I don’t usually take the time to write long reviews, but after my experience today, I absolutely had to. During an extremely busy rush hour, Angel, the grill cook, completely stood out in the best way possible. While the restaurant was slammed and the pressure was clearly high, Angel remained calm, focused, and incredibly professional. He was working nonstop on the grill, handling orders efficiently, keeping everything organized, and making sure the food was done right. You could tell he truly cared about the quality of what he was putting out, even when things were hectic. What impressed me the most was that while Angel was clearly carrying the workload during the rush, some of his colleagues were not matching that same level of urgency or teamwork. Despite this, Angel never complained, never showed frustration, and continued to work hard with a great attitude. That level of professionalism and dedication is rare and deserves recognition. The food was excellent, hot, and prepared perfectly — which says a lot considering how busy it was. Angel’s work ethic and commitment absolutely made a difference in the overall experience. Employees like him are the backbone of any successful restaurant, and he is someone who truly represents what great service looks like. Angel deserves serious recognition, appreciation, and honestly, a raise. If management is reading this, please know that this man is an asset to your team. Because of Angel, I would gladly return and recommend this location to others. Outstanding job.
Perfect in and out trip. I bought a steak burrito and a steak bowl. I guess in my hurry (I add guac.) I didnt realize it would be an additional $6. That aside the food is always good. I have come here several times and today I came around 6pm and was in and out of the door in about 8 minutes!
Second time I visit Chipotle and I like it. I ordered a chicken burrito and it was delicious. I saw people ordering different dishes and these also looked well served. My son asked for a Quesarito which is not on the menu, and the server kindly prepared it for him the way he wanted it. They have good service and the restaurant is clean. Of course you have to pay extra for guac and chips if you want those.
I went on March 10, around 7:00 pm. And I wanted to thank the crew. Especially the person cooking in the back because that honey chicken was cooked just right. Thank you. And thanks for not rushing me through my order. I appreciate this location, especially the evening shift since that's when I go in.
Temperatures inside the restaurant were very cold & so opted to dine in out on the outside benches. It was crowded when we entered initially & in the ordering line but then the crowds completely dwindled down within the next hour or so. We had a BOGO option & the protein offerings were on point.
Location: Okay, Parking: Small and busy, Service: Okay, Price for received: Decent. Senior Menu: Nope, Overall, I have tried this chain before but not this location. I doled like the fact that you can eat inside or the open seating outside. Now in the past I have tried the burrito and found it to be good, after all you are the one choosing what goes in as long as the items are cooked well they taste pretty decent. This time I tried a bowl and to my surprise I feel that is the way to go. You get more for your dollar from what I could see. Again what you add will make or break your meal. I will go back, 3.5 Stars....
I work close by to this place so I'll make an order for myself through the Chipotle app and pick it up over my lunch break on occasion. The first few times I'd ordered, the burritos were great, nice and packed small baby-sized burritos, like damn. Now the service has been slowly declining. Twice now in a row I've gone to pick up my food and there's little to no chicken in the burrito. Mind you it's still a hefty sized burrito, whoop dee doo, but they're closer to what I'd call a rice burrito rather than chicken. The final nail in the coffin and why I'm writing this review now is the lack of service I'd received recently. I get stuck there standing in front of a line of workers (not customers) waiting for my burrito that's just sitting in the back room. I'm not ordering from this place anymore and I should leave a 1 star review but the fact that this place used to be decent makes me feel like I should give them a little bit of credit. Maybe it was a change in staff or management that's causing this.
Picked up my food to go It wasn’t too busy for the pick up and it was ready when I got there My food was overall okay but the lettuce was DIRTY and I actually mean DIRTy. The lettuce had clearly not been washed by whoever prepped it. Ended up tossing most of it out. Not coming back to this location. Do better.
A recent visit to a Chipotle restaurant left me with a lukewarm impression, primarily due to subpar cleanliness standards that failed to meet my expectations. While the food itself was satisfactory, the glaring issue of cleanliness cast a shadow over the overall dining experience. Upon entering the restaurant, it was immediately apparent that cleanliness was not a top priority. Tables were littered with crumbs and spills, which gave the impression that they hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. The floor had noticeable dirt and grime, suggesting a lack of regular maintenance. Additionally, the condiment station was in disarray, with various toppings scattered and overall disorganized. This lack of cleanliness was not only off-putting but also raised concerns about the general hygiene practices of the establishment. Despite these cleanliness hiccups, the food at Chipotle was passable, albeit unremarkable. The burrito I ordered contained a decent variety of ingredients, but they were not as fresh as I had hoped. The meat lacked that desirable tenderness and seemed somewhat dried out, while the vegetables lacked the vibrant colors indicative of optimal freshness. Furthermore, the portion sizes were inconsistently proportioned, leaving me feeling somewhat cheated in terms of value for money. In terms of service, I found the staff to be polite and efficient, albeit slightly detached. However, this was not enough to compensate for the lackluster cleanliness that persisted throughout the restaurant. It was evident that a more rigorous approach to maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment was sorely needed. All in all, my experience at this Chipotle restaurant was a disappointment due to its substandard cleanliness. While the food was average and the service was adequate, the neglect of basic cleanliness standards overshadowed any positives. I sincerely hope that the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a more enjoyable dining experience for future customers.
I went in last night after spending all day at the VA hospital emergency room. There were two people front of me in line. The young boy —customer who I assumed must've worked there previously by their interactions — was leaning over the sneeze guard, reaching for the food. The two young girls behind the counter were reading and playing with him, not bothered by the lack of etiquette with his actions. They were not focused on the job or the other customers and were giving him star treatment. This took moments away from servicing other customers that just wanted to get in and get out. It was clear by her face the lady waiting behind him was not amused either. By the time I got up to be serviced, I was starving not having eaten all day. I was reused to have patience and respect towards others, so I carried on like the teasing incident hadn't bothered me. The girl clearly didn't want to service me. I had asked plainly if I can order the limited time bowl with the chicken in it. And she her response was very rude. I learned I actually cannot have a customized bowl at Chipotle so that was a shocker. I then asked for soyrizo, she grabbed two very small spoonfuls of it and then looked me dead in the eye and told me they were out. Mind you, there was still more there. I said "oh okay, "and asked for both beans, she gave me the tiniest scoop of one of the beans. I asked for the other again. Once more. She gave me the finest scoop. She continued this with each side I asked for. The bowl was not filled. I paid for my bowl and the gentleman who I was with. I ended up giving him both bowls because my stomach turned sick with how I was treated. The staff on night shift needs to be re-educated on how to treat customers. I will not be coming back to this location even if I have to spend another long day at the VA hospital without food.
Waited for place order almost 20 mins . And all foods isn’t fresh . And all employee are playing with some nobody come and ask nothing. . Never come to this location! Usually I love it to eat chipotle
Terrible food woke up with bubble guts. Got double charged for guacamole. Barbacoa and Carnita Meats were super dry, rice had way too much lime and cilantro and mushy. Beans were decent
I work nearby and have unfortunately been to this location more than 10 times. The quality and service have steadily gone downhill. Multiple times now, I’ve received bowls with barely any chicken in them. Most of the bowl ends up being rice, which is frustrating given the price. When I was working onsite, I used to come here weekly, and the portions kept getting smaller. Whether it was chicken or vegetables, it felt like just a few pieces. Paying close to $15 for a half-filled bowl is not acceptable, especially when other Chipotle locations are much more consistent.
The disturbed lady dishing up food gave the least amount as possible of chicken , not even a spoon, she shook it off until there was only enough meat to make a taco. I'm not joking, not even a little. This is how places lose repeat customers. Choose a different place if you actually want food to eat.
I ordered sofritas salad with vegetarian and vegan options through the website. I was given a steak bowl with cream cheese and cheese. I didn’t realize until much later when I clocked out for lunch at 1 AM. I was unable to eat what I purchased. It was a highly disappointing experience.
I found a FLY in my food that I already started eating!! DISGUSTING!!!!!! And when I try to call to talk to a manager, I get the computer instead of an actual person. Make sure to throughly check your food and watch what you’re eating when you order from here. Absolutely disgusting and dirty and I want a refund.
I asked the manager if they can please put on a Hairnet and Beard Net when serving my food. He said they are not required to use them. I think that is wild since they deal with food. It’s simple, if you don’t like to hear beard nets, don’t have a beard. You deal with others foods and I’m sure you wouldn’t like another humans hair i. Your food. Both servers in line and all the cooks in the back NONE had hairnets or beard-nets.
My first time coming to this Chipotle and I’ll never ever come to this one again! First of all it was dirty inside but regardless I’ve worked in food service so I didn’t mind, they have closing stuff to do but I got a quesadilla with guacamole, and rice on the side and the cheese in the quesadilla is not melted, had crunchy rice, and the guac had something very hard in it 😐 the management of this store needs to do a better job at holding its people accountable and meeting basic consistency with their food. This is not the employees fault this is clearly a management problem. For reference I went a little after 8pm on 8/26/23. Mind you this is my first time ever rating a place, this place was so bad I had to do this
Ordered via online mobile app. Carnitas and chicken with no beans and no rice. I think we got extra beans extra rice and steak and sofritas. Waited over an hour to get our food and it was wrong! Now I have to drive back to get my ordered corrected. Waste time and gas to fix your issue!
