As a former Red Lobster fan, I honestly stopped liking this place besides when they had Endless Shrimp. There was always a lack of flavor, personality and overpriced. I know the Endless Shrimp Promo is what ultimately took them under, but I felt that was the only time I ever got excited to eat at Red Lobster. Fast forward to today after after a Bankruptcy and Rebranding, I can honestly say the new CEO has turned around the company for the better! There's Flavor, Personality and Flare when it comes to the food. Still a little pticey, but I understand it's a business. Much better improvement! I got the Cajun Chicken Alfredo and Linguine with added Grilled Shrimp with extra cajun seasoning . My Lady got the Lobster & Crab Flatbread. My Lady's Son got the Lobster and Shrimp Linguine. My Lady said the Flatbread okay.. but other than everything was good. Especially when I sprinkled a some extra seasoning. Was already tasted pretty good on it's own, but the extra Cajun Seasoning really stepped it up!
We came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Our server Tayler, made the experience so wonderful! She was nice, professional and personable. She went out of her way to make my daughter feel special including having the staff give her a personal birthday card! The food was delicious, accurate and piping hot! We didn’t spend as much as I thought but it was all well worth the money. We will definitely be back!
My best friend and I went to have lobster on my birthday! We had the window seat and such a nice waitress. The music was nice and not blasting, so we could talk. Delish!
Our waiter jay at the San Bernardino Red Lobster was the best waiter I have had in a long time. He gave suggestions, was friendly and very professional.
Omg!!!! Absolutely outstanding. There’s nothing like being greeted and treated like your family when you walk in. Naomi, greeted my mother and I with a warm smile and great energy. She sat us in the desired spot and then kindly turned us over to the rockstar Jaylah. She customized our orders to perfection. We ordered to-go plates and she packed them beautifully and with care. My family and I are going through a dark time, so to be greeted and treated like a VIP has been soul healing. It took us out of our sadness for the moments we were in the restaurant. I then was greeted by the manager Jay. I quickly understood why the staff was outstanding - superb leadership! Jay, you run a great establishment. Thank you, thank you, thank you! The Gordons!
Mercedes was awesome!! Very nice ,she went out of her way to give exceptional customer service to me and my friend. The manager on site was Jay. He came out and greeted us as I had a tad bit of a problem with a spice being too spicy.. He and her together made accommodations to make me a continued happy customer.. I wish all places was as friendly and welcoming as these two individuals.
We have been coming to RL, San Bernardino location for over 8 years and over the time we have seen a decline in food, service, etc. THIS time around my husband and I could see the changes they have implemented, from the food, service and execution. The service was great, our server Ayanna was timely, attentive, patient and polite, everything you look for when you ask, what is customer service. The food was hot, seasoned and delicious. Management was great, they checked in on how our experience was going and actively listened as we shared how impressed we were. We will definitely be back and will look forward to the continued improved service. Someone is listening to the customers and we are seeing it play out in our dining experience. 10/10 experience from arrival to departure.
My family and I came here for my father's birthday dinner and we had a blast! Our server, Alex, was so attentive and just an overall very sweet person. The manager Tammy is hilarious! The food was so fresh and none of us left hungry. Thank you for a great night!
We had a pretty big party & the service was amazing from Airianna & Jay. They were extremely attentive and made sure we were taken care of! Every meal was perfect and delicious & lobster fest is the best! The menu is amazing with some great options. We love coming here & will continue to come back!!
Came to celebrate a birthday in the family. Food was amazing but the star of the evening was our server, Thomas. He was the absolute best from start to finish and made the night very memorable.
I went in for a take out order and was helped by Jay. He noticed I hadn't been helped and came to my rescue. He was polite, helpful with the menu options and my order. Very pleasant experience after all.

It was my first time at a Red Lobster!!! The service, food and atmosphere were amazing. The Restaurant Manager, Michael, was there to greet us at the entrance. Once we were seated our server, Zack, introduced himself and made sure to let us know he'd be back to assist us. The food was great. No rubbery/overcooked shrimp, lobster or crab on our plates!!!! The atmosphere was serene. Overall a GREAT first time experience! I will definitely be returning to this location.

the manager Andrew and our server Alina were spectacular and very communicative, kind, attentive and courteous with our visit. alina was very quick and polite with our service and on top of everything. the manager andrew was wonderful with making sure guests were satisfied with service/food. they made the visit more than pleasant. we’ll be back with how everything was
We had our Christmas party there about 25 people. Our waiters Thomas and Tammie were fabulous. They took care of everything for everybody in a friendly timely manner. The food was great too!!
Mariana was a wonderful server and made our experience a 5 star one. She was very kind and attentive in talking with my grandma and made sure we were taken care of without feeling overwhelmed. The whole staff is great. You won’t regret your choice here!
My son decided to take me out on a date and he chose red lobster we have never eaten there mostly because my husband doesn’t eat seafood. I was a bit worried because my son is on the spectrum and I wasn’t sure he was going to like what he ordered But our server Ayanna was so amazing and told us the best way to order the food he wanted and he ended up, loving it and eating it all. All of the food was really good, but I was extremely impressed with the stake I’m kind of picky with my steak but not only did they cook it perfectly. The flavor was amazing. On top of that, the music they were playing was on point. It was a really good vibe and I’m extremely glad that my son brought us here. We will definitely be coming here again. I only hope we get the same server she was amazing !!!
Excellent service from Josh! He took our order details to perfection. Food was cooked just as we order. His service was excellent from not allowing our drinks to be low to checking on our food quality and even if we wanted dessert. Keep up the great work Josh! My Sisters and I met for dinner on Tuesday, November 11th. Our server was Airiana and she was amazing. She was a 10+. She was personable and answered all our questions. She even took the time to explain about different items on the menu. During our meal she checked to see if we needed anything and was quick to refill our drinks. The service was just outstanding. We plan to return and we hope to have Airiana as our server again. We spoke the her manager, Andrew, to advise him of the outstanding service we received. It was special occasion recently that prompted a visit. Reserved a table before arriving. Red L crew were busy for a Saturday afternoon still seating did not take long. I ordered the Surf and Turf 7 oz Sirloin medium well. The food presented looked appetizing. The concern noted steak was well done not burnt or charred. The steak seared to a crisp outer layer the inside had no indication of medium well. Having no extra time to wait for a new steak to arrive I took a bite. The taste was acceptable though not prepared as requested. Service on the floor spot on. Lobster and sides were great.

My server, Ms. Jayla is outstanding. She went above and beyond her duty for my mom and I. I could be a little difficult at times for some because I’m a bit specific in how I like my food. I didn’t need to be with Jayla. She made our visit very pleasant. The atmosphere was great. I only gave it 4 stars because it’s outdated. I used to go to red lobster many moons ago, and it is the same. The manager, Tammee, was such a dear. She continued to make sure that we were happy with our meal, but not to the point where she was interrupting us. She was genuine. Extremely disappointing experience. The host, Gianna, was unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming from the start. Simple questions were met with attitude, and there was a complete lack of basic courtesy or professionalism. As a guest, you expect at least respect, but that was clearly missing here. I would not recommend staying if you value kindness, communication, or a pleasant environment.
