sidewalk near the entrance needs a good power wash, and the tables and floor should be cleaned after every guest leaves. I also saw an employee come out of the restroom with their gloves and apron still on. I just wondered why you would need to be in the restroom with gloves and an apron. Other than that, most of the employees at this Panera are always pleasant, and it's a chill environment for studying. If they tidy up they could see ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s.

I'm pretty ticked off with this panera. I orded the pick two which is super expensive for lunch, but its good so we pay for it, ugh!! I ordered the southwest chili lime ranch salad w/chicken and the nappa almond chicken salad sandwich. The sandwich was a half sandwich and it looked as if they only added one tablespoon of chicken salad. I had 2 pieces of tomato and a sprig of lettuce. I look at the photo in the menu and what I got...huge difference. Like really? The 1/2 salad is huge! The sandwich was a big disappointment. I understand its lunch time and your busy, but serving me a sandwich built on ends, which I hate, and a spit of of meat. This is ridiculous!!!

First the manager and staff are nice. But is it me or are the portions getting super small. I got the half portion of the green goddess and it is literally half of what it used to be and the price is over $10. This is the size of a side salad. The picture shows it's filled up to the halfway point of a half salf. Not sure if this is a corporate thing. I started noticing it in other restaurants as well. But this isn't right. I could not believe this I paid almost $40 for two meals and this is the sandwich I get I could literally count the chicken. There is more sauce than chicken never again. It is not worth the wait.
